What a worst and unproductive day it was!

What a worst and unproductive day it was! Since morning I had stomach pain and till now it's getting worst with every passing hour. I don't like visiting hospitals so was trying every desi (Natural) remedy at home but nothing work out. Now, on my way to the hospital. I hope I will get relief soon.
