Judging on last year's Euro (officially 2020) I would have said Phillips as a midfielder there to break down the opposition was slightly better than Rice but I agree Rice is not a £100m player. I think Lewandowski has just gone to Barce for £45m? Something like that
West Ham are definitely deceiving themselves with their valuation of him. The only person who will suffer the consequence is Rice. The guy is just 23 though, so he can spend the next four years flirting with the Europa Conference League before moving to a top club.
