When i was 17 y old my doctor told me I would be in a wheelchair by the time I was 40 I think about this often and I was talking about it with a friend here this morning Imagine how my life would be if I had "Believed" this... It happened after a minor car accident with my father, he was always "reckless" driving ( you know... Men ... 🙄😤😂) but this time wasn't really his fault, there was a big hole hidden just after a curve and the car "jumped" in the air really hard. My twin sister was sleeping in the back seat, so she didn't suffer anything, but my neck and back was hurt pretty bad from hitting the ceiling. I couldn't even expand my abdomen to breath properly. Obviously at the hospital they did almost nothing - pain killers and prescription for therapy. That's when my family doctor told me I had the spine of a 60 y old and I should never try to have kids or I would be using a wheelchair at the age of 40... I'm not saying she was wrong. She did her best. But there's other factors that should be account. Like Pure Stubbornness and Will. I had back pain all my life, sure, but that never stopped me. My 4 sons are Perfect and Healthy And since I made a big change in my life, being super active and exercising a lot, I can honestly say I have no pain. In the last 3 years I have done at least 10 km a day. I'll be 50 y old this year Words are powerful tools. Those simple words were for my own good, a warning, she (the doctor) wanted me to be careful. But I chose not to be defined by it. It's a choice My Life My Choice I tell you this not to brag or anything Just to inspire you to break your limits 😉

You are such an inspiration! ❤
Such a inspiring story, look how fit you are even at 50,Life is really a mystery.
Huuuuu yeah that sounds partially very familiar to me, so my chosen Nickname for you is 100% truth "SuperMom" you got the will of a beautiful and strong Spanish fighting bull, stubbornly following your path like a lovely "burro" and only doing what is good for you or what you think is right to do ! Just follow an advice if you feel good with it, that´s my story, and I´ve done it the same way like you, if I had followed the advice of my doctor a specialist for sports accidents I would still not be able to use my most powerful weapon of my ruined semiprofessional martial arts career, my left leg. Following his advice would have meant not being able to walk without crutches and in the worst case I would had my lower leg amputated. The only thing that's true is that I can't fight in tournaments any more, and it wouldn't be enough for a film career either, like with one of my now famous opponents from the last tournaments. But anyway, I did what I thought was right, like you, and since then I've never had to spend more than a few hours in hospital (no, not because of me). And at least age is something that´s terribly overrated, I´m front running you just a few thousand days ;)
When there is will there is life you were passionate to prove it wrong and you did my sweet mother 😚😚😚😚
