Death... Comes anytime when it's time.. Everyone is given a chance to live in this world but some are not lucky due to several reasons. It's hurting for them but we don't really hold our destiny and we really don't know and only God knows. Death will always be there at this moment, later tonight, tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow. Eventhough you're healthy or sick death is a partner of life that we can never control it even if we wanted to. Manners of death I know that you are aware about the manners of death such as natural, accident, suicide, homicide, and undetermined. ***Natural*** It is when a person's death is due to old age or a disease. *An example of this is when my beloved grandmother died due to her old age. We cried and saddened of her death but atleast we accepeted that it is her time to rest and be with our late grandfather.* ***Accident*** It is unnatural death where in it suddenly happened without you knowing that it occur such like slip and fall, collision, accidental poisoning, accidental hit and run and drowning, hospital operation failure and others. ***Suicide*** It is a death where a person kill them selves or taking their own life anytime due to depression, bullying, drugs, too much alcohol, loneliness, hopeless and many more. This really shocks the world because we don't really know that some will really do what they say or mean it.Some will just joke it around but you don't know that it will be his or her chance to end their lives. *I was really down before and feeling hopeless when my husband cheated on me. I loved and trusted him much that's why I allowed him to go abroad for a living but then he cheated. I thought of suiciding but As I see my daughter smiling at me even when I am crying makes me realize that it's not good to do it so I really prayed and ask for forgiveness to God to what I am about to do that I will not do it. And there I am still here alive and kicking, adjusting just me and my daughter with my family's and friends support of love amd comfort.* ***Homicide*** It is a death killed by someone intentionally or what we call *murder.* On this part I don't really know why they do it and some and yet they feel happy about. It is really sad but true but some do it for protection, relieve their fear to the person or maybe they just want it. Everytime I hear or watch news like this I don't feel at ease at all and sometimes I feel pity and cry especiallt when talk about family mursers, or kids killed. We don't understand or may know other people's thinking. As to conclusion In everything that we do, we need to think slowly and wisely, be ready because when it's time it's time. Prayer is a big help that will strengthen your self. When you are feeling down don't hide it, try to share it to someone you know who can give advise and understand what you are going through. *Death is not something you get over. It's the rip that exposes life in a before and after chasm, and all you can do is try to exist as best you can in the after. Hospitable Hospitable……does still exist??? One of the most popular characteristics of Filipinos is being hospitable which incorporated in my mind since I entered school aside from their “bayanihan”, using “po and opo” (showing respect to older people than them) and “mano po” (where you get the hand of your mother, father, aunt, uncle, grandmother, grandfather the put it on your forehead showing respect) **What is Hospitable?** Hospitable is a friendly and welcoming strangers or guests in your place, location, and/or house. It is also to accept other people to build genuine relationships and friendships. **What is a hospitable person?** When someone makes you feel comfortable and at home, providing a warm, friendly environment. Anything hospitable is welcoming and open. Why being hospitable is very important? This will show who you really are and also how you care for them who came all the way your place or your house for a quick visit, longer stay for vacation, helping someone in need due to certain circumstances such like no place to stay or lost their way. It is where you are giving them permission to bring whatever they carry with them into your space to be shared. Being hospitable matters because it feeds the most basic human need that we all have, to feel loved and accepted. **Are there any disadvantages of being hospitable?** In everything that we show or act will always reflect either on your part or the other way around. Being hospitable is really good wherever you go. You will meet good and bad people. Some will really show that they are happy to help or you stay with them heartily and some have other intentions why they accepted you to be with them. The other one is that someone you accept or help be the one to criticize your being hospitable to others positive or negative. From my experience Way back in 2008, a relative working in China invites me to visit the country and work as a Foreign teacher. Since I'm new to that country she assisted me well and I was really thankful. But the sad part is that she haven't find a suitable school for me to teach on. So there, I need to renew my tourist visa again to find another scho. At that time visa thing for Filipinos was very hard to renew so we need to go out to China to get a new visa then come back. I am with two more person needs to go to a country to renew visa and arranged it and decided to land in Malaysia. Arrived in Malaysia safely but my luggage was missing where some needed documents are in there and nowhere to find we also asked the airport but we never got it back and our pocket money was running out. The three of us needs to move out from the hotel and nowhere to go. While walking at Kota Raya(a mall where mostly Filipinos are gathered) we heard people speaking our language so we talked to them, "kabayan". We shared our problem to her without hesitation she helped us and accepted us in their accomodation. We were really thankful that someone helped us during the time that we have nothing at all and they trusted us right away. They welcomed us as if we were a family. We became friends and until now we still contact each other. We meet friends there and enjoyed their company They helped us find a place for work and one of my friend had hers but the two of us needs to go back home. Same year, luckily I got back to China and found a school for me. I was welcomed heartily so there I worked with them with all my best. Rumors before that Chinese people are rude and disrespectful and news I get to watch on tv. But that was a big mistake. Based ony experience, at first I was really afraid but then I got my courage to take the risk and there meeting them made me happy and shows their hospitality. They greet you with a smile, provide food for you, and even though there is language barrier but still making it up to understand each other. As conclusion, being hospitable is shown wherever you go. Importantly, we should learn and show respect, appreciation, and acceptance. Thank you and more power.

Bathing... ***I know you like*** ******Bathing😍😍😍*** **Bathing** removes dirt, perspiration, sebum, some bacteria, and slough off dead skin cells. It helps to prevent irritations and rashes that would otherwise transform into infections. Stimulate blood circulation. Good circulation is promoted through the use of warm water and gentle stroking of the extremities. Do you like bathing? How many times do you bath? What do you feel after bathing? ***Here are the health benefits of taking a bath:*** **Bathing can improve heart health. ...* **Taking a bath may help you to breathe easier. ...* **Your brain and nervous system can benefit from bathing. ...* **Bathing can benefit your muscles, joints and bones. ...* **Take care of your blood and immunity with a bath. ...* **Balance your hormones by bathing.* *"****Poor hygiene*** *or infrequent showers can cause a buildup of dead* ***skin*** *cells, dirt, and sweat on your* ***skin****. This can trigger* ***acne****, and possibly exacerbate conditions like psoriasis, dermatitis, and eczema. Showering too little can also trigger an imbalance of good and bad bacteria on your* ***skin"*** So don't be lazy to have your bath Bathing is one of life's simplest pleasure. Yet a soothing soak also holds a world of possibilities. Bathing helps a lot to everyone so we should not ignore it. It helps us to relax and referesh our body and mind. Makes our day complete and happy. I like bathing very much because it really refreshes me and relaxes me. It makes me feel good starting my day and ending my day outside. I do have my bathing usually one in the morning to start another brand new day and one in the afternoon after a long day activity inside or outside the house. *"Dermatologists say that an evening shower is good for your skin because it cleans it before sleep. Basically, there's always something in the air (dirt, germs, pollution) and the last thing you want to do is leave that on your skin while you go smush yourself into pillows and sheets for eight hours."* Sometimes we do have some moods like we don't feel like bathing or lazy to take a bath. I doubt you do experience it too. Sometimes I want to stay in the bathroom the whole day but cannot be.. Hehehe. This helps me relieve from stress, dis appointment, hatred, tiredness from work and or you feel like crying that you dont want others notice you do. Let us just enjoy bathing..

How do you describe a friend? Making friends is easy where in we just talk, laugh, and argue. Friends are everywhereand ecerybody can be your friends. No age limit when making friends so long as you het along each other but most of the time we have to show RESPECT to them. Well if you cannot stand it better keep quiet and calm yourself. Every friend you meet have their own abilities, attitudes, weaknesses, strengths and many more... A friend can be good, or bad, and even in between; however, that’s not enough to describe them or the friendship you share. Here are some describing a friend: FUNNY A person who often makes the group alive and everybody are enjoying with their company while relaxing and hacing some fun. A person who cracks jokes, facial expressions, story telling with actions and many more. I can say that I am a funny person too sometimes I often make them laugh by cracking jokes. GOOD LISTENER A person who never get tired of listening to whatever you wanna share to him/her. They try to understand you that's why sometimes they just keep quiet and observe. I am a good listener and I can also give some advice to them so long as I can but if I don't really know what to say I just say "just keep on praying to God and He will do the rest and also help yourself." GIVING A person who shares what they have without asking or waiting for any returns what's important is that you shared or given to them happily and heartily it's big enough already. I am also a giving person so long as I can but if not they k ow already the reason why I can't. LOVING A person who shows his/her love in anyway that evryone can appreciates wetjer small gestures do. I am a loving person. HONEST A person who does not lie or cheat. A person who can say their own observations frankly so long as it's really the truth. I am not perfect person that's why I cannot say that I don't lie but I am honest in every intention I have to make and I know that it would be better that way sometimes. I doubt so is you? What about you? How do you describe a friend in your own way?
