after yesterday the day after 1 full day of rain, yesterday and today the sun appeared with a scorching heat. the wind only blew a few times before it was exactly 12 noon. when the weather is like this it is very enjoyable to eat or drink cold drinks. but somehow I'm a little scared when I want to drink or eat something cold, my throat would dry and become inflamed. looks like I have to increase my water to discourage my intention to consume cold cold 😮💨

It is very hot here also, I've been drinking a lot of cold drinks.
That's good. but not with me. after i drank the cold drink, now my stomach is bloated and it's really uncomfortable haha..
