Pep Guardiola has been a blessing to Man City. He ushered in a period of dominance even the most optimistic of City supporters wouldn't have projected. The fans love him and have been solidly behind him. Pep will do well not to get himself on the wrong side of the fans. If their is anything to learn from the Super League debacle it is that English fans can get they want when they really want. They got the most important match in the Premier League calendar (Man U vs Liverpool) postponed. As important as Guardiola is he is not bigger than the club. Neither is he bigger than the fans. 2023 is still far away.
