When someone judge you or bring you down. Would you believe them? That you are inferior. That they could just judge you like that? If you made a mistake, is it your intention to do such? Clear your mind and think positive. Those judgements are just passing thoughts. You don’t have to agree on them. People may judge you. But it is your choice to accept if you believe that you are inferior. If you make a mistake. Forgive yourself and change if you made that mistake. Ask for forgiveness to the person that you aggravated. You are not what they think you are. You are you, and you decide you. By determination and dedication if you perceive that you are weak in that area, who says that you cannot improve? You can of course improve. There are a loads of ways to change and improve yourself for the better. They cannot decide that, because you move your self. So come on, and be the best that you can be.
