M@Mitochondria more from that month

Good morning Noisemates! I was so busy this Thursday but thankful that I was able to have a sneak peek on the platform every once in a while in between my chores, review readings, and the boys. My boys were silent today, unusual to the usual noisy ambiance of the house. I couldn't hear a guitar playing nor loud music from YT. So I went up to check as to what the stillness was all about. The youngest was fast asleep in slumberland and the eldest was busy on his cellphone. Upon seeing me, he winced and suddenly asked a not-so-common question that I often heard from him. He was asking "when will the pandemic end?" Oh boy, that's the 100th time that I heard from him. I just ignored it going back to my routine. He shouted back at me to check my messenger. Well, the messenger has been our mode of communication when they know I'm busy and don't want to be disturbed. My eldest sent edited pics of him at the beach. He said, he missed the beach and wanted to go to the mall. Uh-oh, poor boy, he's so bored already. Yeah, it's almost 2 years that the kids are inside the house. And no wonder why he wants to go out especially that he's the extrovert type, unlike his younger brother who is an introvert and just comfortable being inside the house as long as there's an internet and a guitar. I thought of the news I've seen a day ago that the vaccination of kids against Covid will be starting soon, though they have started it already at some centers for their clinical trial. That's good news. The virus is no joke and the Covid vaccine is what we only have now to fight against it. It's just like the Inoculation program of the government that is given like the BCG at birth, MMR, OPV, etc. As we all know these could prevent disease and disability. I'm not endorsing immunization here as others don't believe or don't want to be vaccinated. I respect them... And I hope they also respect those who believe. We just wish for the best and trust the Almighty that everything will be alright and soon the world will be back to normal just like 100 years ago! Okay, just for now... May you have a wonderful day wherever part of the world you are! PS: Just want to share with you the edited handsome pics of my son that he sent me, a cute photo of him when he was a small boy playing doctor with my Littmann stethoscope, and his naughty pic in front of a movie billboard imitating the pose and smile of the actor. Love lots @ Mitochondria Original content💯
