Just yesterday my twin was telling me that my kids are always startling her with the loud laughs 😂😂 I Love to listen to their incredible loud spontaneous laughs I used to be like that, then I lost it because people kept asking me to be quieter. I never asked that from my kids. Now I'm back to my loud laughs, I let it out and I Love the sound of own laughs Moderation is boring Feel completely, don't hold back, don't go numb Teach and learn the "Art of Silly" everyday If you can show your funny/silly/spontaneous/transparent soul you'll receive the same from others And it's beautiful ❤️😍😝🤣

They're looks so happy. Laugh can heal our hearts and produce more positive energy. We can laugh as loud as we want, it's our own laugh not to them.
