SOMETHING in the BASEMENT (Scary Paranormal Activity) Things that go bump in the night at Graestone Manor... I have been a paranormal investigator, psychic and seer for many years. I gave lectures at various UFO institutes, I was doing research for many years, surely you didn't know that. 😇

Well I like to share things, I have a lot of information on these topics. I was in different religions for many years, and I have many stories of what I lived inside. I was also in a cult, they were all creepy experiences. I have read the entire bible twice.

For a while they did control me, that control lasted about 2 years, then I left it by my own means, but that is a separate story, it was an interesting experience, I must tell you I learned a lot.
In what ways did they control you? Something weird or horrific?
generally all religions have something in common: "control". They progressively encourage you to participate in activities and things until there comes a time when your life only revolves around the church, there is no time to go to the park because you have the church singles meeting, there is no time to see a premiere movie in the theater because you have to do a report for your religion's Sunday class, there is no time to go shopping for clothes because you have to go with the youth group to visit the home of the blind, there is no time to enjoy a food at your favorite restaurant because you must buy the food that was assigned to you for the spiritual fast that will take place at the end of the month, and so on, the examples continue, the list is endless. In my case, I got to spend 18 hours a day from Monday to Sunday on church affairs (when I was in the sect they didn't consume so much time, that's the most curious thing, the sect gave me the freedom to do what I liked when I wanted) This happened to me in different religions.... So I have very bad memories and experiences of that, more than once I stopped taking care of personal matters like going to the doctor, visiting the dentist, etc. due to having religious obligations. So that's wrong in many different ways, and it always will be wrong, there's no logical justification for that to be right.
Oh no. That's awful. That shouldn't be the case, religion has to respect personal boundaries too. Anything done forceful is not right. It's not fun anymore
It's that there's the point, they don't force you to do it, but for example if you don't attend the weekly vocational orientation meeting, the bishop assigns you a speech the next Sunday about attendance. So you feel ashamed on Sunday having to stand up and speak to the whole community about attendance, when you missed the meeting. So the issue is psychological, they don't force you but at the same time they do, and that's where everything is very wrong, and this is a common factor in all religions: control of its members, who tend to do it this way.

And that is not only in this country, it is worldwide, it is the same with the same religions everywhere... Since I realized that I don't believe in religions anymore.
Right. Some of them are hypocrites. Including me but at least I'm aware of it and I ask for forgiveness even though I keep confessing the same sins all over again. 😅
