Continuing to experiment with spicy food and today we made pasta with chicken stew to which we added coconut sauce with ghost peppers (Naga Jolokia, 1,000,000 SHU). It turned out very tasty and the fat from the chicken did a great job of reducing the spiciness to an acceptable level :)
