Successful Realtors start their days with prayers putting everything in the hands of God. Unsuccessful realtors dont really take this things as seriously in their spiritual life. 2. They speaks words of life into their business, they use powerful affirmations to start their day and do exercises. I attract paying clients into my business easily. I take daily actions on my real estate business that yeilds fruits over time. Customers and investors are looking for me from the east, west, north and south. I have the solutions it takes to help Wealthy Investors that buy lands and houses from me. 3. Successful realtors start their day with a list of things to do that they take action on. ( From To do list to Action taking list). Unsuccessful Realtors dont have a to do list ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐๐พโโ๏ธ๐จ they have no serious daily to do list they check instablog and watch others do things. They go live on social media weekly or even almost daily. They post updates and great contents online. They do paid adverts. They prospect daily and even close deals and sales earning commissions and qualify for incentives like suvs, cars, all expenses paid trips , lands or houses they dont go home empty handed they are well rewarded and well paid because they deliver results. 4. They write down their goals daily and weekly and Even Annual Targets of what they want to achieve e.g A Top realtor can have a weekly target to make 300 Calls to Quality prospects or daily calls like 30 or send dms daily. Unsuccessful realtors dont do any of these things, they just face anywhere belle face.๐ญ๐ญ you can see now how unsuccessful realtors play piano with their real estate careers.๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐๐พโโ๏ธ 5. They have personal development activities , a seminar or training they attend either paid or free, they buy books and read and even courses to boost their skills set. They go to site inspections or estates for site update videos and create contents for social media. Unsuccessful realtors say they dont have tfare or the location is too far and they say the hold up is too much and avoid going for site inspections. 7. Successful realtors also have a team , they dont work alone, they are team players who work well with others. Unsuccessful realtors have no team , they work alone. 8. Successful realtors experience set backs and failures also but they never give up , they keep trying and showing again and again till they get successful. Unsuccessful realtors give up or break down when they face setbacks or quit so easily. 9. Successful realtors have coaches , mentors and accountability partners who they work with and learn from. Unsuccesful realtors have none of this. 10. Successful realtors have a Million Dollar work Ethic they don't follow minimum wage work ethic.
