Good morning! Today I woke up with internet failures and unable to work. And that delays all my activities because of a company that is paid for services (intercable) and they present these failures without giving n no explanation. The worst thing is that you call support and are attended by an automated system that tells you to communicate through the website with them,In other words, you cannot talk to a human being to give you explanations and answers to the problem you have. It is very frustrating because when you depend on the internet like I do, to make a living, these kinds of situations drive you out of your boxes. And in this way my Friday day begins 😤
