Pakistani Street Food - The Best Chicken Biryani! I love how they stacked the pots on top of each other when they were sitting on the ground before. Seeing the birds overhead moments before the chicken is thrown leaves much to the imagination. Dragging the rice-filled baskets across the floor and then dumping them into the pot along with all the excess water must have added a lot of extra flavor too. First time to taste that when i was in dubai. Our company driver who is a pakistani drove us to a restaurant and ordered us a chicken biryani. He told us to eat and he need to relax too before we continue our travel. He said 1 hour more before we reach our destination where our ship are located.
