I may not be the most ardent supporter of Mino Raiola's negotiation tactics but I have to admit he opened a new chapter in football. There was a time when footballers were nothing more than showmen, playing so many games and getting so little in the form of wages as the clubs and their owners swallowed most of the profit in football.
