I haven't been sleeping well at night for 3 or 4 days. A very annoying cough that I don't know if it's a virus or what. I have trouble breathing and I hate being sick. But I don't have anyone to take care of me. It is the price to pay for living alone, a very high price when these things happen, feeling like you don't have someone to take care of you is quite sad and depressing. I guess this is part of getting old, feeling isolated, depressed and sad.
