Rage Management: Strategies for managing your temper and being anger-proof in 10 ways
It controls you when you are unable to control your rage. Both for you and for others, it can get destructive. A little bit of self-awareness can go a long way, as well as deliberate focus. And when you give in to rage, you are giving away your true power.
In this post, I will share 10 tips on anger management strategies on how to regulate your temper and develop peaceful responses to challenges and difficulties, whether individuals or circumstances in your daily life, 10 ways of not quickly giving in to the feeling of anger and more deliberately taking care of your inner equilibrium, or in other words, being 'trigger-proof.'
1. Get any self-fueled satisfaction.
You will catch yourself early if you are going in the opposite direction of happiness, which in this case is towards frustration, when you come to an agreement with yourself that you take responsibility for your own happiness (that is, you are actively and consciously placing your attention , focus and time on the things that serve your emotions well). Instead of an uncontrolled reaction or habit that you unconsciously only fall into by default, the feeling of rage will now be an option for you to create. Instead of blaming the people or situations for the way you feel, you will already know that you can choose to go into rage or not. You know that you can get back to a happy, aligned state with the right emphasis, from where you are. Because how you feel is already under your control, you will not let the rage well up inside of you.
Ask yourself, before I get frustrated, am I giving up control of my own happiness?
2. Don't give in to the inner repetitive monologue.
A lot of times, our mind gets into an endless loop of assumptions and judgments when we encounter a troubling situation, which ends up clouding our clarity to make a conscious answer. When it begins to engage in excessive chatter, start making an effort to observe your mind. Try observing instead of responding. For a moment, stop and take a deep breath as you concentrate on yourself. By doing this, instead of being a prisoner of your own angry thoughts, you will become the watcher of your mind. You're not going to pay too much attention to the voice in your head talking, and as a result , the risk of giving in to frustration will become less.
Ask yourself, before I get mad, am I just making things up in my head right now?
3. Do not personally take anything.
You will have a much lighter attitude to situations because you are not linking yourself emotionally to all the events around you, and stuff won't bother you as quickly. Whenever you see the actions of other people as a representation of the energy inside them, without any relation to what you're doing, you're not going to take it personally and feel any resentment or hurt over how a person acted towards you. If their reaction or behavior is, it is essentially a product of their own views , beliefs, and thought patterns, and is entirely unrelated to who you are. Nothing sounds like a personal assault, so you can quickly distance yourself from the situation and feel a sense of empathy or sympathy about how an individual has turned out.
It has nothing to do with what they have decided to do, and you can prefer to disengage yourself from any rage or any kind of lower energy.
Ask yourself before getting upset, is there anything here that I'm only taking personally?
4. Do not make too much of the little things.
To become anger-proof requires the commitment not to sweat the small stuff or, in other words, to retain at all times a broader image of life. You can ask yourself, in moments when you are inclined to get upset, will this thing really matter months or years from now? Will I allow this thing or person to take minutes or hours of happiness away from me, something that in the greater scheme of things is comparatively miniscule? If your response is no, then you've put a whole lot of energy in the right direction now and you've already determined it's not going to be worth the rage path.
Ask yourself, before I get crazy, am I looking at the big picture here?
5. Give respect to disagreements.
People will usually have distinct educations, environments and life histories that would produce a range of views and attitudes about ways of living and communicating with the world. And when dealing with someone or something that is different from what you've been used to, being able to identify and allow for these discrepancies and contrasting personalities can relieve a lot of stress. You will not feel the need to be angry and will become more accepting of these differences if you have the mentality of respecting the individuals of each person you encounter.
Ask yourself, before I get angry, am I just using our differences as an excuse to feel anger?
6. Release the necessity to be right.
Most angry emotions stem from the desire to be right and to prove wrong to another person or situation. And it will result in greater relaxation on your part to release this desire to focus on yourself or your point of view as you will not be attached to winning an argument and being the right one. Bear in mind that the things happening are all subjective around us. Depending on who's looking or interpreting, it may be right or wrong. When you realize that it would be fruitless to argue, and feeling good is more important to you, you will release the urge to prove your hand. You're going to walk away in peace, trusting that nothing precious can come out of going deeper into something you don't like.
Ask yourself, before you get mad, am I just trying to prove myself or my opinion, right?
7. Be unattached to any particular result.
Instead of denying what is already in front of you and arguing that it should not be the way it is, you can naturally not feel frustration or dissatisfaction for whatever happens whenever you embrace and flow with life when it presents itself at any moment. Becoming unattached to how things should specifically turn out would remove a great deal of needless demanding or pressing against something that is outside your control. Know that nothing is destroyed, and by mistake, nothing happens. And it's all a perfect match. There is no reason to be upset about an outcome as it is the ideal product of everyone involved 's co-creation. You should assume that things always turn out the way they should for the best good of all.
Ask yourself, before I get agitated, am I just making an enemy of the present moment?
8. Forgiveness exercise.
Instead of holding rage or hurt inside you, forgiving will also increase the chance of being resistant to feeling too much anger again. There wouldn't be any trapped energies of frustration that can be easily activated by outside conditions if you don't practice that kind of vibration inside you. When you hold your heart open, practice forgiveness, and release any wounds of the past that might be stuck inside, there will be less and less of a temptation to succumb to the feeling of rage. You often see the situation as an opportunity for the development of your soul through forgiveness, and see the blessing that the situation or individual is offering you.
Ask yourself, before I get angry, may I choose to forgive rather than feel angry?
9. Take self-love practice.
You will become more gentle towards yourself and others when you put self-love as your focus in any interaction. You will naturally be linked to your core values of unity, harmony, joy and affection, and will naturally shift toward harmonious responses. You will also be resistant to feedback, judgement or criticism of some sort from other people, and the need to seek affirmation or approval from them will be gone. What will matter most to you will be taking care of your own vibration and not allowing your vibration to be taken down by the feeling of frustration.
Ask yourself, before getting upset, am I choosing self-love with this response?
Uh. 10. Be present absolutely.
You will create a space between unconscious reactions and conscious reactions when you ground yourself in the present moment by taking full conscious breaths before reacting to any circumstance. The space of presence will clarify your mind as to what should be the beneficial action.
You will become more observant of the emotional energy you allow within your own body while you maintain your presence.
Ask yourself, before getting upset, am I grounded in the present moment?
I hope that you found this brief article on anger management to be very helpful and insightful for you.
Blaming your unhappiness on others
When things go wrong, it is much easier to pin the blame on someone else. Your employer may be blamed for how miserable your job is. For your failure to understand the lesson, you can blame your instructor. You can blame your failed relationship with your romantic partner. For your emotional problems, you can blame your parents. And you can also blame the government for the poverty you're going through.
When you find fault with someone it really makes you feel much better because blaming yourself opens you up to feelings of remorse, guilt, and even shame. Doing so helps you dwell on your own faults and shortcomings. And this might make it possible for feelings of worthlessness to set in.
It could very well be a defensive mechanism to blame others because it protects your ego against the pain of seeing your failures. Yet it also distorts reality and hinders the potential for any positive reform to take place. It could be much easier to take responsibility for the situation you find yourself in instead of engaging in this. Doing this allows you to look for self-realization self-correction and further growth.

The You That Could Have Been
The world around us and the people we know are clear to us. We watch their joyous times, their laughter, and their triumphs. And we often wonder why we are not as happy or as popular as they are. Then we look at ourselves and become conscious of our shortcomings and our incompleteness. We see the potential reasons for our unfortunate circumstances as our fears and lack of self-confidence. And we begin to wonder if something in our history really happened, maybe some traumatic tragedy that would have made us who we are today. We wonder what event was so significant that the way we see the world could have changed, and what experience was so significant that the course of our lives could have changed, leading us to where we are today? Finally, these thoughts lead us to ask this question: would we be happier, more successful, or better individuals than we are now if this event had not happened to us?
Tragedy will make us transform. It can lead us to build an entirely different system of belief that serves to shield us from the risk of more pain. And it can alter, through this the very nature of who we are. A tragic experience can lead us to believe that no one can trust us, or that we always have to plan for disasters, or that, inevitably, everyone in our lives will vanish. We come to embrace these values as absolute truths as time goes by. As a result, these beliefs will be the foundation of all our decisions. Also, we continue to dig around us for confirmation that our values are right by looking at how the lives of other people were destroyed by not adhering to these same tenets. As a result, we are improving our belief system and being all the more confident that we are right. Having passed through life holding on to these convictions, years and even decades go by.
And then one day, we start to wonder whether we would have lived our lives differently if this catastrophe had not changed the way we look at ourselves and the world so long ago.
It is a matter of serious consequence that we understand how the way we think will change a traumatic loss or an adverse event, for it may just decide how we spend the rest of our lives. A life-changing event will cause us to fear an uncertain future. And then we have to question whatever concepts such an encounter brings in. It helps to talk with people around us about our worries, fears, and anxieties, who can think clearly so that they can give us thoughtful input.
But often a loss or event that is traumatic may be a blessing. It can help us to understand what our lives are lacking. And this may give us a viewpoint that helps us to consider other individuals who may have had similar circumstances.
Our loss can become a force that helps us to communicate with other individuals, which can help us appreciate the importance of our own resilience and help others grow theirs.
Ultimately, we may continue to wonder if there could have been a different, happier, or the more productive version of ourselves. Or we could choose to appreciate the life we have been given and the sufferings that have turned us into who we are that we have overcome. Besides, we can understand in Health Fitness Posts that the story of our lives is not finished yet and that as we compose the remaining pages, we can always feel more fulfilled and victorious.

Choose the people around you carefully.
A great deal of what we do is motivated by the way we want people to see us. We find ourselves pushed into social positions that are formed by those around us' reactions or expectations. By displaying positive behavior, a child will strive to win the attention of his parents. To continue feeling a sense of belonging in their presence, a friend would go along with his peers. And a professional will strive to advance his career so that he will be viewed as a success by those who know him.
We crave acceptance. We're seeking constructive input. Some of us also want the attention and praise of the people in our midst who are important. Our personalities are formed by the significance we attach to how people interpret what we say and do. And it is for this purpose that we should carefully focus on the kind of individuals we interact with. And these people will be the individuals who we will eventually strive to please.
People are tribal by default. What this suggests is that we will generally strive to adhere to the standards of that group once we have identified with a particular group, whether it is based on political beliefs, religious views, or a common collection of interests or values. With extroverts, an outgoing person would appear to be. A community that participates in sports would be found by a health-conscious individual. And the company of traditional people is likely to be pursued by a conservative person.
There is a need to understand the kind of people around us due to the influential influence of the communities we identify with. We need to ask ourselves who are the important people in our lives, and how do our perceptions of ourselves and our actions impact their expectations?
If a teen develops an attraction for a group that does nothing but indulge in drinking sprays or some other vice, then the actions of that individual will be molded by a desire to fulfill that group's standards. This is one reason why it is dangerous to join gangs.
Now, imagine a person whose sense of belonging is only fulfilled by a group of individuals engaging in illegal activity. It will then be very simple for this individual to ultimately adhere to what that group does and to find a rationalization for doing so. News of the brutality inflicted by such groups also makes one question if such crimes can be committed by individuals. We know why now. And this is because, because their identities have become dependent on them, they find it difficult to distinguish themselves from these classes.
Therefore we must have a clear vision of who we are, what kind of individual we want to be, and what values we aspire to hold. Besides, to satisfy them, it will be prudent to seek out authentic people who will embrace our true selves and not for the things we need to do.

How to efficiently use pole lights?
Do you know how effectively you can use Pole Light? Pole light is an integral component of an outdoor lighting system that illuminates roads and paths to direct people and vehicles and to know how to use pole lights effectively.
To direct humans and automobiles, pole light is an integral part of an outdoor lighting system that illuminates roads and paths. These lights ensure protection on the roads and tracks and greatly reduce incidents and unfortunate circumstances across the city.
This lighting system was believed and designed by the commercial lighting manufacturers in such a way that it could accommodate multiple LED lights for optimum area illumination. This LED pole light is not only used to illuminate roads and paths but also for public and private land beautification.
Until choosing the best lights for the pole
Before choosing the correct pole lights, the following are the relevant points to be considered.
Pole height: Pole heights are available in variable sizes, but the authorities concerned are often directed to survey the position to decide the appropriate pole height for those specific areas.
These surveys help to establish an effective street lighting plan and can provide additional information on the number of luminaires required for each pole. A broad range of street light poles with mounting heights between 5 and 12 meters are provided by some of the leading LED manufacturing companies. Depending on your specifications and the latest technology, you can choose the best size of LED bulbs.
Mount Type-The mount is also a feature of pole lights where the bulbs are mounted, much like poles. Some of the kinds of pole light mounts that are commonly used in different types of applications are direct mount, flexible mount, slip fitter mount, and universal mount.
Wind speed-Pole lights are typically mounted outdoors to withstand natural disasters such as harsh sunshine, strong winds, and rain, floods, etc. Consultation with the local authorities and the compilation of the appropriate data is really important. To install the correct size of the poles and the correct way to position the lights, this knowledge may help.
Weather The environment plays a crucial role in choosing the best material for the poles, etc. In coastal regions, for example, the poles are vulnerable to corrosion by saltwater. Thus, only top-quality pole lights are very important to use. By applying particular anti-corrosive coatings, the concerned authorities can also take preventive steps.
The outdoor lights are often used for more than 12 to 13 hours a day. Economic advantages and longevity. This is why a light that is luminous but doesn't absorb too much energy needs to be chosen. The light quality should be high and the lights should be robust and long-lasting as well.
There are several insightful articles on Google about pole lights and light poles that describe various pole lights, led lights, and how to choose the best pole lights in detail.
They also have a shop section from which you can conveniently order some of the LED lights for your apartments, fitness articles for the stadium, or your exteriors.

Time's Implications
As well as seeing time simply as an idea and a perception, how the ideas of the past, present and future impact how we perceive and behave is explored here.
My aim has always been to question our perception of truth, as it is our understanding that defines how we react to it. But let us lay down the intent of this article first. The aim is not to offer an alternate scientific theory of time or a modern philosophical discussion of it. But because they themselves are unique insights that can help us build a different appreciation of time, we will draw on applicable scientific theories and philosophies. A more useful and realistic understanding of time could ideally emerge.
The Time Idea
The obvious human need for objects and concepts to be called and described is universal. Doing so enables us to respond properly to what we have mentioned. This makes the unknown identified. And having a working knowledge of what we have called and described helps us to navigate our environment effectively to support our survival.
Since the dawn of human civilization, it has been that way. As social animals, all human beings see and encounter must have a name to be able to recognize them and effectively interact with others about them. Thus, a shared interpretation of a notion or a concept is achieved.
I think the same is true of our definition of time. To respond appropriately to it, we called it and described it. And having done so, to promote contact, we now have a common understanding of this basic definition. The notion of time developed into a convention around which the everyday human tasks required for survival could be planned.
But what is the precise time? Since human beings started to exist, has our perception of time changed? I believe it did.
We became accustomed to the notion of time for everyone because we were born in a world that already has a previously accepted conception of it. Around this widely held and generally established notion, our consciousness evolved. But is our interpretation of this precise?
Imagine being born into a world in which everyone assumes the planet was flat. And there isn't any way to prove otherwise. Then, on this common notion, all our ideas and actions will be based. In the knowledge that the planet was flat, we will live and die. And maybe it would not really have mattered whether or not we knew the facts.
Having taken this into account, is it then conceivable that time only exists because we assume it does? We have called it, weighed it, and it revolves around our everyday routine. But what if our time comprehension is not accurate? What if we were to describe it the wrong way?
We may have initially approached this particular idea based on an incorrect premise, much like the philosophers of ancient times. When people who lived during ancient times assumed that the world was flat, the result was that their ships could only be navigated in a restricted way. Is it possible then that our experience of time has actually also restricted us in some way?
How is time perceived?
Initially, we must accept that our perception of time is constrained by our capacity to interpret it.
For truth in general, this statement is also valid. Our behavior is focused on our conceptions of how life works. But sadly, these values are based on our limited knowledge and comprehension of the world around us. Given the limitations of the human mind and the senses we possess, we will try to address the definition of time for practical purposes.
It changes all about us. And because of the consistency of our consciousness, we sense these changes. Due to a continuous flow of shifting stimuli, we can sense time. But when there is continuous stimulation, doesn't it seem like time has stopped? Once again, our goal is not to create an objective perception of time. But instead, we try to explore our sense of time. And I believe that the key could be kept by how our minds perceive what we experience. Perhaps it was Aristotle who first forwarded the connection between change and time. But what if, since time does not exist, there is no connection? It was Ernst Mach who suggested that time is an abstraction that resulted merely from changes observed. I suggest an alternate concept based on the aforementioned one. Time is a perceived transition.
Our memory and focus are made possible through knowledge of time. This obvious movement of time can be experienced by the mind operating in a wakeful state because we constantly feel the changes happening around us and to us.
Besides, consider cases of persons with amnesia, or those suffering from the inability to construct long-term memories, or those with dissociative identity disorder. In all these instances, because of a discontinuity of memory, a person's awareness of reality is disturbed.
We can perceive the entirety of an experience because, by linking all stimuli together and interpreting them, our consciousness produces a complete image. Take the case of our music definition. Music is nothing more than a series of auditory stimuli that differ and vary. Yet it is only our consciousness that brings together these stimuli so that we can describe the pattern of a song.
Humans and Time
Can time be interpreted by animals? As if they can, they appear. But animals can't view it the way we do without the logical thought mechanisms that human beings experience.
Consider how a dog responds to a vehicle that is moving. As its senses receive the signals that it is shifting its location, a dog can perceive the car's motion. It seems to anticipate where the vehicle is going as the dog chases the car. But perhaps it does this because of its senses' peculiar anatomy as well as its brain's innate programming to detect motion. But does the dog grasp the history of the car or will it be able to contemplate the future of the car?
Only current drives are powered by a dog. There will be no preparation. And they can't regret it.
Why is it that this notion of time can be created by human beings, but other creatures can not? Perception of time serves what purpose?
Is it possible to see the connection between cause and effect of our acts for us to learn what is beneficial and what is harmful? But, by conditioning, animals are also able to learn cause and effect.
The need to identify time emerged from the need for man to synchronize his behavior with other people's actions to be able to communicate and transact without chaos. People who are alive today have grown used to how we see the passing of time and calculate it. Since the invention of the sundial, the practicality of developing a universal method of measuring time has evolved. This concept of time revolves around all human activities now.
A Time Chronicle
Due to our memory, we are aware of the events that happened before. But what about the events that took place before our very existence? We may not possibly have any memory of things that happened before the birth of our own consciousness.
Here's where our concept of history comes in. And yet history is nothing more than a record, written by those who came before us, of past events.
So, is history a true reflection of what we call the past now? And if there is no record of events that have passed, does that mean that the past ceases to exist? I can not help but be reminded of the philosophy of Immaterialism which asserts that objects only exist if we conceive of them in our minds.
But again, this notion of history and the past are just offshoots of a widely held conception of time. The past, I say, is not about time, but rather about transformation. The past is memorized by the transition. Therefore, history could be seen as a chronicle of developments that took place before our knowledge of them.
In the Future
What's the future here? We have an idea and we hope that tomorrow, next month, or even next year, we will still be alive. We build mental expectations of what we are going to do and what is going to happen later. And these standards are becoming a loop repeating itself.
However, as the future has not yet come to pass, all we have is an idea of it. It is not possible to assume that the future exists precisely because it is a concept. I reaffirm the point that time is not about time at all. It's a question of transition. And if time is considered to change, then I suggest that the future is anticipated to change.
Prophets, oracles, and seers have appeared since the dawn of history, believing that they can predict the future. The fascination with what the future holds persists even today. Companies want to forecast profits. Politicians want to do well in the polls ahead. And students hope that the profession that is right for them will be selected.
But I do believe that it is not just about the future per se to want to know the future. It's a matter of power.
The need of man for power is about the certainty of his continuing survival. And understanding what the future holds and how to protect it are perhaps the greatest and most difficult priorities of man.
The Time Flow
The popular notion of time would seem to be that of the interconnection of events that occur in sequence. And we begin to experience an obvious flow of time after these events have occurred. This is made clear when a subsequent event is influenced by one previous event. It comes into play with the concept of action and reaction. And what we are starting to perceive as the passage of time is this interconnection of events.
But is time causing these occurrences? Or do these events occur time-independently? I suggest that events happen without the presence of time, since our definition of time can not be correct, as we have tried to show. When they happen, we just interpret the events.
If time is merely an idea created by our interpretation of events happening around us, therefore, because it is merely an idea, it will not influence or trigger these events. It's just a perception we have called and described, maybe even mistakenly.
How this notion of time tends to affect us
Since we accept that time exists as clocks and calendars have described it for us, we can imagine the past as well as the future. The months or the years that have passed can be seen in a calendar and we assume that this is the past. We look at our watches and see that five hours from now, a certain appointment we have will take place, and then we trust that this appointment will take place in the future. In the end, these devices allow us to build a mental image of time. But clocks and calendars, again, are mere inventions that function as a means of planning our routines. Such settled on measures of minutes, hours, days, and months are needed by the hectic pace of modern life.
Let us recall the statement that because of our ability to remember what has happened and our ability to predict what will happen, the concept of time is made possible. And it is the consistency of our consciousness that enables what we remember, what we perceive is actually occurring, and what we think can happen later, to be connected. Based on this, we can clearly see that our ability to interpret the continuity of events makes the meaning of time possible. Therefore, time can be seen as an intangible abstraction that helps us to make sense of events occurring around us.
Yet, how does it appear that time affects us? In the successive examples, my use of the word 'seem' would become evident.
Emotion is one undeniable element of human life. Let's take sorrow into account. We may assume that, because of loss, a person feels sorrow. But this failure as it occurs becomes an occurrence that has already happened. And because we recall the sad incident, it seems that the sorrow remains.
Remember fear now. Owing to perceived present danger, apprehension exists. Fear is helpful because it allows us to live to prevent imminent damage. It is linked to anxiety and fear, but not the same. Anxiety is described as worrying about an expected damaging event that may or may not occur.
Sadness and anxiety seem to be consequences of our time perception. Sadness, while anxiety is the distressing expectation of a potential future occurrence, may be said to be a result of a past event. Therefore, because of our collective notion of the past and future, it can be argued that depression and anxiety exist.
But imagine a scenario in which a person may choose not to dwell on a past loss and therefore not to worry about the possibility of a harmful occurrence in the future. If that person were only to concentrate on what is actually happening, then would it be possible that he would no longer succumb to anxiety or sadness?
Let us ponder remorse. This is a state of mind that can cause a person to become unstable if left unchecked. A product of remorse is guilt. And remorse is the act of blaming a past fault on yourself. But I think that if a person could let go of the importance of such unfortunate memories, then he would no longer be affected by such remorse.
I would like to argue that this perception of the past and future stems from many of the distressing interactions people face. People become captives of their history often. People may become too scared of the future as well. Judgment and decision-making are negatively affected in both cases, which can lead individuals to make more problematic decisions.
The World and Time of Modern
Modern civilization's rapid speed has given more and more importance to the significance of this notion of time. Schedules, meetings, deadlines, and so on produce this impression that there is so little time to do it all. This is why the notion of time management came in.
About this notion of time, business, trade, and industry revolve. Transactions are all dependent on how, using agreed norms, we have described and calculated time.
But imagine an age which had a way of life that was more primitive. Remember the time when electricity was not available and the occupations of people were much simpler and less diverse. May we say there was a slower speed of life then?
Is it fair to say that life during those times could have been less stressful? And as our new definition of time already made life more stressful? Based on this, I would like to assert that many of the issues facing individuals today are results of how we experience time.
Time is an illusion?
Philosophers and even scientists have proposed that the illusion of time may very well be.
To say that time exists is to say that there is a difference between the past, the present, and the future. But when there's a future, isn't it just a new present? And isn't the past merely a recollection of a previous present?
We can experience the movement of time because of the consistency of our consciousness, as we have so far described. But the consciousness of even one can shift. And our interpretation of time can also differ depending on our state of wakefulness or alertness,.
Is it then probable that two people would interpret time differently? Owing to the fluctuating states of consciousness that people have, the answer is yes.
If we embrace this new theory that time is perceived to change, then it is how we interpret these changes based on our wakefulness or consciousness state that differs.
The Time Travel Fantasy
The probability of time travel has been dedicated to a vast number of books and movies. Some fantasy authors represent time somewhat as a physical path where you can navigate back and forth. Theoretical physicists claim that a human can transcend time and visit the past or the future, provided the correct technology.
The definition of being able to travel through time, however, implies that it functions like space. Using coordinates, distances, and such, the physical location of objects can be calculated. As we have calculated distances compared to other fixed points, we can fly to a particular spot.
Another erroneous philosophical concept could end up being the belief that time works like space. The meaning of time may not be the way we perceive distances and positions in space at all.
At this point, learned readers can become suspicious and maybe remember how Einstein theoretically has interwoven time and space together. He did this by asserting that time slows down for that object compared to other objects when an object reaches the speed of light. He assumed, thus, that a so-called space-time continuum exists.
But it must be remembered that our debate is not about the laws of time and space, but about our understanding of time itself. As a means of prediction and regulation, all theories and equations that have been created to describe the behavior of our reality are intended to be used. They don't deal with thought purely.
The beauty of science is its never-ending quest to use an empirical approach to lay down an objective view of truth. But there is also another concept of science that applies, and that is self-correction. Theories came and went. Old ones are substituted for new ones. And this is because, based on certain assumptions, hypotheses are themselves made. But if we are to understand science's history, hypotheses have also been found to be incorrect. And even Einstein went wrong when he came face to face with the mechanics of quantum.
Let us question this long-accepted notion of time in this way, then. What if we do not travel through time, but time moves through us instead? Once again, this is based on the premise that time is viewed as a mere transition. And if this is the case, then maybe time does not exist as we know it. Change just does. And as we view it, we are merely calculating the speed of transition. Actually, we're not calculating time.
If we borrow the idea of Einstein that time slows down for an object as it travels faster, then should we not look at this phenomenon in this way, that what differs is the pace in which we perceive changes in the object's position? If we can show that all we experience is the pace at which change happens, we would be able to do away with the idea of time entirely.
Dealing as a mere idea with Time
If we are to accept the claim that perhaps time is merely an abstract term that reflects our understanding of a changing reality, then what are the consequences?
We may choose to let go of the past and not be affected by our failures and everything we have missed by doing away with this erroneous definition of time. We may choose not to be nervous about the future either. Man's fascination with power also causes him to think and plan for an imaginary future that might never even occur. We emphasize only the present instead.
In his Gestalt Therapy, this would sound close to what Perls was trying to propose. But the distinction is that the theory of Perls is not based on the assumption that time is an illusion. He knows that time exists and he adheres to the ideas of the past and the future. I recommend that we focus only on the present since it would appear that the present is all that exists based on the aforementioned logic.
Even mindfulness is an approach based on concentrating one 's attention based on a moment by moment. And it seems to understand, in effect, the importance of being in the moment.
Therefore, I suggest that to approach life in maybe a better way for us is to let go of these widely held ideas of the past and future and how they affect us. This does not mean that we are no longer able to learn about what has happened or that we are not ready for what may come. Instead, since that is what we have now, we can prefer to live in the present and savor the moment. We will learn to free ourselves from the never-ending guilt and anxiety and only concentrate on whatever present involvement we find ourselves in. Our right to think and act does not lie in what we think is the past or what we think is the future, but in the present moment. It is no longer possible to alter what has happened and what will happen is always beyond our influence. Therefore, concentrating on the current moment in which change happens will be better because our ability to change something exists only in the present.
Period Beyond
If we accept that time is merely a reflection of changes perceived, then what if we have not changed? Let us imagine the transition is unaffected by us. And then imagine seeing something that has constantly changed.
And since we are unchanging, this altering phenomenon does not affect our constant selves. A new consciousness is also a transition. Our knowledge of this evolving thing before us, therefore, will be complete immediately. Our unchanging and timeless selves will simultaneously see its history, present, and future.
To explain more clearly, imagine a shifting entity being presented to an everlasting and unchanging consciousness. The everlasting consciousness will outlast it, regardless of how long this entity exists. And so it would have been possible for this everlasting consciousness to see all the changes that have influenced it, as well as all the changes that would affect it in the future. It can seem that the past, present, and futures are the same for an everlasting and unchanging being.
Based on this hypothetical fact, it will then follow that our past and future concepts occur only because of the changes we experience.
Imagine, from afar, observing the changing world. Although you yourself remain unchanged and untouched, you watch everyone and everything in motion. But unexpectedly you are thrown into the changing world. And the universe also changes you. Then it would seem like you were trapped in an obvious time flow because you are witnessing transition inside and without now.
Divinity and Time
If there is something everlasting and unchanging, such as our definition of an all-powerful Deity, how should we say that He has seen all that has happened and will happen? And if this everlasting consciousness exists, does that mean that there is no past, present, or future, since this consciousness has seen all of this already?
If we are to base the Bible on our interpretation of God, then let us consider the following verses that can give us a glimpse of how God sees time.
(Matthew 6:34, UCSSB). Jesus says, "Do not think about tomorrow; tomorrow will take care of itself." Jesus emphasizes the present day, not an unknown future.
And let us take note of the changeless and everlasting existence of God in the following:
But do not neglect the one truth, beloved, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years * and a thousand years as one day "(2 Peter 3:8, UCSSB). 2 Peter 3:8."
"Yesterday, today, and forever, Jesus Christ is the same" (Hebrews 13:8, UCSSB).
"The beginning and the end, I am the Alpha and the Omega" (Revelation 21:6, UCSSB).
Let me add an idea that I came up with concerning emotions. Why is it that love seems to be the most impervious to the passing of time among all emotions? Rage and hate, sorrow, and fear can all fade away. But love, when it's true, seems to persist. To explain, the bond of love between you feels unaltered when you meet an old friend after years or even decades.
It has something to do with God, I believe. If God is everlasting, and "God is love" (1 John 4:8, UCSSB), then love does not shift like God.
By stating a paradox, let me finish. It took time for me to know that time didn't matter.

Your True Self: Love Who You Are Now
Our inner world suits our outer world when we are aligned with ourselves. We are our "authentic selves." Reconnecting with who we are is about becoming our authentic self.
Most of us, on autopilot, live our lives. We're programmed like an automaton every day and never consider the options we have. What we do and what we think, we let our old habits dominate. For so long, we have traveled down the same old, well-worn road that we believe that this is what life is all about. We embrace it unwittingly and don't think it can be any better or different. In our old ways, we can become so stuck that we don't even know that we're not living, but only surviving.
All of us have spent the best part of our lives working on a series of mistaken convictions, if you think about it. These beliefs can make us feel as if we are deficient in any way. In order to preserve harmony and make everyone happy, we have learned to say and do things.
But, who works to make us happy? My mates, this mission is ours and ours alone. Our capacity to be consistent with ourselves and others is related to our happiness, researchers say.
Our inner world suits our outer world when we are aligned with ourselves. We are our "authentic selves." Reconnecting with who we are is about becoming our authentic self. It's a matter of being true to ourselves. It's about matching our ideas (inner world), vocabulary, and deeds (outer world). It is about accepting our emotions and getting the trust to express them. It is about going deep inside and letting go of the false assumptions that no longer represent us.
Individuals controlled by their adverse conditioned false beliefs also try to satisfy others on their own. They have a tough time being authentic as well. To do or say stuff that goes against the norm, the tried and true, can be frightening.
In our partnerships, where we find ourselves discarding our own desires and needs to make room for what we think others want, our capacity to be honest is sometimes questioned. The consequences of our words and acts are what we fear. "If I speak the truth, will he or she still support me?" "What will happen if I say no?"
Being authentic enables us to love and embrace ourselves at our heart, to do what makes us happy, and to pursue our passions irrespective of who we might disappoint. Doing so can make us vulnerable, but at the same time, it makes it possible to build real, intimate relationships filled with unconditional love.
How does it feel to love ourselves? It's about showing kindness, consideration, and compassion to handle ourselves. For any mistake we make, it is about not judging ourselves harshly or punishing ourselves.
It is about being warm and understanding, accepting and reacting to our inadequacies and imperfections with the same degree of encouragement and appreciation that we openly give others. It's about liking who we are, lock, barrel, and stock.
Self-love forces us to behave with our best interest in mind and challenges us to think, "Why not?" Like they say, you will be made stronger by whatever doesn't destroy you. As you flex this muscle, imagine the inner strength you will create.
When we have enough self-worth and self-esteem, we naturally value ourselves. These aspects make it possible for us to be whole internally and help us connect with the world as our true self. There's one more thing we need to respect ourselves for. This demands that we step past our fears. It needs us to have the strength to feel and respect our emotions, regardless of where they can lead.
When we are our true selves, we have to be able to risk demonstrating our true selves, along with all our imperfections, flaws, and insecurities. Instead of what we think we should be, we must accept who we are. We will need to be willing to love ourselves enough to acknowledge the costs and repercussions of others that our words and acts will evoke. It might sting in science papers at the time, but many come to realize in retrospect that it was the best and smartest thing they've ever done. In all we do every day of our lives, being genuine provides a framework where we can continue to feel joy and happiness.

Train your subconscious mind to believe something: Secret Exposed Brain Reprogramming
Discover how brain reprogramming works and how to train the mind to believe something by using it. Learn about a simple method called orbiting with electricity.
Our subconscious mind has a tremendous capacity, according to neuroscience, to influence our lives.
The life we live is a product of how our subconscious mind is programmed. In our waking lives, at least 95% of our thoughts and actions are dominated by these default programs.
The values you have, which were conditioned from childhood onwards, have a direct effect on the life you are living right now. If you have limiting beliefs about money, what keeps you from getting more of it is those beliefs. It generates blocks that restrict you from your desires.
The rule of attraction will not give you anything which is not believed by your subconscious mind.
And that's where Orbiting Energy comes into play. It's an entrance, a hack, to the subconscious mind.
To remove deeply rooted subconscious negative attitudes and innermost vibration barriers, surface-level strategies such as affirmations or visualizations do not work.
And the solution is given by energy orbiting.
Consider orbiting energy as a hacker that can crack your subconscious mind's password and make adjustments from there. It can change beliefs and change who you are, at your deepest subconscious level, at your heart. It goes deeper into those emotions, opinions, and values you don't even know you have, and by rearranging your basic definition of yourself, it creates changes in your everyday behavior.
How will this be achieved?
The important impacts of neuro-linguistic programming and brainwave training are combined through energy orbiting. Using audio sounds at the correct frequency range, and combined with empowering subliminal messages and orders that serve as seeds, the subconscious mind is planting new values and programming that are now aligned with your true energies of joy, satisfaction, prosperity, abundance, peace, and more.
This penetrates deep into your subconscious, removing all sorts of barriers that get in the way of your manifesting success.
It boosts the vibrations effortlessly. It makes the function easier for your brain. And with the frequency of the Universe, you automatically become in-sync. You behave at your best when you are attuned to life, and you draw the right people and situations into your life.
And without effort, you do this. And the outcomes are fast.
About why? Because now your subconscious thinking is attuned to what is good, and you gravitate to what you want automatically.
The approach of energy orbiting does this very well because, beginning from childhood, you can remove phobias, alter simple preferences, and heal wounds from memories. It's really successful and is currently supported in the area of personal growth by some of the best-known writers.
It is a tool for brain reprogramming that enables you to reinvent who you are, not at the level of the surface, but very deep down at your heart. Your spirit, to which the Law of Attraction reacts.
It addresses the underlying and fundamental problems in your values and thought habits that, in one way or another, trigger sabotage in every area of your life.
This form of energy orbiting alone is enough to attract and manifest wonderful things in your life because when all those subconscious restricting biases have been cleared out, you will now be working at a higher frequency level.
And you have to BECOME the person who is naturally good and abundant if you want a successful and abundant life.
The only difference between you and a successful person, you see, is that the other one has successful programming, values, and identity. And there's no way that anything will stop you from manifesting just that if you grow them too.
You will now be vibrating higher to manifest wonders without anything getting in the way by clearing up the old barriers on your route.
And this is the real complete personal transformation that you have desired, but have never found out how to achieve, so far.
The findings are completely mind-blowing when neuro-linguistic programming is combined with brainwave entrainment.
Unlike all the other approaches you've tried for a long time that has failed, you can see a real improvement emerging in just days. And the root cause that is blocking progress is not really discussed by them.
This is a form of breakthrough that is effortless and quick, which is how it is expected to manifest.
You have nothing to read.
You're not going to study.
You don't have to engage in this activity.
You just let the orbiting force of energy tweak your brain and bring it to a higher vibrational degree.
Nothing unique needs to be achieved.
Before you go to sleep, you just listen and let it do the powerful work for you.
Then you'll soon see how different things are in your life. Individuals are more sensitive. Opportunities you've never thought of, without you doing the hard work, pop up from nowhere. All just feels right on track, and without the heavy lifting, things fall into place for you.
This is a powerful technology for brain reprogramming. It enables you to conveniently configure your subconscious mind, planting seeds in both your mind and heart's fertile ground.
This will cure you and support you in your life to make miracles manifest.
It's time to break old habits and build a new outlook.

So, for now, is God dead?
So, for now, is God dead? This was a question posed to me because of an observation that people on social media these days hardly post religious messages.
One possible reason I see is that, due to the quarantine restrictions that are in place as a result of this pandemic, churches are closed. The church is their sanctuary for large numbers of people. It is a source of consolation, of power, and peace. It is a place to be empowered to become better people. And that is where it is possible to hear the Word of God. Perhaps our current lack of exposure to guidance by our church leaders has made us concentrate more on temporal and secular issues.
But the fact that many of us are reeling from the economic impact and the day-to-day uncertainty we face may also be due to this phenomenon. Our source of livelihood has been lost by many of us. Survival is now mainly on the minds of most people. And they can not see God when people are hungry.
Hunger is one of the most basic drives of man. We are unable to think about anything else when we experience hunger. And it can be maddening to be afraid of not getting food the next day. Our minds can be overwhelmed by endless concern for survival that we fully neglect the spiritual component of our life.
We can remember how the Gospel says that when Jesus is about to preach to a crowd, he will perform a miracle so that he can feed them first. Even our Lord seems to understand that the hunger of people must be met in advance.
The question I was asked reminds me of what the German philosopher Nietzsche said had ushered in the death of God in the Age of Enlightenment. It was his position that once and for all, science and reason would disprove God's presence. Yet confidence has been shown time and again to be beyond reason's control. And it was Nietzsche himself who had been disproved by the persistence of the piety of the people.
But now a very different challenge is facing our spirituality. Is this pandemic doing what was not achieved by the Enlightenment? This pandemic has stopped countless people from meeting in houses of worship for months. Is this going to become a part of the new standard now?
The trust of people is checked if the world experiences a tragedy of global proportions. History is full of accounts of plagues and wars which have caused untold misery and death. And in each case, individuals challenged God's presence.
Suffering is not meant to drive us further from what we believe in. Instead, in the pain that we are presently experiencing, we should seek Heaven. Our acts should not be motivated by our fear of a future which is unknown. This can only add to despair.

The Quest For The Right Job
Can we really adapt to the world all the time and live a life of "quiet desperation" if we do not know who we are, and therefore what we would enjoy doing on the basis of our personality? In this post, we find out.
After working for just a few months in a job, several of my business school students left, some of the reasons they cite are mentioned below.
I felt bored!
I've been overworked!
That wasn't what I had been promised!
There's no good organization!
The profile didn't like me!
I wasn't able to do the job!
My boss hasn't been successful!
The society isn't perfect!
It's too poor a wage!
We usually join an organization for three reasons:
Job Profile (what we do in the business now and will do in the future),
Business Brand (which strengthens our personal branding and gives jobs continuity because the company is doing well)
Salary (which makes it possible for us to fulfill some of our needs).
"When beginning our career, we give" salary "the highest priority, then" brand "and last, the" work profile.
Most of the leaving reasons listed above are emotional and linked to what we are supposed to do (job profile). If we are inspired, we are capable of hard work. If the workplace has a future, we will stay inspired. When we're bored, we find something to do. When we want to stay, we will accommodate or treat our boss. If I like the job and there is potential growth, we will take a low salary (within reason) if I like it. Hard work is not, however, a replacement for loving our work. If we like our jobs, we hang around.
What produces satisfaction at work?
If I look at the explanations above, I also see problems of conflicts of personality. For instance,
If the work description does not suit my character
My personality does not suit the corporate culture.
I have a clash of personalities with my boss.
Compared to the standards of the company and my manager about what I am supposed to do, the disagreement is mostly about what I do. What I do is decided by what I am ... with respect to my personality.
In terms of our extrovertism or introvertism, the Myers-Briggs Test analyzes us, whether we use our 5 senses to obtain data or our intuition, whether we use reasoning or feelings and how much data we need to make choices. Certain occupations obviously require certain styles of personality.
I am an INFJ, for instance. Via definition:
Idealists are INFJs. They work hard, but they're adamant about their values and the kind of job they want to do. They are also unorthodox, nuanced, and warmly interested in individuals as well. They are informative, perfectionistic and principled. For such persons, traditional occupations are: teachers, counselors, musicians. In the population, they are the most rare type.
So, according to the study, I am good as a consultant in advisory roles and I am good. I can not do a good job if I am asked to execute a project within a defined deadline. Likewise, in a sales process, I can assist, but can not be made directly accountable. I may theorize, consider the concerns of others and provide guidance, mixing several possibilities and viewpoints. In such a career, I will be successful.
As the company profile is good or the compensation is good, a stakeholder can tell me to go into the Information Technology Field and run a software project. This does not mean that I'm going to do a decent job at it. I might be able to perform my duty theoretically, but that is what it will be: a duty, not a pleasure.
I'm not a chameleon either. I might be a good performer, but for a brief period of time, actors change identities, not 8-12 hours a day for the remainder of their lives. We can not, therefore, assume that we will act in a manner that is contradictory to our inherent personality. This is highly strenuous.
In short, if we don't know who we are, and thus what we would like to do on the basis of our personality Business Management Papers, can we really adapt to the world all the time and live a "quiet desperation" life?

How To Stay Positive And Easily Manifest Your Desires - 10 Positive Manifestation Techniques
10 Positive Manifestation Strategies-How to Remain Positive And Easily Manifest Your Desires
In this post, I will share 10 ways of staying optimistic in life with you-daily behaviors that you can follow in your thoughts and acts to build a positive environment around you and to manifest your dreams into reality easily.
Ten powerful ways to remain optimistic in life — daily behaviors that you can incorporate in your thoughts and actions to create a positive environment around you and to manifest your dreams into reality easily. These are basic strategies of manifestation that will allow you to intensify the momentum of positive energies in your everyday life and therefore greatly help you identify with what you want.
# 1. Be a self-soother who is conscious. Speak about leaning toward the positive.
Whenever unfavorable situations arise and you are prone to go into pessimistic thinking, instead of purposely moving deeper into negativity, start going general in your thoughts. Practice talking to yourself in a calming and kind way, just like talking to your inner kid, and remind yourself that it's all about concentration, and you know what to do now. First, reach for the feeling of relaxation and then shift your thoughts progressively towards better-feeling ones.
# 2. Meditate and stabilize the pulse to clear away unwanted thoughts.
Meditation is a very successful approach to use to relax the mind and release any connection to thoughts. This allows your mind to be relaxed and secure and allows your energy to naturally rise to the level of peace and happiness. You should concentrate on your breathing consciously, feeling calm when you inhale and exhale. Or you can concentrate on a particular tone, or count from 100 to 1 backward. You can do this for a few minutes each day, and as you go about your day, you can eventually be the kind of person who is more at ease. And from this stable position, the mind can then easily obtain optimistic thoughts. With this new high vibration you are on, you will be open to more thoughts that harmonize.
# 3. Do not dwell on the issue that you wish to remove.
What you're focusing on grows and gathers momentum. And if you concentrate on an issue, your solutions bring fuel to what you don't want. Negative thoughts would be intensified, and since it is at a particular vibrational level, constructive thoughts about solutions will not come in. When your focus is on the unwanted, you can't remain optimistic. Instead, you may opt to concentrate on something else, something that makes you feel comfortable at the moment and that is totally unrelated to the issue. And if you do this, the mind will now obtain inspired ideas because it is no longer clouded by negativity.
# 4. The Quit circumstances or individuals that don't represent you.
Mostly, take note of the people and experiences you allow and engage in your life to remain optimistic. Instead of feeding your mind with energies of rage, hatred, blame, and judgment, all of which do not serve you and your vibratory setpoint well, choose to be in the environment of positivity, compassion, and optimism. What you surround yourself with would have a huge influence on the vibration that you continue to practice throughout your life.
# 5. Let it melt away the negativity. Don't go through something negative directly.
If a negative thought is not kept alive inside you, it will melt away and leave you naturally and easily. You don't get rid of them violently, but you release your commitment to these ideas so that they become inert and fall apart on their own as you loosen your hold. You do not get in the way of the normal increase of your vibration when you do not want to dig into the particulars of something unpleasant, and you, therefore, go back to your default setting of harmony, pleasure, positivity, and happiness.
# 6. Catch negative thoughts early in order not to get the momentum going.
Become an involved watcher of your mind and pay attention to the things that you think, so that you do not slip into thoughts that you do not want to think about unconsciously. You should constantly ask yourself, "Right now, what am I thinking?" "Or" does this thinking support me the way I think it does? ”. This would be very helpful in avoiding the spiral of implicit negative thoughts and recognizing them when it is still simple to detach and release at the early stages.
# 7. Instead of a reactor, be a deliberate thinker. Understand what you're broadcasting.
Instead of letting the outside world decide what you will think, this is by the previous phase in which you become the conscious maker of your own thoughts. You don't respond to all that's going on around you anymore, and with the subjects, you allow in your mind, you become picky. This also means making sure that you want to intensify and draw more into your life with the vibrations you broadcast to the World. You become the intentional builder you naturally are.
# 8. Through practice, own a stable, strong vibration and then go out into the world.
You will be able to gain a healthy foundation for positive thought by daily practice, regardless of what is happening around you. You will naturally gravitate to positive-feeling thoughts with practice, and you will be able to connect with all sorts of things and individuals with a still-steady vibrational offering since you have already practiced long enough to remain there for you to be good. This means the unpleasant things happening around you can not be easily bogged down because you can now see and see more clearly from this new position you are rooted in.
# 9. Talk to yourself about what works, what you enjoy, what is fun. Aim for rewarding thoughts.
Thoughts of laughter, love, blessings, and things that work out will all cause you to vibrate at a higher frequency where at that same high energy level you will get access to more and more thoughts. This is what you will get more of in your life when you choose joy and love. For this reason, the better it gets, the better it gets. It's all about choosing and being nice at the vibrational position you want to remain in.
# 10. Never defend the things around you, justify them, or repair them.
All unnecessary thoughts and energies will intensify the energy of defensiveness, justification, and fixing things that are broken, and will drive you further away from being optimistic. You add more energy to it if you resist or strive against it, and you step away energetically from what you want. Bear the knowledge that to get what you want, there is no need to protect or repair something. Instead, first, tend to the internal energy work, and when the energy dynamics are already on the positive side, allow the external specifics to work out on their own.

In this short article on how to remain optimistic even when negative conditions occur, I hope you have found meaning and helpful insights. May these positive strategies of manifestation direct you to make better choices for yourself and to encourage you to manifest your desires in life.

5 Best ways to avoid worrying about negative thoughts
Are you sick of negative thoughts? To conquer negative thoughts and get positivity around you, use these 5 best tips.
Have a positive rejection mentality
Typically, when we have rejection in life, you're always drawn to negative feelings. When you go to an interview for a job and the interviewer refuses you, rejection can be something. I know it hurts a lot, but to realize that rejection is an ability, you have to have a good attitude. Without being refused, no one is going to be successful. Brian Acton and Jan Koum, the founders of WhatsApp, applied to Facebook for a job and were rejected by Facebook after leaving Yahoo. He had an optimistic outlook or attitude after being rejected and wanted to create a real-time messaging app called WhatsApp. And you think this app became popular in a very short period of time and later acquired WhatsApp from Facebook on 19 February 2014. Even when put in disapproval, such as WhatsApp creator Brian Acton and John Koum, still hold a positive outlook.
Stop comparing, and begin to live
F starts to build a pessimistic mentality or attitude by comparing yourself. Why are you comparing yourself to someone and wanting to be like them all the time? After receiving the answer to this question, you can never compare yourself to others. The explanation behind this is your mentality or attitude, so you would also try to get admission to engineering college when you see that your friend has been admitted to engineering college, but you are not interested in it. You'll find the area boring after some time, even though your friend enjoyed it. This happened when you compared yourself to a friend of yours. So stop comparing yourself and maintain a positive attitude that you find fascinating at work.
Keep surrounded by positive people
Positivity arises from positive, not negative individuals. So, try to stop negative people who just propagate speeches of negativity and hate. What happens when optimistic people surround you? Their optimistic thoughts, stories, and affirmations will have a great influence on you when you are surrounded by positive people and you will start thinking like them very quickly. You will find incredible changes in your life until it becomes your habit. What happens when negative people surround you? Negative people try to spread negativity and hateful thoughts at all times.
Suppose your buddy has a bad habit of smoking cigarettes and you always surround him, sometimes he even gives you cigarettes, but you refuse to smoke, you're going to smoke for a few days because you've always seen him smoking cigarettes, but it's health risky and one day it's going to become your habit. Later, you will see that it will change your positive attitude to a negative attitude.
Begin to reframe your thoughts
Our mind never stops brainstorming. It can be either positive or negative. While negative thoughts can dampen your positive thoughts, shifting your negative outlook to a positive mindset simply involves rejecting them. Know that there is no dead-end, just redirection, and you might continue and put your pessimistic attitude aside and try again if anything works, to explore new ideas. Our brain is analogous to the CPU of a computer so we can optimize for better working parts of the computer. We need to return all that takes you away from productivity for the better functioning of our brain, though.
Maintain an affirmative approach
In any situation where you are stuck, do you know that a positive attitude will grow a positive attitude? An individual with a positive attitude is more effective than an individual with a negative attitude. To withdraw positivity, every successful person shifts their outlook to look at negativity. It is easier to stay away from them if you have a good attitude and your peers still spread pessimistic and hateful thoughts.

Forgiveness- A Therapeutic Solution
What is pardon? "It is the act of granting a person a pardon for sin or injury against another person. But is there a sin or injury caused by another person to seriously forgive? 120 depressed male and female patients, according to the Journal of Psychology & Clinical Psychiatry. There were 76.80 men, and the person who sinned or caused them harm was forgiven by 79.87 women. For millennia, mankind has endured many negative acts, but if we chose not to forgive, we do not. We're never going to recover. This journey, called life, is about learning through various experiences. From the example of others, we learn to forgive. Forgiveness begins by mending the spirit.
They start to let go of the pain of the past as a person recovers. Memories lie dormant, but in his or her life, the person gradually progresses towards better options. In our present life, a famous pioneer once said that in order to be able to forgive, a person must develop emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Jr. of Martin Luther King. So it is a process to be able to forgive again, regardless of the sin or harm that someone may have caused a person. In conclusion, if they are not willing and able to do the same, how can a person expect others to forgive them? Learn from experiences in the past.
Do not forget about what has been learned. Forgive, and with a good mind, move on. Without a shift, there is no life. It's an option to forgive, but it should be a necessity. A continuing cycle of hurtful or damaging events disorder can cause an individual to become the executor they themselves despise. Start a new forgiving cycle, and let your life blossom into an atmosphere of joy.
In all of life, all are kindred. The exercise of enjoying everything is above all else. Peace practice is of the utmost. The Divine preserves love. True love heals everything. Respect more than material benefits or possessions to your fellow man, woman, or boy. This is sincere caring. From the center of the heart, the power of love emerges. In continuous motion, it is a force. It flows from the origins of unconditional empathy. Peace would bring hope.
Happiness dwells inside a calm mind. The process of healing the spirit begins with forgiveness. What is the art of remission? The practice of forgiving each and every person encountered by a being. It doesn't have to be forgiveness for a personal wrong, hurt, or act. Forgiving permanently removes a high proportion of wrong-doing thought patterns. This new cycle of forgiveness would encourage a person to implement new changes in actions and positively elevate his or her inner light.
In order to think in a better manner, the biological brain begins to be re-programmed, since the polarity has changed from negative to trauma. This is the way of life in the modern spiritual truth which is coming. Forgiving is an act of genuine love. Forgiveness. Forgiving.

Divine love is a power that saves
Unification by equilibrium is the first law of opposites. The source that multiplies into doubles is the first act of creating creation. From Mono to Dual to Triad. The division between masculine and feminine forces by mono. Opposites attract in a magnesium rule; thus, male and female energies will often seek to converge back to mono.
This was the start of the energy coupling process. These energies are personified as male and female genders within creation. They magnetically attract these two genders. Getting a part of the soul does not mean that there is a soul mate for an individual. The inner light or sun within that is created by the inner spiritual heart is soul or solar for solar.
A match between two human beings is a mate. This pairing is from the method of comparing experiences in life. In its raw form, true love originates from the reservoir of the inner divine heart's unconditional compassion. Love is not containable. It is not possible to quantify passion. Love does not constitute possession.
The relation with the root of all life enacts true love, which is divine love. Nothing, but the root of all life, belongs to anyone. So a being is unable to offer itself to a man or a woman. Only a being can share itself. The greatest gift a being can share with another is to share true love.
At the spiritual center of the heart, the exchange of spiritual energies through intimacy will trigger a bond. That's what many calls passion. This is the spiritual response that causes the expression 'I'm in love' to be used by many.
A genetic association with the genetic line of that being would be caused by the exchange of seminal fluid.
It's not real love to quantify the love of a being by finance, property, or material benefits. For true love is not physical, it is a spiritual nature. Women forgot how to love really. The only lust they have now is for strength, control, and material value. Men forgot how to care. As protectors, they are more physical. So they're having less sympathy. Yet men have been possessed by the powers of sex.
But both sexes are being controlled by artificial means. Currency or money, and narcotics.
The expression of divine love, and the practice of divine harmony, is the only path to salvation. By re-connecting with the root of all development, the way to obtain those attributes is. By way of divine illumination, the way to re-connect is. Divine love cares for the whole of life. A change of heart would be triggered by this expression. Then the consequence of peace will impregnate the entire planet with that cause. The process of transformation will begin with the beginning of self-love. To achieve divine enlightenment, re-education with divine wisdom will change the thinking process.
The process of saving the world can be started by each person. Live in harmony, express divine love in psychology essays, and rest in happiness.

Realm Of The Damned
As a place of spiritual evil, and pain, dictation of the word hell is clarified. But it is most likely that many people in this world are wondering why there is so much death, carnage, and chaos. Some people witness traumatic incidents and live them. In this current world across their lives. Many people are wondering why there is so much suffering. Why is it that every child has to suffer? Why is innocence taking away some of humanity's worst behavior? A lot of people are wondering why and where God is. They ask why I am Heaven as if they were the only being suffering or witnessing traumatic events in this present universe.
This is how it occurs. Hells are there, and paradises are there. The equilibrium of opposite natures is present. Either good or bad. Some beings have freewill inside existence, and so have a choice to make. But some beings do not have free will in life, and a right to choose. They have entirely yielded to the will of the ultimate all-spirit.
If a person who has no freewill violates the rules of the whole spirit supreme. Which are celestial, planetary, and galactic laws. In certain cases, they are punished. One of those forms is to imprison a being or a being in the pit of hell. As was done in your tale of Adam and Eve. They became outcasts, and they were sent to this world of hell called the Hyades. This present world is called Hyades since the roots of the temporary rulers are from the Taurus Constellation area of Hyades. Human beings are all in a world of hell.
But when they see the devils doing their work, they act stunned. The essence of the devil is destructive. You live with them in hell when a being imitates them and follows their examples. As it mentions in chapter 12 of Revelation. The devil, satan, and his evil-messengers are being forced out of the higher realms. They are being cast into the planet Earth, and they have this entire universe and they are deceiving it.
Your support is at your own arm's end. With demons, devils dwell. With plants, animals dwell. With demons, demonic deities dwell. Beings of justice live with benevolent deities. For the saints of old, who fall from grace, this is a training ground. A divine disciplinary test. Only Divine Love, Divine Health Fitness Posts, and Divine Illumination will save you. When you know deep down that you do not want it, do not pray or ask for support. You love the hell here.

What is a Paradigm Shift?
A Paradigm Shift is when a big change occurs-usually from a fundamental point of view to a new point of view. Any type of major discontinuity also occurs in most cases.
A Paradigm Shift is when a big change occurs-usually from a fundamental point of view to a new point of view. Any type of major discontinuity also occurs in most cases.
During the early 1960s, Thomas Kuhn wrote about Paradigm Change, describing how "a sequence of peaceful interludes punctuated by intellectually violent revolutions" caused "one philosophical world view to be substituted by another one."
In laymen terms, Paradigm Shift is a common shift or transformation of the way we humans view events, people, climate, and life altogether, or maybe not so popular. It can be a national or international change that will have profound consequences on the way we live our lives today and in the future, whether positive or negative.
A shift of the Paradigm: A Review
We've all seen a big improvement in today's culture already. We trace some of the roots to the concept of "Paradigm Change" as we look back on "counterculture".
Younger generations rejected influence during the counterculture period (the 1960s-1970s) and were very much at odds with society's recognized value structures and living standards. Social Conservatives were considered "social repressions" in the counterculture movement (fueled by the Vietnam War).
Notwithstanding traditional Western philosophies, the enlightening Paradigm Change erupted into creative ideas about religion, culture, and spirituality.
We see a change in today's culture towards a more blinded-oppressions view of censorship. Chillingly revealing are the ironic juxtapositions between the Paradigm Change of almost half a century ago and the youth of society today.
The resistance of youth to power may not always have been in humanity's best interest; however, it was the Paradigm shift that led to transformative changes that changed ethnic tensions and relationships, opened lines of communication to outside nations, and ended the Vietnam War.
The result included varying degrees of negative and positive changes that encouraged individuals to open their hearts and minds to multicultural diversity; and promoted freedom and liberty — increased promiscuity, higher divorce rates, higher substance use, and socialist views and welfare programs were placed on the flip side of the shift.
The Paradigm Change of Today
Instead of recent times, a Paradigm Shift has been emerging, however. Were you paying attention? Apparently, young people today are under the hypnotic spell of invisible censorship. What is "censorship that is invisible?"
Concerning national and international events, local news stations frequently publish half-truths or skewed news stories, including environmental, global, and political reports. Many conventional educational programs enforce personal political preferences on students; these views and behaviors are integrated into educational plans. Another invisible censorship, as opposed to propaganda-style reporting, is the fact that certain incidents are swept under the rug and are not given sufficient media attention.
So, in turn, what does this Paradigm Change translate about human life and environmental behaviors in Health Fitness Articles? What would be the potential product of a complex and interventional metamorphosis like this?
Any thoughts of yours?

Magic is among us
The logical mind. We have grown so attached to this way of perceiving possibilities. Perhaps from the social conditioning of the society as a whole. Maybe from our schools, parents, friends, and other counterparts. Knowledge from the books. Everything has a definition, a label, a reason. Predetermined and predictable. Do you think like this perhaps? Time is measurable. People have meanings. The duality of good and bad.
Break free. There are no shackles. There are no scars. There is no suffering. There is no fear. Time is really timeless. Duality is composed not of black and white but a beautiful rainbow.
Magic is everywhere. Remove the labels that you have ingrained upon. Those are only there to limit what really is possible. How perhaps? You know magic right? Say this word like a wizard king or wizard queen. MAGIC. Whenever you are in a situation that you cannot foresee. Whenever you are in a situation that seems hard to solve. You do not need to use your logical mind. You need to harness what that is called magic. The logical mind is composed of a very minute amount of your capability. Like probably 0.0000000000001%. You see the subconscious facets are composed of 99.99% of your capabilities. Come on! Use your magic.
Channel the word into your system. MAGIC. What would you like to manifest? Magic can easily transmute whatever those are. You have to believe that everything is possible already when you make a wish. A miracle perhaps. Within a nanosecond. Your miracle is here. It has always been here. That is why these movies like Harry Potter and whatnot are so popular because we know deep inside that magic is among us.

I am attached to this Starseed
Even if they are embodied on Earth, Arcturian star seeds appear to have a few characteristics in common with real Arcturian beings.
Arcturus is a star found in the constellation of Bootes. It is known to be a very ancient star system. As such, the Arcturians are also known as very ancient by the race of beings from this star system. Wisdom, wisdom, and instruction are expressed by the Arcturians. They enjoy passing on their lessons and data.
Recent incarnations of worlds aligned with the star Arcturus have had Arcturian starseeds and also share several characteristics and skills of Arcturians. Arcturian starseeds are often related to the following traits:
Feel like 'black sheep' in their family
Attracted to the night sky, astronomy, aliens,
They may not understand the hierarchy of society.
Lower blood pressure and lower body temperature appears to be
Drawn to metaphysics and the paranormal
Drawn to holy geometry, lines of the law, ancient civilizations,
Attracted to fundamental sciences, such as quantum mechanics,
Strongly hold their views
Great for the preparation, coordination, and construction of
Involved in modern technologies, mathematics, research and
The building, designing, and organizing the future on Earth may be of interest, perhaps through renewable energy, creating new models of community living, etc.
When they shut their eyes, they can see colorful geometric patterns.
Synesthesia can be had
Gifted singers, mathematicians, or scholars maybe
Strong reminiscences
Incredibly empathic
Sounds, lights, sounds, chemicals, etc. are very sensitive.
Like asking profound, metaphysical questions
Concerning technology, community living that focuses on harmony and sustainability, beings from Arcturus concentrate on ushering in the "modern future" on Earth. By serving as spirit guides and by incarnating on Earth as starseeds, they have decided to assist Earth. On a metaphysical level, spirit guides work, communicating with many people on Earth.
Beings from Arcturia appear to associate telepathically or claircognizant with individuals. In colors, geometric patterns, and even sounds, they like to convey data. Knowledge, lessons related to the nature of our universe, and the laws that rule it, may hold the frequencies of these colors, forms, and sounds.
The frequency of energies aligned with the Throat Chakra appears to embody Arcturians. They are important in the communication and transmission of data. Arcturus beings are also great at helping individuals align with their true selves to find their true voice and spread the universe's reality. Arcturian beings like to use and apply their immense basic knowledge for use in physical applications. So, to design societies and houses, they will use their knowledge of sacred geometry and mathematics. They will also develop new energy sources, or new energy harnessing techniques. There is a trend of bringing from the spiritual realm divine wisdom and using it to manifest into the real world divine technology.
Earthly embodiments of Arcturian beings are Arcturian Starseeds
Arcturian Starseeds are born with well-integrated Arcturian energy (or karma) of various degrees. Some starseeds have Arcturian karma that is very poorly integrated or Arcturian energy that is very well integrated. This means that when karma or energy is well incorporated, the Ego embraces the energy and allows it to express itself authentically without remorse or guilt. If karma is incorrectly incorporated, if the energy is conveyed, the Ego will not embrace the energy and will feel remorse and guilt. For instance, if someone loves cosplay secretly but can not bear to engage in cosplay because they fear friends' social rejection, they have poorly integrated energy concerning cosplay. For Arcturian themes of harmonious, balanced social relations, it functions the same way.
Traits of Arcturian Starseeds with Arcturian Karma Poorly Integrated:
Arcturian star seeds usually feel very alone and isolated from the rest of the collective consciousness with poorly integrated Arcturian energy. They will feel like there is an intellectual disconnect or contact that prevents them from communicating with other people.
They're going to have a very hard time communicating with the collective consciousness, which means they're not very intuitive or empathetic.
Even as it hurts disadvantaged communities and the environment, they embrace capitalism.
Traits of Arcturian Starseeds with Arcturian Karma Well Integrated:
Starseeds with Arcturian energy that is very well integrated are likely to be very empathic and related to the collective consciousness. This will give them good empathy, and they will possibly be able to sense the feelings of another human.
They are likely to feel connected to the collective consciousness and other individuals. They would feel like they can communicate positively with other individuals.
They encourage sectors to encourage fair trade, clean energy, and a sustainable footprint.

Why drinking simply water is the best.
We all know that water is good for us and we definitely should drink more of it. So why, then, is it so hard for us to drink from what is arguably the fountain of youth?
Answers differ, but the fact is that, one in 10 people drinks zero cups of water per day. None. Nil. Hydration is derived from other sources, such as food and coffee, by those who do not drink any water (or very little), but advises that this may not be enough.
When you drink plain water, many health risks decrease.
Which is why the findings, are "mindboggling."
No living thing can live without water. It affects all aspects of our lives and is an integral component of preserving good health.
All oceans, however, are not produced equal. Enhanced drinks, such as Ionized Water, provide more health benefits for the body than normal water. Only take a look at how the following will help:
It regulates fluids in the body. Your body is made up of around 60% water and performs important functions such as protecting your organs and tissues, controlling the temperature of your body and transporting your cells with nutrients and oxygen, effectively keeping your body working like a well-oiled machine.
This keeps the skin looking fine. Water moisturizes the skin and acts to avoid unnecessary fluid loss (think free anti-aging cream) as a protective barrier. Moreover, it will keep your skin smooth and fresh.
The immune system is strengthened by it. A lower chance of getting sick is for those who guzzle water. This crystal-clear concoction, especially if your water has mild alkaline properties, helps fight against flu, cancer and other ailments. Having ionized water in your daily intake will provide a boost to your immune system by adding antioxidants, improving aerobic ability, improving energy levels, and hydrating your body more thoroughly through a proprietary technology that alters the molecular structure of water.
It can assist with calorie control. Although drinking water may not be a solution for weight loss, substituting it for higher-calorie or sugar-filled drinks per se may help by replacing fat products, filling you up so you're not noshing, serving as a natural suppressant of appetite and increasing your metabolism.

Benefits of eating raisins
My small sister says that there is no food which lead her to eat the raisins at home. I bought those while doing grocery. So now I was curious how it would taste. Surprisingly for me it taste yummy as well. So I researched how raisins would benefit us if we will eat it. Here are the benefits by the way.
Raisins are a good source of antioxidants, just like grapes, because they are high in a particular type of antioxidants called polyphenols. Polyphenols help the body fight free radicals, reducing inflammation, making them one of the greatest raisin benefits. They are also great for brain health, linked to improving cognitive function and protecting against cognitive illnesses, such as Alzheimer's and dementia.
An iron. Iron. This is a nutrient that may not be enough for many individuals who follow a vegan or plant-based diet, so snacking on raisins could particularly help them get more of this nutrient. Iron helps with the flow of blood, which benefits the cardiovascular system directly. Raisins are a great ingredient to incorporate into a pre-workout snack for this reason. It should be paired with vitamin C for iron to be well absorbed. In fact, raisins also have that nutrient, so you get both from the same source.
A good goal is to get 18 milligrams of iron every day regardless of what eating plan you follow, so while raisins are not the end all, be all mineral source, integrating them into your diet can help you meet your needs.
There are also small amounts of calcium in raisins, it can support bone health. In addition to being good for your bones, including your teeth. Calcium plays an important role in muscle function, helping to relay messages from the brain to the muscles. You want to get between 1,000 milligrams and 1,200 milligrams of calcium a day. Another reason why they're nice to stash in your gym bag!
While they are not exactly a powerhouse protein source, such as meat, nuts , beans, or tofu. The nutrient is contained in raisins, and hey, every little bit counts. This is also useful in keeping the raisin sugar from spiking as much blood sugar as it would otherwise.
There is 1 gram of fiber in just one ounce of raisins, which is pretty impressive for a relatively small amount. I wouldn't use raisins as your primary source of fiber, but it's a great bonus and it's definitely beneficial that it is included. You want to aim to get between 25 grams and 28 grams a day. The fiber, like protein, also helps prevent the abundant natural sugars of the dried fruit from having such a strong impact on your blood sugar levels.
Fiber is one of the body's most important nutrients, helping to decrease inflammation as well as increase gut health. While only a small portion of the amount of fiber required for the whole day is a handful of raisins, adding it to your oatmeal or salad will get you much closer to your fiber goals and benefit your body in the process.

Pleiades
Pleiades have a tremendous impact on our consciousness, and touch generates a sacred vacuum in seekers to allow them to integrate with the Spiritual and Abstract Mind at a higher and more subtle level. The void is a mental energy which turns consciousness into intuition.
What? How? That it unites consciousness and mind to obtain such a high dose of Pleiadian energy so that each can experience metaphysical and divine awareness simultaneously. Moreover, in the self-consciousness of these seekers, such sacred recognition of Divine Knowledge often resonates, allowing them to harmonize their mental and intellectual faculties with those of the Pleiades. In turn , this allows them to become strong broadcasting stations that broadcast their own knowledge and perception of what they have got, although at a lower level.
Therefore, the Pleiades open a higher degree of knowledge in seekers, unfolding the potentials and abilities within them that are innate and manifest on the higher planes of Being. Thus, by strengthening their intuitive and mental faculties, or the wisdom of the heart, the Pleiades have the power to manifest and energize the characteristics that are latent in the seed ideas of seekers.
Thus, the Pleiades' seven planets reflect a school of learning whose power awakens and transforms the logical mind into a straightforward vehicle that can obtain and translate what consciousness feels and lives into simple words. In exchange, seekers receive an enhanced level of awareness on the celestial plane that overflows with divine seed concepts that must be communicated and shared with others.
The Pleiades open the seekers to a high degree of intuitional intelligence in which consciousness and knowledge become one. This is the only way that seekers express themselves in Spiritual Wisdom and Understanding so that they can share them with others. In order to be able to impart knowledge to others, the wisdom must first become the seeker.
The task of the Pleiades, then, is to help seekers become aware of Divine Awareness and Wisdom consciously, which is why their etheric, astral and mental bodies must be cleansed before they can integrate with that spiritual realm.
The Pleiades represent a divine station where the Ideal Model is energized and comes alive on earth inside the seekers.
When they have dissolved the illusionary creations of their egos, seekers who identify with their Ideal Model gradually incorporate their consecrated Perfect Mold in order to be assimilated and remodelled in it. However, we must first consider it our inner tomb if we want to begin the inner phase and join our consecrated Perfect Mold.
The first step of the transformation requires great changes within yourself, dying before being reshaped into your old habits. You will never be the same while you are in the mold, and will stay in it until you and the mold merge, manifesting your Perfect Model inside and around you. Renewed from the Mold, you will emerge in due course. However, initially, look at it as something more than just your tomb.
In reality, you will discover it to be your sacred womb after the full purification of your old self and purging of deceptive thinking and emotional ways, in which your Spiritual nature inside the Christ Child waits like a sacred seed for the right moment to germinate in your life. That will be your day of rebirth.

Quest and Pilgrimage
The manner in which everything in the world organizes itself and shows a dimension of subjective spontaneity is reflected by our consciousness or inner presence. Consciousness was already there from the beginning of existence, from the galaxy to the forming of the world , showing an incredible capacity to unfold powerful forces and exquisite creativity in an incalculable complexity of shapes, shifting, expanding, collapsing, bursting, and fulfilling its own elusive and enigmatic destiny through creation. Man is a part of life, and in him, perception takes on another dimension, another level. Will this be called an evolution of consciousness, or an awakening, better still?
The journey into the depths of self starts with the adventure of consciousness, beginning with a small and narrow perception of our true essence, and with our mind and imagination, expanding our consciousness. To experience and realize that we, as consciousness, are mirrors that represent the whole of life, we do that.
We are not only mirrors, though; we must also learn that we are centers of existence as well.
Consciousness has two roles in man. First, it represents our own understanding of existence and perception, which allows us to grow our inner ability, inherent knowledge, and individuality. Second, it tells us that consciousness will still remain a mystery whose realization is our real task in life, since consciousness itself takes all sorts of forms in existence, and yet we know that consciousness can never be created as an integral part of the Essence of the Unknown God Himself. So, who's that guy? What is his intent, and what is his "mission" in creation?
Man is not consciousness itself, but consciousness creates and transforms him, so consciousness inhabits man. He is no more, henceforth, mind or devotion. His role in creation is to be a vessel, a chalice, a grail cup, and to receive those mystical energies that give him the gifts of mind and love from consciousness. We are not the makers of these essences, but their recipients, and our duty in our lives is to incarnate and manifest them. When we become the core of these mysteries, we are no longer mere human beings. We become an awakened consciousness that represents the whole of life in ourselves, and we know that consciousness, through us, is also the source of this creation as we encounter that portion of consciousness. We then exist at the same time on both stages of consciousness. For such an entity, various traditions use different names, such as the Son of Man, the Consciousness of Christ, the Buddha, and the Enlightened One.
Initiations such as the one mentioned by author Paulo Coelho in Pilgrimage open up a real and true dimension to the seeker of what a real search and initiation is all about. As seekers, as we are both the quest and the road, we unfold the quest within ourselves. The purpose of initiation is the direct awakening to a higher level of our consciousness. Initiation, however, also shows to us that as we are raising a new level of consciousness in the universe, we are also letting go of our previous one. "The Master appears when the disciple is ready," so odd experiences and inexplicable things take place in our lives when we are open to initiation. It can happen unexpectedly and rupture our consciousness in the most ordinary and normal way , allowing our soul to intervene and awaken us to our true self.
Consciousness in our lives can be transformed by any event. An initiator or catalyst, however, is required, an awakened, enlightened soul who knows what kind of initiation every seeker needs, a master in whom the seeker has full faith. Some seekers need to be "treated" subtly, others more roughly, but the rupture, the opening that initiation provides, is what matters.
Therefore, pilgrimage and search are stages of passage, levels of transformation, dying and reborn. While initiation can take place anywhere, due to the higher levels of consciousness of millions of pilgrims of pure heart soul, certain locations around the world have mysterious strong and powerful egregore. These strong energies give us courage and strength to carry on, and we give them our love and gratitude in return.
So, in the night, light shines. Hey, come along and join the holy fool. Nothing to fear, there is.

The weavers of our destiny, we are.
As weavers of our own lives, as multicolored threads giving meaning and connecting us to life, we see artifacts of the ordinary world, external or internal, people , events, emotions, and acts. These distinct and unrelated events and entities, when viewed from the outside world, take on for us their "normal" appearance and separateness. However, they jointly establish a marvelous and harmonious relationship similar to the threads in a tapestry, seen from the level of our awakened consciousness.
Worldly reality, events, memories, feelings and beings, or rather the thoughts and symbols that we offer to ourselves, when seen from a weaver 's viewpoint, shift in meaning. We are the weavers of our own lives, where every encounter can become a significant thread that our consciousness uses to communicate with each other. Therefore, when we decide to be the weaver at a certain point in our lives, these intertwined threads of our experiences and understanding merge into a beautiful and useful tapestry.
In spinning and weaving, fabric, thread, loom, spindle, and whatever else is used all represent symbols of our future and destiny. They are used to denote all the laws that predetermine and unite our numerous and ever-changing realities, consciously harmonizing them within us. They are often used, like the spider does in spinning a web, to build and render something of our own substance and nature.
Although presiding over the birth of a prince or princess, many fairy tales feature goddesses carrying spindles or weaving instruments. They represent time and the chain of cause and effect, or karmic rules, in other cases. When man, however, becomes the weaver of his own destiny, he instinctively unfolds the artistic artist's qualities and becomes the sacred fool whose intuition is guided by his soul's thread.
On the Thread's Symbolism
It symbolizes the agent that connects all states of being to each other and to the First Source, referring to the archetypal significance of the thread. In the Upanishads, where the thread (sutra) "links this world to the other world and to all beings," this symbolism finds its best expression. Both the soul (atman) and the air (prana) are the thread. In all things, the thread must be followed back to its origins since it is connected to a key central point, sometimes represented as the Sun. The active ingredients in Theseus return to the light of day, which is reminiscent of thread.
The ball of twine or rope of Ariadnes stands for the divine support required to defeat the minotaur. The minotaur is a creature with the body of a man and the head of a bull that King Minos, imprisoned in the Labyrinth, created as a tribute to Crete by Athens. Seven young men and seven maidens were regularly fed to the minotaur, and the king's son, Theseus, offered himself as one of them.
Theseus was able to destroy the beast thanks to a ball of twine which Ariadne gave him to escape from the Labyrinth.
The minotaur symbolizes our unconscious, ignorant, perverted human nature's maze, an ugly and soiled embroidery dominated by our ego, symbolized by King Minos. Therefore, like the thread, Ariadne 's ball of twine stands for the guidance that comes from our soul and our greater intuition to conquer the beast of ignorance and selfishness. The spiritual battle against repression is symbolized by this myth. This battle, however, can not be won without the arms of light and our soul's presence, symbolized by Ariadne herself.
The thread often reflects the energy and magnetic stimulation and intuition coming from the soul in a spiritual way. Therefore, we become the channels of our soul's expression, and the threads that bind us to it are a mixture of our own thoughts and feelings that blend with those of the soul.
The sign of going through the Sun's portal and fleeing from the universe is threading a needle. It also has the same significance as the middle of the target being hit by the arrow. The thread can be regarded in this sense as the connection between the various cosmic levels (infernal, earthly and celestial) or spiritual psychology levels (subconscious, conscious, superconscious, or pure consciousness of Being or Soul).
Weaving is to women all over the Mediterranean Basin what ploughing is to share in the work of development. Weaving has an identical archetypal significance across myths and custom as ploughing, although the way they work remains distinct. However, both are deliberate actions involving all the requisite qualities for creating and manufacturing. Therefore, the soul's thread binds the weavers with complete consciousness and characteristics of their work, which becomes exquisite.
"As the spider weaves his thread from his own mouth, plays with it, and then withdraws it back into itself, so the unchanging external King, who is without form, without qualities, who is absolute wisdom and absolute bliss, creates the entire world out of himself, plays with it for a while, and withdraws it back into himself."
The one who really sees this reality, as the Soul or the Pure Being, knows his own existence.

Sometimes I feel Empty is it the Void?
What is the Emptiness of Mind, or the Void? We need to first find out whether it is possible to discover the meaning within our being to address this. Since the essence of Being is absolute peace and quiet without thought or some kind of manifestation or projection, may emptiness be called the essence of Being in itself? To express what it means, we have to shift to the language of symbols, because emptiness is a level of mind and consciousness, a level of realization that belongs to all traditions.
For instance, emptiness is represented by the central dot in the Vajra, a ritualistic instrument used in Tantric Buddhism, which symbolizes a focal point, the seed of the spirit in which everything is in a possible yet static state. It also characterizes the universe's central axis and center. Vajra means the diamond scepter, or the thunderbolt, literally.
Emptiness is often connected to the creative void, which means that it is a state of absolute receptivity and utter enlightenment. It reflects the absence or, more specifically, the fusion of the self with its own essence, which is called the Universal Soul or the Unknown God in Western culture, and is called the Clear Light in Buddhism.
This combination of ego and its source can also be defined as the experience of infinite space, a frame of mind that gives us the realization of the interdependence of all phenomena in life, an experience that gives us an incredible degree of reality, in that when our ego merges with its source, truth becomes impersonal, "being without thought, personal opinions.
This standard of achievement is called the Stone of Philosophers in the Western Hermetic tradition. And what do we mean by emptiness again? It is represented by the center of the cross and the swastika in Christianity, the central concept at the center of the Wheel of the Universe, from which everything flows and to which everything returns; the center that is everywhere and nowhere.
Does truth have a relationship with emptiness? All the time, reality moves. It constantly shifts and is transformed by our individual ego's perception and experiences. As it brings the requisite changes and interpretations that we all need to express ourselves, truth is part of life. However, with the incessant changes that we all require, with the transformation of consciousness, realities seem to alter. It can never be set, never be constant, but in time and space it remains constrained.
Truth is as fluid as water, as ephemeral as air, and can therefore never be rooted, anchored or possessed in itself, because it contains nothing but shifting appearances. Because reality is so obviously a projection of our own perception of something, emptiness is devoid of reality.
Nevertheless, because the letters of the alphabet are "tools" for creating and reading the written word, realities are the instruments used by our psyche to perceive and comprehend the world around it. Our psyche translates and perceives realities as symbols, but because in a world of duality, this phase of reading and interpreting realities takes place, then realities belong to the ego world that interprets and understands them. Therefore, existence has nothing to do with the degree of consciousness called the Void or the Emptiness, because there are no appearances in the Void.
Emptiness describes a state of mind, an inner level of consciousness based on the renunciation, beyond all awareness or lack of understanding, of what one considers to be true. Therefore, emptiness is a higher level of the mind, an attunement to "nothing," i.e. to the Pure Being that has no reflection at all. This is the revelation that a spiritual man's abstract or higher mind gets. He is called "spiritual" because his mind, or the Unseen Creator, is free and in harmony with the whole of life. Such a man is thus empty of a personal "interpretation" and is in contact with the spiritual world. A new one opens up before him as he manifests the realm of spirit inside him, giving him a new view of life. A holy man is at heart a mystic, and his mind represents the mind of the Pure Being. His mind and thought patterns, therefore, are enlightened.
And, because this transformation comes from the root of all knowledge, the gates of Divine Wisdom are opened automatically for him. Unless it is the feeling of profound compassion for all living beings, such a man is incapable of personal feelings or opinions.
It is difficult to describe, referring to the question of what we mean by emptiness, since it reflects a purified level of consciousness in which things and beings are seen as transient realities. Thus, we may conclude that the root of being is emptiness in itself, and therefore formless. However, because it is the root of being, all realities are nevertheless nurtured by it. We might suggest, symbolically, that emptiness is the dark womb of life.

What does it means to be a rainbow child?
The Rainbow Children are Star Kids, or New Kids, the newest section that has come to Earth to help mankind ascend.
Children of Rainbow are less known and less popular than children of Indigo and even Crystal, as almost all children of Rainbow were born after the year 2000. Rainbow children are from the ninth dimension of consciousness, born mainly to Crystal children who arrived as early as the 1980's.
They are highly developed and spiritually evolved souls who are here to use their unique skills and talents to share and teach peace and harmony, much like Crystal and Indigo kids, and to help lift the vibration for all of humanity.
Let 's take a fast step back to look at who the New Kids are in general, to understand the Rainbow Guys.
New children are highly evolved spirits who incarnate with unique tasks on Earth to help mankind return to love and succeed on the road of ascension.
First, Indigo children arrived and worked to break down walls. Next, Crystal children came to lay a foundation and smooth the way. Children of the Rainbow will use their powerful wills to get us closer to the Deity. Planet can see more Rainbow's being born as more Crystal kids grow and start families, and as our collective vibration increases.
The most distinguishing aspect of Rainbow Children is that they are free from bad karma and incarnate.
As a result, as opposed to entering broken families where there may be lessons to learn or hardships to conquer, you can see that most Rainbows are born into caring and healthy homes (most often born to Crystal adults).
Rainbows have grown more spiritually than other people on the earth, and some are also divine avatars that have come to lead us forward.
These kids have a clear link to color, as their name suggests. They are drawn to vivid hues and, by color, also connect to the environment. You will find that their clothes are often colorful and they are extremely energetic and highly artistic, expressing themselves through color. These fearless children have full faith in their intuitive skills and spread unconditional love to everyone.
Their masculine and feminine energies are well balanced and within them you can find a well grounded sense of trust. With powerful psychic abilities, Rainbow's are very mystical and travel through life giving and receiving joy instead of navigating based on instinct or urge. It will magnify and reflect back into the universe whatever love and positive energy they get.
The Divinity radiating out of their huge, intense, and caring eyes can not be overlooked.

How to become mindful
It is not in the past that our true home is. Our real home isn't there for the future. In the here and in the now, our true home is. Only in the here and now is life accessible, and it is our true home.
The energy that allows us to consider the conditions of happiness that are already present in our lives is mindfulness. To feel this happiness, you do not have to wait ten years. In every moment of your everyday life, it is there. We're the ones that are alive, so they don't know it. Yet you touch the miracle of being alive as you breathe in, and you are conscious of your in-breathing. This is why mindfulness is a source of joy and satisfaction.
Mindfulness is the opposite of forgetfulness. Mindfulness is when you are really there together, mind and body. You are mindfully breathing in and out, taking your mind back to your body, and you are there. You are established in the present moment, when your mind is there with your body. Then the many conditions of happiness that are in you and around you can be remembered, and happiness only comes naturally.
Practice of Mindfulness should be relaxing, not work or effort. Do you have to make a breath-in effort? It's not necessary for you to make an effort. You just breathe in in order to breathe in. Suppose you are observing a stunning sunset with a group of individuals. To enjoy the stunning sunset, do you have to make an effort? No, there's no effort you have to make. You just enjoy yourself.
The same thing about your breath is real. Enable it to take place with your breath. Become aware and enjoy it. The effortlessness. Pleasure. The same is true for mindful walking. Each move that you take is enjoyable. Every step allows you, in yourself and around you, to touch the wonders of life. Each move is about peace. Each move is a pleasure. That is feasible.
You stop talking during the time you are practicing mindfulness, not just talking outside, but talking inside. The thought inside, the internal conversation that goes on and on and on inside, is the talking inside. The cessation of speaking, of both the mouth and the mind, is true silence. This is not the kind of silence we're being silenced by. It's a very elegant kind of silence, a very powerful kind of silence. The silence that heals and nourishes us is silence.
Mindfulness gives rise to happiness and joy. Concentration is another cause of pleasure. The energy of mindfulness holds the energy of focus inside it. We suggest that you are concentrating on the flower when you are conscious of something, such as a flower, and can retain that awareness. Your focus becomes high when your mindfulness becomes effective, and when you are completely focused, you have a chance to make a breakthrough, to attain insight. You will gain insight into the essence of the cloud if you meditate on a cloud. Or you can meditate on a pebble, and you can see through the essence of the pebble if you have ample mindfulness and focus. You can meditate on a person, and you can make a breakthrough and understand the person's existence if you have enough mindfulness and focus. You may meditate on yourself, or your annoyance, or your anxiety, or your satisfaction, or your peace.
Your focus becomes high when your mindfulness becomes effective, and when you are completely focused, you have a chance to make a breakthrough, to attain insight.
The object of your meditation can be anything, and you can make a breakthrough and gain insight with the powerful energy of concentration. It's like a magnifying glass that concentrates the sun's rays. It will burn if you place the point of concentrated light on a sheet of paper. Likewise, when your mindfulness and concentration are good, your understanding will free you from anxiety, dissatisfaction, and despair, and bring you true joy, true peace, and true happiness.
First Practice in Mindfulness: Conscious Breathing
The first practice is very simple, but the strength, the outcome, can be very nice. The job is simply to recognize the in-breath as in-breathing and the out-breathing as out-breathing. You know as you breathe in, that this is your in-breath. You are conscious when you breathe out that this is your out-breathing.
Only acknowledge: this is an in-breath, this is an out-breath. Very basic, very simple. You have to put your mind home to yourself in order to accept your in-breath as an in-breath. Your mind is what knows your in-breath, and the object of your mind, the object of your mindfulness, is the in-breath. Mindfulness still holds something in conscious. When you drink your tea mindfully, it's called drinking mindfulness. When you walk mindfully, this is called walking mindfulness. And when you breathe mindfully, it is breathing mindfulness.
So your breath is the object of your mindfulness, and you just concentrate your attention on it. This is my in-breathing by breathing in. This is my out-breathing by breathing out. The mental conversation will end when you do that. You're not thinking much. To stop your thinking, you don't have to make an effort; you bring your focus to your in-breathing and the mental conversation just ends. That is the miracle of exercise. No longer do you think about the past. You're not worried about the future. You don't think about your tasks, because your concentration, your mindfulness, is focused on your breath.
Mindfulness still holds something in conscious. When you drink your tea mindfully, it's called drinking mindfulness. When you walk mindfully, this is called walking mindfulness. And when you breathe mindfully, it is breathing mindfulness.
It's getting even better. You will enjoy your in-breathing experience. It can be fun, joyful work. Someone who is dead can no longer breathe in. You are alive, though. You are breathing in, and you know you are alive because you are breathing in. The in-breath can be a joy of being alive, so it can be really happy. You don't feel like you have to make any effort at all when you are cheerful and happy. I am alive; I breathe in there. It's a miracle to be still alive. Being alive is the greatest of all miracles, because when you breathe in, you touch the miracle. Your breathing may, therefore, be a celebration of life.
It might take three, four, five seconds for an in-breath, depending on it. It's time for you to be alive, to enjoy your breath. There's no need to mess with your breathing. If your breathing intake is short, allow it to be short. If there's a long out-breath, let it be long. Don't try to push that. The approach is clear comprehension of the in-breath and the out-breath. That's sufficiently fine. It will have a strong impact.
Second Practice for Mindfulness: Concentration
The second exercise is that you follow your in-breathing from the beginning to the end as you breathe in. If your in-breathing lasts three or four seconds, your consciousness lasts three or four seconds as well. When I breathe in, I follow my breathing all the way through. I follow my out-breath all the way through by breathing out. My mind is still with it from the beginning of my out-breath to the end of my out-breath. Therefore, perception becomes uninterrupted, and the consistency of your attention is enhanced.
So the second exercise is to follow all the way through your in-breath and your out-breath. It does not matter whether they are short or long. What's crucial is that you follow your breathing from the beginning to the end. Your consciousness is maintained. There is no discontinuation. Suppose you breathe in, and then you remember, "Oh, I forgot to turn my room's light off." There's an interference going on. Stick to your breathing all the way though. You then develop your mindfulness and your attention. You become an in-breath of yours. You become an out-breath of yours. Your breathing will gradually become deeper and smoother, more harmonious and calm if you continue like that. You don't have to make any effort. It naturally happens.
Third Mindfulness Exercise: The Body Consciousness
The third exercise is to become conscious of your body as you breathe. "I'm conscious of my entire body, breathing in." This takes it a step further.
"I am conscious of my body, breathing in. I am conscious of my body, breathing out. I know that my body is there. This takes the mind back to the body completely. One fact becomes mind and body. When your mind is with your body, in the here and now, you are well known. You are alive to the max. You should be in contact with the wonders of life in and around you that are at your disposal.
When your mind is with your body, in the here and now, you are well known. You are alive to the max.
This is a simple exercise, but the result of the unity of body and mind is very great. We are never in the condition in our everyday lives. Our body is there, but it is somewhere that our mind is. Our mind can be trapped in regrets, grief, anxiety, or doubt in the past or in the future, and so our mind is not there. Someone in the house may be there, but he isn't really there, his mind isn't really there. His mind is about the future, about his projects, and he's not there for his kids or his wife.
So being conscious of your body is the third exercise. Breathing in, I am conscious of my body. "The efficiency of your in-breathing and out-breathing will be enhanced when you practice mindful breathing." Through your breathing, there is more peace and harmony, and if you continue to breathe like that, peace and harmony will reach the body, and that will help the body.
Exercise Fourth Mindfulness: Releasing Stress
The next exercise is to relieve the body 's stress. You note there is some discomfort and pain in your body, some stress when you are fully conscious of your body. For a long time, the stress and pain have accumulated and our bodies hurt, but our mind is not there to help release it. It is also very important to learn how the stress in the body can be released.
For a long time, the stress and pain have accumulated and our bodies hurt, but our mind is not there to help release it.
It's always possible to relieve tension in a sitting, lying, or standing position. In a sitting or lying position, you should practice absolute relaxation, profound relaxation. You might feel the stress in your body while you are driving your car. You're ready to arrive and you don't like driving for the time you spend. You are anxious for the red light to become a green light as you come to a red light so that you can proceed. The red light can be a warning, however. The stress of having to arrive as soon as possible may be a reminder that there is tension in you. You should make use of the red light if you know that. In order to practice deep breathing and relieve the stress in the body, you should sit back and relax. The light is red for ten seconds.
"So you might want to sit back and do the fourth exercise the next time you pause at a red light:" Breathing in, I 'm aware of my body. I release the tension in my body by breathing out.
At that moment, harmony is possible, and it can be exercised in the workplace several times a day, while you drive, while you cook, while you do the dishes, while you water the vegetable garden. The release of tension in yourself can often be practiced.
Meditation on Walking
You simply allow your inhalation to take place while you practice mindful breathing. You become conscious of this and enjoy it. The effortlessness. With mindful walking, the same thing is true. Every move is pleasurable. Each step allows you to touch the marvels of life. Each move is a pleasure. That is feasible.
You simply allow your inhalation to take place while you practice mindful breathing. You become conscious of this and enjoy it. The effortlessness.
During walking meditation, you do not have to make any effort, because it is fun. Body and mind together, you are there. You are truly alive, in the here and now, fully present. You touch the wonders of life that are in you and around you with every step. Every step brings healing when you walk like that. -- step brings peace and happiness, since each step is a miracle.
A true miracle is not moving or walking on fire. The true miracle is walking on the Planet, and at any moment, you can perform the miracle. All you have to do is put your mind home to your body, become alive, and perform the miracle of Earth walking.

Endless Possibilities
There's a idea called "the middle way" in Buddhist psychology that can make life a little easier.
"There is a middle path between the extremes of indulgence and self-denial, free from sorrow and pain," the ancient Indian son of an oligarch turned spiritual master we now call Buddha told his followers.
Our natural way of life is indulgence. We follow every whim of our minds into the past or the future, replaying memories or thinking about the future. We indulge, like a gripping Netflix drama, in a plot that sweeps us away.
Denial is a little different and much more damaging, but just as normal. It's our inner critic, lifting her poisonous head as a "should" or "shouldn't." I'm not supposed to think about these feelings. I'm meant to be a little skinnier. I shouldn't be so scared.
They both drive us away from the only place where life happens, the present moment. They both keep us at a distance from tasting our food, savoring the night sky mystery, or feeling the love of someone for us.
I got a front row seat to my rejection last weekend while RV camping with my parents. I saw firsthand how judgemental I can be in such close quarters. I judged my mom for relentlessly cleaning up. I judged my dad for talking the ears off everyone. I even blamed myself for too much judgment.
One morning, I judged my parents' two regular poodles for not putting away their food bowls after tripping over a bowl in the middle of the RV. How dumb!
Instead of following our normal habits of indulgence and escape, the middle approach is embracing whatever is happening in the present moment, even emotions. Waking up to the infinite possibilities is the middle road. The middle course is liberty.
The Buddha once invited a musician into his house who was frustrated by his practice of meditation.
If you tuning your instrument too tightly, what happens? "asked the Buddha.
"Breaking the strings," answered the guitarist.
And when you string it too loosely, what happens? "No sound comes out when it's too loose," the musician responded.
"Not too close and not too loose is the string that creates a tuneful tone." "This," the Buddha said, "is how one should practice: not too close, not too loose."

Trusting your gut
We're told "Just trust your intuition" so much, but what does it really mean and, more importantly, how do you do it?
Gut instinct, or intuition, is your instant understanding of something; you just know, there's no need to worry about it or get another opinion. Your intuition emerges as a sensation which only you experience inside your body. No one else can step in and tell you whether you are in line with your gut instinct or not, because the feeling is so intimate. The call has to be taken by you alone. Because of this, the ultimate act of trusting yourself is trusting your instincts.
Listening to your instincts helps you avoid relationships and circumstances that are unhealthy. Many people will have thoughts on what's best for you in your life, some with positive intentions and some coming from a position of deceitful, harmful, selfish intent. Often it's difficult to say which category someone falls under, but if you put all those external views aside and listen to your own intuition 's advice instead, it will direct you to what is really best for you.
However, the process of trusting your gut is not as easy as the phrase implies, particularly when we are strongly and sometimes unconsciously pulled in the opposite direction by certain behaviors and conditions. Fortunately, our intuition is so profoundly instinctual that, even if we've been out of contact with it all our lives, it's always within us, waiting for us to summon its knowledge.
Here's how you can carve out a simpler path to your own intuition and start drawing it out in your life daily.
What the Way Gets
Your intuition is like a personal North Star of your own, but there are plenty of obstructors that serve as clouds that dim their light. Once you're conscious of them, if you're heading in the wrong direction for the wrong reasons, you'll better catch yourself so that you can then take the necessary steps to realign your instincts. There are some of the culprits most likely to be:
Overthinking: Because intuition is defined as "the ability to naturally understand anything without the need for conscious reasoning," overthinking is one of the major interferers. In order to rationalize or explain something, putting unnecessary thought into every decision and walking through countless scenarios and results will lead you away from your gut instinct, especially when you're overthinking.
Your thought process does not flow naturally or organically in these situations, but serves a very clear agenda to establish an argument for something for which you have already made up your mind. In other cases, the flood of possibilities and considerations created by overthinking can overwhelm and confuse, leaving you without clear direction in a dizzying circle. This condition is called paralysis of analysis. Overthinking brings you to the same location, out of contact with your gut instinct, no matter the exact process.
Shoulds:" "Shoulds "always come into the picture when you are overthinking and when you are outwardly focused at other times." For instance, if you ask, "If I do this, would [someone else] like me?" "In these situations, in a lens distorted by the laws, desires, and standards that someone else has set, you think about your actions instead of looking inwardly and allowing your own thoughts and needs to direct your behavior, which would lead you to ask a very different question, such as," How am I going to feel about myself if I do this? They detach you from your instincts because they "can" move the emphasis away from you.
Prejudices & Unconscious Bias: While prejudices and unconscious biases are the opposite of overthinking in certain cases, they influence your instincts in a similar way.
Prejudices and implicit prejudices, as opposed to overthinking and over-analysis, function from rapid decisions that the brain instinctively makes based on previous experiences, assumptions, and context instead of based on reason or real knowledge. As a consequence, none of these culprits gives you room to tap into the intuition 's experiential existence.
The needs / wants / opinion / advice of a loved one or authority figure: Sometimes, the person who has the greatest power to eclipse or cloud your gut instinct is a loved one or authority figure whose love or approval you want to win over, such as a parent, significant other, teacher, or coach.
When you want something badly: when you're really hungry for something, whether it's affection, acceptance, kids, social status, or something else, your intense desire to fill that gaping need can make you disregard or neglect any red flags along the way.
It leaves little opportunity to acknowledge or obey your instincts to be laser-focused on fulfilling a need that you consider worthy of almost any cost, particularly if that gut instinct is at odds with something or someone closely associated with this need.
Previous childhood trauma / violence: As a child, maybe the most difficult and strong of all the culprits is having witnessed abuse and trauma. About why? Since childhood violence can leave a lasting effect even in adulthood on an individual who remains. Growing up witnessing physical, emotional / psychological, and/or sexual violence can make kids mistrust and blame themselves for their experience. Because trusting your instincts is the same as trusting yourself, it can be a challenge to tap into this gut instinct.
How to Grow Your Intuition
Practicing the steps below will help you strengthen your body's sense of intuition and bring it to the forefront to lead you through significant situations.
Slowing down & clearing your mind
You lose details while you are living in a cloudy haze and running here and there, whether physically or mentally. Slowing down allows you, not just in your mind, but also in your body, to better understand and process the information you get. You have to clean out the debris emotionally and physically to do so. It could look like pushing back a deadline in real life to eliminate pressure from a decision. To obtain more clarification, it may also mean walking away from a scenario, such as taking a break before making a career change or spending some time apart from a significant other to decide whether you're right for each other.
Slowing down means deliberately making space to fill your intuition. The slower speed tends to change your perspective and clear away obstacles so that what really matters can be seen and felt.
Remember the body's sensations
Intuition is based on the sensations within the body, so learning to understand what's happening inside the body, i.e. What you feel is crucial to the growth of your intuition. While we can interchangeably use the words "feelings" and "sensations" to explain intuition, note the minor difference here: specifically, we are more interested in knowing how your body feels in reaction to an emotion than simply naming an emotion like sad, angry, or irritated, and stopping there. For example, rage feels tight, sore, hot, and tingly. A helpful way to practice is to mark the emotion at the moment you feel it, e.g. Rage, and then experience the sensations that are associated with that emotion inside your body, e.g. Your jaw is clenched and you have raised and tense shoulders. Doing so allows you to remain out of your mind where your emotions risk sweeping you away and instead tap into your body where your intuition resides.
As an inexperienced observer, start training, merely observing with curiosity what's happening to your body in response to various stimuli and emotions. In sharpening this skill, guided body scan meditations are particularly helpful. So are activities where you bring a particular memory to mind and then mark and experience the feelings inside your body that it elicits. Pay careful attention to your posture, muscles, and heart rate in all of these exercises to see how your body responds and what the reaction tells you. To formulate action that is meaningful and important to you, the data it holds is essential.
Concentrate on yourself
Ask yourself, 'What am I really going to need here? For me, what 's important? This is one of those times when you can have something to do with it, so give yourself full permission to do so. If you find your mind turning to other people and their needs, note and actively return your attention back to being curious about what you need and want, because that's where your intuition can be found; focusing on these needs helps pave the way there more easily. It might be helpful to first go through the list of culprits above to clear the air around your instincts to recognise the external influences affecting you, identifying them so that you can then set them aside for the moment. Your intuition is part of your wisest, highest self, so make sure that the emphasis is on you directly.
Take Action (or Back to Step 1 Circle)
The feeling of intuition is like a current in the ocean navigating you toward a life of meaning. If you discover it, to derive its maximum benefit, you do need to hop into a boat and set sail. After you answer the question, "Right now, what do I need?" To give yourself what you need, do something. It may be the smallest move, but here, size does not matter. At first, small steps can actually be helpful to progressively establish confidence in your intuitive self that you may encounter for the first time or become familiar with after you have been separated by an abusive relationship. What's important is that your intuition is pursued.
Know that trusting your instincts is a journey that will always take you back through these steps as things shift and life keeps moving forward. As a muscle to improve, consider your instincts.
It will become more potent and better serve its function with purposeful practice and regular use, leading you home to yourself.
