Hi. Can anyone help me? I transferred my earnings here on read.cash to another wallet using the bitcoin.com wallet. $10 on the other wallet and I left $10 too on the official wallet. Now... I saw $0 on my wallet here. Is it normal or did I lost the $10? 😥

First off, congrats on the earnings. And second, did you open this in another device or browser?? If you did you might want to check the "my account" page on your settings. read.cash creates anothet wallet when you open in another browser.
Thank you. I just use the bitcoin.com wallet for transaction. Maybe that conflicts the process? What do you think? When I open the "my account" it also shows $0. 😣
And you only have one wallet there? And you sure you used a cash address not any other version?
I import my wallet there. Then I create a new one that I will use to transfer my earnings. Btw, I already found out that bitcoin.com wallet transaction conflict with the read.cash wallet. But it's all okay. It's just the balance on my read.cash will no longer appear. But I can still see it on bitcoin.com wallet.
Oh yeaaah. Coz you used the bitcoin.com wallet directly from here, i see... well, all good :)

Aaah. No worries. I thought I could help. That 0.00 balance happened to me too, but turns out I had created a new wallet. Hehe
