The Haunting of Hobo Hill House I found Shane's comment interesting about the family making up the stories to market their house. Then, when they were going through the log book and Ryan finding the popcorn made me realise it's an Airbnb (confirmed with a google) so, it wouldn't surprise me if that is true.
