Homemade Avocado & Macapuno Ice Cream

Who does not crave for ice cream, right? Would like to share with you a simple recipe of avocado & macapuno ice cream. It is very simple and easy to make. Ingredients: Avocados, mashed Evaporated Milk 4 tbsp powdered Milk 5 pcs Fudgee bars, macapuno flavor (mashed) How to prepare: In a container, put all the ingredients and mix well until it becomes smooth. Note: set aside 1 piece of fudgee bar for toppings Top with fudgee bar Transfer to a container with cover or you can use ice cream containers. Put in the freezer overnight. You can now enjoy a yummy but not so super sweet ice cream.
