I missed tipb.ch in twitter. It almost one month since the implementation of tipb.ch -> https://noise.cash/post/lpvzvvj9 But after few days, tipb.ch is turned off because people started abusing it -> https://noise.cash/post/l6qw8649. The tipb.ch service is working great. What you missed was a party of spammers and multi accounts trying to exploit the team.

Yeap, people tend to abuse one system, too bad as I found the tool pretty great. Used it myself one or two times...
