Animators in Japan are Dying I invite you to go through this great criticism, which more than criticism is a great concern, among so many that we have in the world, but this time brother, it is about entertainment, which with great concern I observe how each one goes most decadent day.... The whole purpose of anime, is the fact that it’s ANIMATED. Broh, you can have the beautiful score, amazing voice acting, enriching story and phenomenal character development and action…but it all means nothing if you can’t even freaking see all of that happening via the animation. They have the most important role, I pray they get the recognition they deserve. They deliver the best content, forced to work for more than 15-20 hours a day and paid very low. It's just heartbreaking to know about their situation. Learnt about them a few years ago and still their situation isn't changed this feels more heartbreaking. The anime companies are making so much yet not taking care of the employees. The animators love animating so much that many stick to the job just for the sake of passion. But change is needed. Anime is very big franchise, it's originated from Japan and they should uplift the creators or someday everyone will leave and join foreign animation companies.

  It's sad and at the same time it's very angry and helpless not to have the power to change that situation. And yes, their situation remains the same, I even dare to say that it is worse because I have heard that many do not even have their own home but instead live in a very small room in the same company. It's frightening. I hope that these geniuses manage to enter other horizons where they get a better quality of life broh.

    Yes those who don't treat their special people well, they don't deserve it. It's good some organisations are helping them still a passionate worker just want to enjoy their work but in anime creators it's not like that to extreme degree.
