I just finished cooking "MUNGO" for our lunch! With matching "Tinapa" (dried fish) not cooked yet. This mungo, sauted in garlic, onion, tomato, seasoned with salt and pepper before adding the the pork fats. I added the mungo beans when the pork is already tender then added the ampalaya. After it boils add the malunggay leaves and the pork "chicharon" and its done! Ready to serve! ♥️ (Note: you have to cook the mungo beans first just boil it in water until the beans are tender). This is very healthy and yummy Filipino dish! And since its friday, its the most dish of Pinoy! I dont know why tho 😅 #Food
