First day being Care giver..

This time i will work being care giver to retire Dra Obigyne.. Start my work im so have my heart nervous and afraid cause is first time i dont know what are going to do.. But the work is verry easy to do.. Is practice what is going to do.. I wish to understand my Patient and understand me.. To.. Is this so difficult to my last work to become my sales marketing and now to be a care giver. But i will do my best to do this my job.. And take care my patient do something great.. To become perfect.. Please help me how a proper way to take care my patient how to be understand is attitude problem..
