No panic. Wear your mask outside your flat and keep distance. Maybe open windows in stairways. Same in my house but no spreading.
Alcohol, barbijo, manipular con cuidado las puertas del edificio. También barandas de las escaleras o botones de ascensor, etc.. Lo que todos tocan. Eres un tipo inteligente, se que vas a cuidarte y todo estará bien.
