To make a rainbow, you need
For as long as I can remember, my aunt had stained glass hanging in her window. She had pieces from all over the world, each one hand crafted by a stained glass artist.
She had small ones and larger ones, all created by various artists. They were beautiful to look at and when the sun hit them there brillance shone through
That is not my job
I got up without much enthusiasm, rolled out of bed and sat there not wanting to believe I had to go to work again. What came to mind was that this must just be a bad dream; a dream that never seemed to end with the same old being done over and over again. I jerked my body up to a standing position and glanced slowly around back towards my comfortable and warm bed and had to use every last once of strength not to head back into its embrace.
Hope and decide
You probably have met people who know that what they do gets them into serious trouble, and at the same time life will not change without taking action are really looking for someone else to make a decision for them that would effectively change them. They seem to hope that their life will change without having to make a decision or take action. I have met more than one person who desired a change and hoped for a better life but were more than willing to ...

Ignore the haters
A group of frogs were traveling through the forest when two of them fell into a deep pit. When the other frogs saw how deep the pit was, they told the two frogs that there was no hope left for them.
However, the two frogs ignored their comrades and proceeded to try to jump out of the pit. However, despite their efforts, the group of frogs at the top of the pit were still saying that they should just give up as they’d never make it out.
Eventually, one of the frogs took heed of what the others were saying and he gave up, jumping even deeper to his death. The other frog continued to jump as hard as he could. Once again, the group of frogs yelled at him to stop the pain and to just die.
He ignored them, and jumped even harder and finally made it out. When he got out, the other frogs said, ‘Did you not hear us?’
The frog explained to them that he was deaf, and that he thought they were encouraging him the entire time.
Be kind to others even if it hurts you
In the days when an ice cream sundae cost much less, a 10 year old boy entered a hotel coffee shop and sat at a table. A waitress put a glass of water in front of him.
‘How much is an ice cream sundae?’
’50 cents,’ replied the waitress.
The little boy pulled his hand out of his pocket and studied a number of coins in it.
‘How much is a dish of plain ice cream?’ he inquired. Some people were now waiting for a table and the waitress was a bit impatient.
’35 cents,’ she said brusquely.
The little boy again counted the coins. ‘I’ll have the plain ice cream,’ he said.
The waitress brought the ice cream, put the bill on the table and walked away. The boy finished the ice cream, paid the cashier and departed.
When the waitress came back, she began wiping down the table and then swallowed hard at what she saw.
There, placed neatly beside the empty dish, were 15 cents – her tip.
Struggling will make you stronger
Once upon a time, a man found a butterfly that was starting to hatch from its cocoon. He sat down and watched the butterfly for hours as it struggled to force itself through a tiny hole. Then, it suddenly stopped making progress and looked like it was stuck.
Therefore, the man decided to help the butterfly out. He took a pair of scissors and cut off the remaining bit of the cocoon. The butterfly then emerged easily, although it had a swollen body and small, shriveled wings.
The man thought nothing of it, and he sat there waiting for the wings to enlarge to support the butterfly. However, that never happened. The butterfly spent the rest of its life unable to fly, crawling around with small wings and a swollen body.
Despite the man’s kind heart, he didn’t understand that the restricting cocoon and the struggle needed by the butterfly to get itself through the small hole were God’s way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings to prepare itself for flying once it was free.
Damaged souls still have worth
“A shop owner placed a sign above his door that said: ‘Puppies For Sale.’
Signs like this always have a way of attracting young children, and to no surprise, a boy saw the sign and approached the owner; ‘How much are you going to sell the puppies for?’ he asked.
The store owner replied, ‘Anywhere from $30 to $50.’
The little boy pulled out some change from his pocket. ‘I have $2.37,’ he said. ‘Can I please look at them?’
The shop owner smiled and whistled. Out of the kennel came Lady, who ran down the aisle of his shop followed by five teeny, tiny balls of fur.
One puppy was lagging considerably behind. Immediately the little boy singled out the lagging, limping puppy and said, ‘What’s wrong with that little dog?’
The shop owner explained that the veterinarian had examined the little puppy and had discovered it didn’t have a hip socket. It would always limp. It would always be lame.
The little boy became excited. ‘That is the puppy that I want to buy.’
The shop owner said, ‘No, you don’t want to buy that little dog. If you really want him, I’ll just give him to you.’
The little boy got quite upset. He looked straight into the store owner’s eyes, pointing his finger, and said;
‘I don’t want you to give him to me. That little dog is worth every bit as much as all the other dogs and I’ll pay full price. In fact, I’ll give you $2.37 now, and 50 cents a month until I have him paid for.’
The shop owner countered, ‘You really don’t want to buy this little dog. He is never going to be able to run and jump and play with you like the other puppies.’
To his surprise, the little boy reached down and rolled up his pant leg to reveal a badly twisted, crippled left leg supported by a big metal brace. He looked up at the shop owner and softly replied, ‘Well, I don’t run so well myself, and the little puppy will need someone who understands!'”
Laziness won’t get you anywhere
“In ancient times, a king had his men place a boulder on a roadway. He then hid in the bushes, and watched to see if anyone would move the boulder out of the way. Some of the king’s wealthiest merchants and courtiers passed by and simply walked around it.
Many people blamed the King for not keeping the roads clear, but none of them did anything about getting the stone removed.
One day, a peasant came along carrying vegetables. Upon approaching the boulder, the peasant laid down his burden and tried to push the stone out of the way. After much pushing and straining, he finally managed.
After the peasant went back to pick up his vegetables, he noticed a purse lying in the road where the boulder had been. The purse contained many gold coins and note from the King explain that the gold was for the person who removed the boulder from the road.”
The beauty of nature
True love
My mother was struggling with a heart problem and I lived with her for one week while my father was away on a business trip. He was due back yesterday and while we were sitting in the kitchen waiting for him, I noticed how beautiful she looked, despite being so thin and pale. There was a serene expression on her face, but her hands were shaking. Suddenly, we heard the lock turn and my mother jumped up and ran to my father, embraced him tearfully, and mumbled something into his shoulder. He hugged her in return and I just stood there, watching them and smiling. **My father's love is my mother's greatest remedy.**
My true sad story with my father

My lonely real life story
In the past, I was wondering when I see someone sitting lonely in a cafe, playing Playstation alone, or walking on the University with no friends.
how he stands and faces this lonely feels, how on the earth someone goes to the Lecture without having even a one Close friend.
I know people who have changed their directions and dreams just to be with their friends.
a person who has a dream to be a Graphic Designer, and he sees a good opportunity to take the Course, but he abandons his dream because his friend will not go with him.
I read a quote which says
*“YOU ARE WHERE YOU GO ALONE”*
which means that the places that you went alone, is Your Nature or It’s You, I realized it recently when I understand that I can be alone there is no problem with that, and It’s okay to be alone on every Place that I want to go.
We should not be afraid of loneliness, It is sometimes more beneficial than the presence of many people.
It’s okay to walk alone, take the Course alone, We mustn’t be afraid anymore from lonely, buy Yourself clothes without takes Your Friends Opinion.
what I’m trying to say…People are Changes if not now or not today, Tomorrow they will be, Concerns of life will take them from You.
I do not underestimate the companions, but don’t underestimate Yourself and Your Dreams
Always be thankful to God
On a day like this 7 years ago, I was laid off from work Me and a group of my friends To save expenses.
Unfortunately, I was in between paying the car payment and apartment Rent and Pay my debts.
When I knew that I laid off, I started applying to many jobs, and every place that I know, I send Emails anywhere, Hopefully, to find a job that pays me half of what I was getting from the First Job.
And in a time of fatigue and despair, I write a status on my Social media Seeking help from God.
and I Shocked, What happened in the movies happened to me, I receive a mail from a Good Company and my interview will be on the next week, and with more salary that I took from the First Company, I cried a lot, and I thanked God for that.
I’m telling my life sad story to anyone who feels Desperate or feels like the world is collapsing if People let you down, God will not remember that God is with you.

Don’t give up too early
Years ago my husband’s father had a heart attack, The doctor announced after 3 electric shock attempts that he was dead.
Until an enthusiastic doctor came and raised the voltage, He returned the pulse again.
He said to them: You have considered him dead, so why You was afraid of raising the voltage, After that he lived for 26 years.
The lesson here is: when there is the last Chance, Shock them with all You have.
The boy and the apple tree
**A long time ago, there was a huge apple tree. A little boy loved to come and play around it everyday. He climbed to the treetop, ate the apples, and took a nap under the shadow. He loved the tree and the tree loved to play with him. Time went by, the little boy had grown up and he no longer played around the tree every day.**
One day, the boy came back to the tree and he looked sad.
“Come and play with me”, the tree asked the boy.
“I am no longer a kid, I do not play around trees any more” the boy replied.
“I want toys. I need money to buy them.”
“Sorry, but I do not have money, but you can pick all my apples and sell them. So, you will have money.”
The boy was so excited. He grabbed all the apples on the tree and left happily. The boy never came back after he picked the apples. The tree was sad.
One day, the boy who now turned into a man returned and the tree was excited.
“Come and play with me” the tree said.
“I do not have time to play. I have to work for my family. We need a house for shelter. Can you help me?”
“Sorry, but I do not have any house. But you can chop off my branches to build your house.” So the man cut all the branches of the tree and left happily. The tree was glad to see him happy but the man never came back since then. The tree was again lonely and sad.
One hot summer day, the man returned and the tree was delighted.
“Come and play with me!” the tree said.
“I am getting old. I want to go sailing to relax myself. Can you give me a boat?” said the man.
“Use my trunk to build your boat. You can sail far away and be happy.”
So the man cut the tree trunk to make a boat. He went sailing and never showed up for a long time.
Finally, the man returned after many years. “Sorry, my boy. But I do not have anything for you anymore. No more apples for you”, the tree said. “No problem, I do not have any teeth to bite” the man replied.
“No more trunk for you to climb on.” “I am too old for that now” the man said.
“I really cannot give you anything, the only thing left is my dying roots,” the tree said with tears.
“I do not need much now, just a place to rest. I am tired after all these years,” the man replied.
“Good! Old tree roots are the best place to lean on and rest, come sit down with me and rest.” The man sat down and the tree was glad and smiled with tears.
This is a story of everyone. The tree is like our parents. When we were young, we loved to play with our Mum and Dad. When we grow up, we leave them; only come to them when we need something or when we are in trouble. No matter what, parents will always be there and give everything they could just to make you happy.
**MORAL LESSON : YOU MAY THINK THE BOY IS CRUEL TO THE TREE, BUT THAT IS HOW ALL OF US TREAT OUR PARENTS. WE TAKE THEM FOR GRANTED; WE DON’T APPRECIATE ALL THEY DO FOR US, UNTIL IT’S TOO LATE. WALLAHI, MAY ALLAH FORGIVES US OF OUR SHORTCOMINGS AND MAY HE GUIDE US.**
Nature is pleased with simplicity. And nature is no dummy
Lesson for everyone
A son took his old father to a restaurant for an evening dinner. Father being very old and weak, while eating, dropped food on his shirt and trousers. Others diners watched him in disgust while his son was calm.
After he finished eating, his son who was not at all embarrassed, quietly took him to the wash room, wiped the food particles, removed the stains, combed his hair and fitted his spectacles firmly. When they came out, the entire restaurant was watching them in dead silence, not able to grasp how someone could embarrass themselves publicly like that.
The son settled the bill and started walking out with his father.
At that time, an old man amongst the diners called out to the son and asked him, “Don’t you think you have left something behind?”.
The son replied, “No sir, I haven’t”.
The old man retorted, “Yes, you have! You left a lesson for every son and hope for every father“. http://www.womanatics.com/2015/03/moments-of-togetherness-are-moments-of.html
The kiss
Getting late for a meeting, need to run’, he said, as he slung his coat over the shoulder, and bounded out of the house. As he drove away, she came running down the stairs two at a time. ‘Wait, wait’, she said, but he had already left.
Her mouth crumpled like used wrapping paper. ‘He forgot to give me a goodbye kiss’, she whispered in a voice that trembled under the weight of her hurt. She called him, ‘you left without giving me a kiss’, she said accusingly. ‘I am sorry sweetheart’, he said, his voice contrite. ‘It is okay’, she said, trying to be all grown up as she cut the call.
She gulped down her breakfast morosely, wore her shoes, picked up her school bag and started to walk out of the door, her shoulders slumped. As she climbed down the steps, the car glided to a stop outside the house. He got out of the car. She ran to him, her whole face lit up like a Christmas tree.
‘I am sorry I forgot’, he said, as he picked her up and hugged her. She said nothing. Her jaw ached from smiling.
Fifteen years later, no one would remember he was late for a meeting, but a little girl would never ever forget that her father drove all the way back home just to kiss her goodbye!
Failure
I bought an acrylic bathtub for my bathroom. A specialist from the shop came to install it, connected it, everything was perfect. Brand new, beautiful — super. After a couple of months, little air bubbles started appearing all over the surface of the tub. I thought, well, I blew it, we had a cast-iron one before with no problems, and here I got hooked by fancy advertising. I called the shop and told them that they had sold me rubbish. They told me they would send a specialist to have a look. He came over promptly, and quickly worked out what the problem was. He simply removed a protective film from the surface of the tub, and all the bubbles were gone. Maybe it pays to read the manual first! I dropped in to the post office. There was a queue of at least 30 people, probably more, and each person was taking 10-15 minutes at the window. Half an hour later, only three people had been served. Right in front of me there was an old man in his seventies. Suddenly he turned to me and said, “When I came here, I was your age.” Everybody in the queue burst into laughter. That old man just made my day!
Kindness
A very elderly man with a large packet in his hands always comes by our apartment block every morning. The whole courtyard comes alive when he shows up; all the local cats and their kittens run up to him from all directions, purring and rubbing his legs. He tries to give some of his attention to each one of the animals, petting them, talking to them. Then he goes to their bowls scattered underneath the nearby trees, cleans them, ladles out some pet food from his packet, and pours some milk and fresh water. And then the whole crowd of cats scampers over to have breakfast. His wife, who prepares the food, keeps watching him all the time from the window. Both of them are in their seventies, and they set aside part of their pensions every month for cat food and other treats for the cats. He comes to feed them every day, rain or shine. Whenever I see him, I want to thank him with all my heart, because he does not just help all the stray pets, but he has also changed the way our neighbours treat them, too. Many were inspired to start feeding them as well, some are even trying to find homes for them. There is kindness in this world!

A Shot of Espresso Contains Less Caffeine Than a Cup of Coffee
Many coffee purists swear by espresso, a form of coffee made by grinding the beans very finely and subjecting them to hot water at high pressure. Espresso has a more concentrated flavor, so it must have a higher concentration of caffeine, right? Well… kind of. Though, ounce for ounce, espresso does have more caffeine than a regular drip brew, a shot of espresso has 120 to 170 mg of caffeine, whereas a cup of coffee has 150 to 200 mg. In fact, it would take two or three espresso shots to equal the caffeine in a 16-ounce Starbucks coffee. https://bestlifeonline.com/manliest-starbucks-drink/
I swear to God he levitated
I have a friend who I’ve known since I was very little. One day, when he was six, I was at his house when he got this absolutely god-awful stomach pain. I mean, he was literally writhing in pain. So, his mom took him to the doctor’s office, where the doctor took one look and told her to take him to the ER. She feared something along the lines of an intestinal rupture. About half way to the hospital, my friend suddenly let rip the loudest, most powerful fart any of us had ever heard. I swear to God he levitated. We thought the upholstery in the car seat had ripped. After a good 30 seconds of intense farting, he looked at his mom and said, “I feel all better now!”
The truth is that you’ve lost faith in yourself. You’ve given up. But don’t.
If you’re still breathing, you can still do something. It may not be exactly what you originally had in mind, but don’t think you don’t have the right to pursue your dreams.
Maybe you have responsibilities, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t ask or demand some time for yourself. And whether it is an hour or a day or 15 minutes, you can use it to pursue your desires.
Start that fire in you again even if it means giving up something else: watching tv, playing video games, or whatever you do to forget what you really want.
You may have to take baby steps, but even babies learn to walk with enough practice and the desire to do it. They don’t worry about failing.
But the one thing you need to succeed is faith in yourself. Don’t worry if no one else believes you can do it. The only one who matters is you.
In someone’s life, it happened
One young man went to apply for a managerial position in a big company. He passed the initial interview, and now would meet the director for the final interview.
The director discovered from his CV that the youth's academic achievements were excellent. He asked, "Did you obtain any scholarships in school?" the youth answered "no".
" Was it your father who paid for your school fees?"
"My father passed away when I was one year old, it was my mother who paid for my school fees.” he replied.
" Where did your mother work?"
"My mother worked as clothes cleaner.”
The director requested the youth to show his hands. The youth showed a pair of hands that were smooth and perfect.
" Have you ever helped your mother wash the clothes before?"
"Never, my mother always wanted me to study and read more books. Besides, my mother can wash clothes faster than me.
The director said, "I have a request. When you go home today, go and clean your mother's hands, and then see me tomorrow morning.
The youth felt that his chance of landing the job was high. When he went back home, he asked his mother to let him clean her hands. His mother felt strange, happy but with mixed feelings, she showed her hands to her son.
The youth cleaned his mother's hands slowly. His tear fell as he did that. It was the first time he noticed that his mother's hands were so wrinkled, and there were so many bruises in her hands. Some bruises were so painful that his mother winced when he touched it.
This was the first time the youth realized that it was this pair of hands that washed the clothes everyday to enable him to pay the school fees. The bruises in the mother's hands were the price that the mother had to pay for his education, his school activities and his future.
After cleaning his mother hands, the youth quietly washed all the remaining clothes for his mother.
That night, mother and son talked for a very long time.
Next morning, the youth went to the director's office.
The Director noticed the tears in the youth's eyes, when he asked: "Can you tell me what have you done and learned yesterday in your house?"
The youth answered," I cleaned my mother's hand, and also finished cleaning all the remaining clothes'
“I know now what appreciation is. Without my mother, I would not be who I am today. By helping my mother, only now do I realize how difficult and tough it is to get something done on your own. And I have come to appreciate the importance and value of helping one’s family.
The director said, "This is what I am looking for in a manager. I want to recruit a person who can appreciate the help of others, a person who knows the sufferings of others to get things done, and a person who would not put money as his only goal in life.”
“You are hired.”
