Funny coincidences can happen. The other day the authoritative publication Variety rolled out an impressive list of the 50 best action films, which was topped by "Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior", and not an hour after I read that, I got a new track "The Ghost and The Highway" by Californian musician Droid Bishop, inspired by John Carpenter's music, Mad Max, as well as soundtracks to grindhouse films of the 70s and 80s.
