After a brief forced hiatus, I'm back in action and kicking off this week with a new round of the BATTLE MAGE SECRETS Weekly Challenge. Especially this time one of my favourite Going the Distance rules has fallen out, because of which only archers can participate in battles. It's really fun and fits perfectly with any of the elements (except that Water is a bit weaker... ) and is a great reason to use archers with the ability to attack from the first position. Funny coincidences can happen. The other day the authoritative publication Variety rolled out an impressive list of the 50 best action films, which was topped by "Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior", and not an hour after I read that, I got a new track "The Ghost and The Highway" by Californian musician Droid Bishop, inspired by John Carpenter's music, Mad Max, as well as soundtracks to grindhouse films of the 70s and 80s. Which there are a lot of on the above list too :)…
