We should learn how to make some extra income for us to have food in our plates.. Small or big income as long as we survive is important.. My adobong sitaw w/ pork giniling and oyster sauce I wanna introduce to you my adobong sitaw.. It has pork giniling and oyster sauce.. My daughter love it.. ☺️ ☺️ It has a bit of sourness and salty taste.. Ingridients.: Isang taling sitaw 1/4 kilos of pork giniling Oyster sauce 1/8 cup of vinegar 1/8 cup of soysauce 1 pcs. Of chili 🌶 3 globes of Garlic 1 pcs of onion 1 cup of Water Oil Instruction: First we saute garlic and onion.. Then next is we put the pork giniling let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes.. After that we put some soysauce, 1 cup of water and the sitaw.. Let it boil for about 5-10 minutes or until the sitaw is tender or cook.. Next we put the vinegar and chili.. Let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes. . After that we put the last ingridient oyster sauce.. Let it simmer again for another 2 minutes.. Then charraaannn.. We have are adobong sitaw..
