However, our university registrar and accounting department disagree and oppose my proposal because it requires too many documents and transactions before it can be finalized and implemented. P.S I also had a debate with one of my IT instructors about e-wallets and cryptocurrency as a form of digital payment. It was a long debate, and my instructor doesn't believe in cryptos because for some reasons (security and adoption). Cryptocurrency is currently booming and being accepted as payment :)

It is one way to eliminate being spreader of the virus thats why they use digital payment and they can see the fast transaction once they are online system.
maybe one of the reasons. PH must catch up with other countries using digital payments for easy and no-hassle transaction
