It's hard to say, I don't know how to answer you...maybe the answer is: furious with life and tired of everything.
Are you sick?
I have had multiple illnesses for a long time, vision problems (I still can't get my glasses, I have to write glued to 20 cm from the screen), and a series of conditions...life is becoming more and more difficult, and the truth is It is difficult to reconcile my vision of life and my goals, my purpose to move forward....I am tired, I want it all to end, I have given my best and I am tired of fighting. I want to die quietly and quickly.
Oh no :( don't you have someone out there that you can ask for help and do the business for you? Someone who can fetch new glasses for you or assist you to get to the optical clinic?
Obviously not, because I have already asked for help here where I live and I don't receive it...so I am exhausted from fighting.
Finally 90% I am away from toxic people

Yup and now I’m working on myself to remove the left 10% toxic people
