When Arsene Wenger was manager his ideas were always different from that of others. When teams were splashing the cash and becoming super powers he complained about the transfer and was busy looking for bargains in the market. That left Arsenal several years behind the elite teams and they're yet to recover. Wenger is now a senior figure at FIFA and he's proposing World Cup every two years. I have to say one of the reasons why the World Cup is so anticipated is the long wait for it. A World Cup every two years looks like a joke but Wenger may just pull it up. I am totally not it support. It doesn't matter how I feel, my vote doesn't count.
