All time favorite of Filipino menu during Birthdays, PANCIT GUISADO! 🤤 Trivia: The term "guisado" describes the technique used to prepare the dish. It simply means sautéing. According to google, this was introduced by the Chinese and has now became localized here in the Philippines. This recipe includes, rice sticks called "Bihon" combined with chicken, pork, and veggies. Pancit Guisado is a dish that I loved to make because it is quick and simple to prepare. Good evening!
