Balbacua or Balbakuwa. This will be our dish for lunch today. I'm ready na for the hilo and sakit batok. 😂 My mother in law cook this for about 5 hours. She simmered the beef skin for about 4hrs and 30mins until it gets very soften and tender. It taste like very gluey yet savory 😅 I really like it. HAHAHA

Tonight's dinner will be ginataang gulay! 🤤 My sister will be cooking this instead of me. In fact, I don't have the ability to prepare great meals that are tasty as my sister can. Wag na tayong mag plastikan 😂 pag di magaling magluto, umamin na. LOL.

I got bruises in my hands because of my boss. I feel not good today due to this bruises. It doesn't look nice and it makes me feel angry. Kapag nga yong jowa ko ayuko nang pinipisil ako kase mabilis ako magkapasa 😅 Pangit nang mannerism nang boss kong lalake mapanakit. Anyways, nag chat na ako sa boss kong babae and nakita niya na rin to kanina pag punta nila pero parang ala lang sa kanya kaya't pinicturan ko at sinend ko sa kanya. Nakakagigil. 😑

Flexing my niece! After a long period of waiting for me sa pictorial namin she finally she got to gala gala na and picture taking sa labas. Tapos nakapag Jollibee na rin. Finally, the rain stopped. My yesterday's laundry will be able to dry and won't smell bad. Although I used fabric conditioner in my laundry, sometimes its not enough to get rid of unpleasant scent brought by rain. Also, there isn't much room in the house for me to hang my laundry to dry. Happy 50th Birthday to my uncle! ❤️ Ang cute nang birthday cake niya, pinagawa ito nang asawa niya it cost about Php 2,500 plus delivery charge na Php 50. Ang expensive masyado no? Sana all. Never pa ako magkaroon nang customize na cake during birthdays. Worth 200-300 cake lang lagi pero goods na sakin at least meron. Baka kapag kinasal ako baka doon pa lang talaga ako magkaroon nang customize cake, char! 😂

Greeny veggies for our lunch later. A while ago, a woman came to our home to sell some of her harvested vegetables and papa bought a lot of veggie greeny leaves. And as I have heard, the over all price he bought was 70 pesos. It consists of 6 bundles of this greeny leaves, 2 plastic bag of taro and 1 coconut. Something strange happening right now 🤣 The mother cat, Alexia, gave birth just last night. Instead of feeding her all newborn babies, her eldest daughter, Scarlet, starts breastfeeding herself on her mother's milk for about an hour while her siblings were unable to do the same. 🤣 poor little babies! ~Rainy morning here..

"BER" months is not yet starting but in our home, we already installed Christmas lights on our window. Hahaha. Kidding! We are just testing if our old Christmas lights if it still working. After that, we took it off because it was raining it might get wet and damage. We will use it again and install it maybe on November.
