Have you ever cooked this type of violet colored beans? I only saw it once in the bank but in the province there are many. It takes longer to break down because it is thicker than green. Tagal ko na hindi nakakakita nitong violet na beans..dati sa hometown ko nakakita pa ako nito..dito hindi na..
