When Messi was at Barcelona most people said he is the reason why Griezmann is not playing well. At Euros Griezmann was easily the poorest attacker for France despite playing in his favoured role. Messi is now at PSG but Griezmann is still shunning out terrible displays for Barca. Without Aguero, Griezmann is supposed to be the most influential attacker on the pitch. He's been the worst. Even the often derided Braithwaite is way better. Man U really dodge a bullet by not signing Griezmann. And people should stop slotting his name into conversations about world class players. He used to be, but he's no longer one of them.
