It is difficult not to hate the character of USAgent aka new Captain America John Walker. We became so invested with Steve Rogers. We loved his character and grit and patriotism. So when someone easily takes the mantle from him like it's something of a trophy, as fans we get angry. But no matter how much we hate John Walker, let us not hate Wyatt Russel. He's just an actor. Let us separate the actor from the character. He's an amazing actor, and our hate justifies it. But beyond that portrayal, let's appreciate the man we are now loving to hate.
