Omelet eggplant 😋 Tortang talong.. Maulang gabi mga kafoodtrip let me share our viand for this rainy night. We have omelet eggplant here, I'm some onion and tomato into the scrambled egg usually I only cook it with egg but now I'll make it special so I add onion and tomato. My MIL was the one who taught me that. So tara let's dig in na, kapag ganito pa naman na maulan masarap lang kumain ng kumain. Bad news pala. My daughter was been defeated in the campaign but I am proud of her when she said it's okay mama. But deep in my heart, I was hurt to know that my daughter was beaten by other students, yung pagod at yung effort kasi ng anak ko is parent nabalewala. But I am not going to tell her that I am disappointed on the result kasi baka isipin niya sankanya ako disappointed. No! No! It's a big No! I am very proud of her, and sabi ko sa kanya maybe next time anak at least may experience kana.☺️ Ganun talaga feeling ko kapag natatalo anak ko,yung sakit parang ako yubg nakakaramdam while my daughter's is okay with the result.
