Lingard at West Ham was a terror. He was simply dominant and unplayable. Then he chose to come back to a place where he isn't wanted. I really don't understand how Ole convinced him to stay. If the club wanted to prize Lingard out of a move with an astronomical fee he could literally go to war with Man U and win. We all love him and were happy when he was playing well at West Ham but we also know he won't start if he comes back. No singular Man U fan will hate Lingard if he fights his way out of Old Trafford. He is too loved to be hated. Now wasting away on the bench Man U wants to shop him out for £10M. They could've gotten an extra £5M and save the club of his huge wages if they allowed him to move last summer. It seems this Man U board just couldn't do anything right these days.
