Black poet and jazz singer Gil Scott-Heron released a different type of song where he recited the lyrics, accompanied by congas and bongo drums, entitled "The Revolution Will Not Be Televised" in 1971. But the revolution will be televised...and we are observing the beginnings.
Justified anger
The 1960s were a time of intense anger. Injustices permeated US society and elsewhere around the world. Blacks were especially incensed over inequality and injustices.
The spark for rebellion came in 1965 when a California Highway Patrolman pulled over a Black man for suspicion of drunken driving. The man reportedly resisted arrest whereupon it is alleged that he was the victim of police brutality. Since there were no body cams in those days of future past, the details are unprovable.
Nevertheless, Blacks took to the street for six days in the South Central Los Angeles section of Watts, a predominantly Black area, where a battle ensued between Black residents and the police. When the dust settled, 34 people were dead, 1,000s were injured, with #40 million in property damages incurred.
Revolution today
Now some 60 years later, the revolution we saw in the summer of 2020 (and which continues) was and is partly televised. Black Lives Matter and Antifa, both communist-inspired organizations staged multiple riots and protests as a response to police brutality and what they claimed were unjust killings by police agencies.
Over the summer of 2020, billions of dollars in damage were incurred, as minority owned businesses and federal buildings were destroyed, damaged and looted clean. Like the Watts riots, looting was a prevalent theme - in broad daylight. Murders were a new fangled escalation, as leftists and conservatives battled in the streets.
I watched a lot of coverage of this "summer of love" as the leftist media called it. There were significant crimes and murders I saw live on alt media video sites, from live streamers, and hardly any coverage by the mainstream media. It was often bloody, vicious and amazing to see. It was utter lawlessness.
Revolution in the near future
The latest revolution is brewing. Anger the world over is seething. Lawlessness abounds. Covid mandates and restrictions are the impetus, as rogue governments transition to tyranny. This is everyone's battle for freedom, a revolution now taking place. It is a much deadlier one, more deadly than the Watts and BLM/Antifa riots, And more is to come. It must.
This revolution will be televised, if not by the lame stream media, then certainly by alt media video channels. It must be televised. This lawlessness is different, however. Though it transcends civil disobedience, the tree of liberty must be watered with blood from time to time.
Spectator or participant?
Countries are divided. Those who value freedom over government ideas of safety for our own good are the participants. The spectators are the elite governments, celebrities and sheep, who are content to submit to tyranny. The sheep will be slaughtered, even by the elite they support, for they are useless save for accepting their role as slaves.
Prepare
Revolution is beginning. Those in the know must prepare now. The spark to set it all off is imminent.
Food supplies, potable water, medicines and firearms will be necessary. Liberty hangs in the balance. You financial means will be cut off so you must hodl and spend and budget wisely.
Either we will become subjects and pawns of the world elite, and obedient to tyrannical powers, or we will refuse the proverbial boot on our necks. If we slumber we will be defeated. If we resist, we can win.
Discernment and prayer are our powerful tools of battle. Don't say I did not warn you readers.
If we make a trip to history, we can see that every right given to us was taken with blood. It will be like this today. When the streets are full, they give a little more justice, everyone calms down and returns home.
