One interesting thing about the Euros is that with each round a top footballing nation gets eliminated till the tournament ends. Europe is so blessed with wonderful footballing countries. And that's why at least 13 of the 32 countries in the World Cup are from Europe. That's why UEFA Champions League is the greatest club competition on earth.
