Happy 8 Years, BTS! π₯π
World of KPOP! Dances. Music. Way back 2013 as far as I can remember, that was the time I first heard the word BTS (Bangtan Sonyeondan), a rookie group of KPop who sing and dance. I just happened to hear about them because my bestfriend used to like them and she is stanning them until now by the way. (*that was quiet long ago) To be honest, I do not give any attention to them. It feels like it was just a waste of time listening to their songs, watching their music videos, their dance practices. I am really not interested at them. Not even a bit. Maybe because, I do not have interest in music and dance? Or just because I cannot understand them as they are Korean people. Or I just really do not like to know them. Maybe? I do not think so. Because year 2020, that was August, table has turned. It turned out to be the other way around. I clearly remember, it was August 24, 2020. I just found myself lying in bed, watching their videos in YouTube. During that time, I am actually in the peak of fighting my heart over a person I wanted to forget. Yes. I am in the process of moving on that time. I am praying to God humbly to help me heal the pain, to move on and to forget. I am praying to Him to give me something or someone that can help me move on. I have my family, friends, yes that can help me but they are not available 24/7 as they have their own things to do as well and we are not living together. And I have no one to lean on. That when I started to know BTS more. I believe they are the group sent by God to help me move on. He used them as an instrument for me to move forward. And I did. I did moved on. They are available 24/7 as they have many uploaded videos and clips on their channel which is the BANGTANTV. It may sound so funny and stupid to others that I am depending the process of my moving on to them. Well I cannot blame anything here. I wanted to be honest that they helped me a lot. They are not just mere Kpop group, they are more than that. They are not a group of young boys that sings and dances. They create music, they inspire people, they help overcome the sadness and pain. They have this campaign entitled Love Myself. They stand for it? Why? Because as they started their career, they were totally nothing. Their company was in the peak of bankcruptcy. They have nothing to be exact. People were not believing them. They were accused of plagiarism. They were mocked. They were insulted. But look at them now, they're on top. All the hatred, all the accuses, all the mockery they received when they were just starting, they endure it all. They carry it all, hand in hand. The only person that believed them that time was their CEO. Who told them that they can make it. That they can debut. That they will succeed. And they did. They even received death threats. They received hurtful words. Namjoon, their leader who's the only member who can speak English well translates all the hatred messages to his members as a good one just for them not to get hurt. He's been very selfless. It has been okay for him to get hurt alone than his members getting hurt. Afterall, he was, he is, and he will be forever the best leader. And now, look at them. They're on top. I am not bragging, but I just wanted them to know that they made it. That we are here ARMY, the name of their fandom will be supporting them till the end. They helped us a lot through their music, as a return we are supporting them no matter what. Today June 13, 2021 marks their 8th Year Anniversary. They've been through a lot. They've made this far. Who would have thought that a rookie group who has nothing will be in 8 years now? Its them. BTS. Their hardwork, perseverance, determination, and positive attitude towards their dreams made the impossible to possible for them. They are truly an inspiration. And they will be forever. Before I will end this, I wanted to share the things we ARMY's learned from each of the member. π **Kim Namjoon - Best Leader** Taught me to be mature. **Kim Seokjin - Loving Eldest** Taught me confidence. **Min Yoongi - Savage but sweet brother** Taught me to do what makes me happy **Jung Hoseok - Our Sunshine** Taught me happiness **Park Jimin - Our Baby Mochi** Taught me to appreciate small things **Kim Taehyung - Our Good Boy** Taught me to be myself **Jeon Jungkook - Golden Maknae** Taught me to always do my best. I may not stan them from the beginning that was 8 years ago, but I will stan them forever. I met them the moment I needed them the most. And that is when they debuted in my life. **Happy 8 Years, BTS. You are the best! Cheers. π₯π**
