Specific - What Exactly do you want to Achieve and have you written down your goals and targets between now and year end or even your 2023 goals? When do I want to achieve it? Where do I want to achieve it? How Will I achieve it? Who will help me achieve it? Measurable- A Goal that is not measured will not be able to be checked if it is making progress or not. How many/much ? How do I know if I have reached my goal? What is my indicator of progress? Achievable 1. Do I have the resources, Skillset or capabilities to achieve the goal If not, what am I missing? 2. Have others done it successfully before? Realistic Is the goal realistic and within reach? Is the goal reachable, given the time and resources? Are you able to commit to achieving the goal? Time bound A goal must be time-bound or in that it has a start and finish date.(Deadline) If the goal is not time-constrained, there will be no sense of urgency and, therefore, less motivation to achieve the goal.  *LESSON NUMBER 2 BUGA:* BUGA MEANING Buga is a Yoruba word that means "to flaunt" or "to show off" one's efforts, accomplishment, or achievement. Life is full of ups and downs, therefore it's important to celebrate yourself when you reach any level of achievement. In an interview the singer said, “Buga means to ‘show off’. In this context, it means that after one has put in the work, one should let one’s results speak loudly. Enjoy your success. Whatever you’re seeing out there, whatever results the song is generating, that’s the result of hard work. I have consistently put in my best into all my songs. Nothing good comes easy. “As long as people work hard to make legitimate money, they should be proud to flaunt their wealth.” *Lesson Number 3:* *Don't Sleep Wake Up😳😳😁* This is the 4th Quarter of the Year, Don't sleep too much , Wake Up, it is just less than 2 months left. Don't Sleep Wake Up!! *LESSON NUMBER 4 . *Collect Your Money* Close the Deal and Ask for Referrals. Many of you do marketing and sales , you post great content and videos online and all you get is likes and comments and no sales ,you are calling the prospects and clients. Entrepreneurs and sales people are talking to their prospective clients but many are TOO SHY to Ask For the Sale or Collect their Money. Leaders have bias for action , that is who there are , they are always in the middle of what is happening , they dont seat on the sidelines. They are not bench warmers, they like to roll up their sleeves. There is No Success without Action, there is no traction without Action. Stop thinking only about things you want to do, you must also act on it to move from point A to B.
