"Fried Tilapia in Garlic Mayo" This is my first time tryin this kind of twist! And this is unexpectedly yummy! It has that kind of balance of creamy sweet sour salty taste with a crunch! Then I still dip it in soy sauce with calamansi and chilli oil! (Just my preference)
