My arms, knees, and shoulder are still aching from helping my father and a friend to plant pineapple (crown) on the farm yesterday. It's been almost 10 months or a year since I haven't been to the farm (due to my work), and my body isn't used to (or isn't the same as before) planting/sowing plants (fruits and vegetables), but I'm glad to see our farm and the smell of the fresh air in the province. When I was a student, I would spend weekends on the farm with my father and brothers, planting banana trees and carrying a half-sack of bananas to sell at the market. I missed the old days. The image below shows a bruises/scratches on my arms caused by pineapple thorns (small spikes). I got this even though I was wearing in farmer's clothes (farming long sleeve).
