The Barcelona cycle is over, with many victories to his credit. But the budgets are not in order and this is one of the great problems of football. Reforms, a salary cup and governing bodies are urgently needed.
Salary cap is very urgently needed. The amount of money some players pack home as wages on a weekly basis is more than enough to drown a club. Barca and Madrid are learning the hard way already.
