And lastly, despite all the hardship, and, toughness ng tatay Namin sa Amin,ay nirerespeto pa Rin Namin siya bilang tatay. But on the other hand, I think may nadulot Namang maganda sa Amin Ang ganoong pagdidisplina ni papa.We grew up as good, polite, humble and well-disciplined. .

Democratic People's Republic of Korea Good morning, readcash citizens. How are you all doing today? It’s getting hotter day by day, so let’s keep ourselves hydrated as often as possible. Stay indoors as much as possible between 8am and 3pm. It’s when the sun shines very hot. But if you really need to go out, don’t forget to apply sunscreen. It is not an act of being mindful; it is really needed because too much exposure to the sun at this time is harmful to our skin. You don’t want to have sunburn, and worse is skin cancer, right? It’s just some friendly advice, guys. It’s still up to you to decide. Anyway, today I'm going to give you my honest review, personal opinion, and thoughts on this place called North Korea.   When we hear North Korea, three things come to our mind. It’s the nuclear bomb, the controversial leader Kim Jong-un, and no freedom. This country was named the most secretive. It doesn’t want people coming in and out.So, if you are planning to visit, think twice before doing so. It has many restrictions upon entering, and you might not want to commit an offense, or else you might end up in prison. You need special permission from both governments if you happen to come from the USA, South Korea, and Malaysia. Its leader doesn’t like these countries specifically. Luggage is checked in every small detail, and here are some of the restricted things to bring: It is not permitted to bring a bible unless you want to be persecuted. Even our phones will be checked, and they should not contain videos or photos that are against their culture and government. Upon arrival, forget your dream solo adventure because you simply can't. You can’t even leave your hotel alone. The sites and shops that are allowed by the government are the only places you can visit. Taking pictures without the tour guide’s permission is not allowed either. There is no fast food, and having three meals a day is considered generous. While here, whenever we feel hungry, as long as we can afford it, we can eat whatever we want. Yet we sometimes complain about the foods our mom cooks.   Whenever I feel bored and ungrateful, I think back on the situation and the people in this place, and it makes me realize that I am instead lucky and privileged. Are you feeling the same?I'm hoping you are.   North Korea is home to over 25 million people under communist rule, and as for our deeper understanding, communism is a political theory in which all property is publicly owned instead of individually owned and it strictly controls all areas of the daily lives of its people. It includes the banning of foreign news or information outside its territory, and once caught, you will face extremely harsh punishment. Bowing and giving flowers at every leader’s statue is a must. And you can’t say anything bad about its leader unless you want to be publicly persecuted. While in other countries, including my beloved Philippines, the President is constantly vilified by netizens, no persecution is ever carried out. The people there are so old-fashioned that even women are prohibited from riding bicycles because they think of it as sexual to have something in between their legs. Besides, most of them are so poor that it’s very hard to own one. Unlike here and the rest of the world, most of us have our own cars, motorcycles, and at a young age, bicycles. In aspects of love, public displays of affection are strongly not allowed. No freedom, no love, no affection, and no sex until marriage. But the worse is yet to come: starvation. Yes, there is not enough food that some attempt to escape to look for greener pastures but are eventually caught and end up in prison or killed by the border guards. It’s so sad that when you are being sent to prison, the rest of your family will also be. The people here are so poor that they don’t have 24 hour electricity. The only exception are the members of the elite. Seeing this situation, it seems that they are stuck in the 18th century. Sadly, most of the children do not go to school and instead are asked to do domestic chores. As a parent, I want my children to learn things the right way and in the right place. I really hope these people will be set free, soon. Nobody in this world deserves all this.It breaks my heart to learn about the hardships these people face on a daily basis. I wish I could do something about it.I realize now how lucky I am here in a free country. I think you should be.I sincerely hope for a better future for these people, and I pray that God will enlighten their leader's mind, which has the potential to change everything for the better.     Thank you for taking your time to read this. You are free to express your thoughts about it too. Have a safe and nice day, everyone. See you again soon, Ciao.

Massively Popular-skin bleaching What is skin bleaching? It is a cosmetic treatment to lessen the prominence of skin discoloration. It is widely practice now and making a massive changes on every woman’s standard of beauty. But we all know that it has a risk,in taking it yet everybody seems crazy about this skin whitening products. But why is it happening?Because people think that having a fairer skin makes them look beautiful and rich. And by that they think it can make them have great opportunity and feel priority.Which for me is non-sense!What’s the use of clear skin when you’ll get a kidney failure?Yes,it causes acute kidney failure.Stay tuned until the end so you won’t miss any information..char..(VLOGGER?) There are two ways of skin whitening that emerging fast in the market today, namely oral glutathione and injectable glutathione. But first we need to know what is glutathione? Glutathione(GSH) is an anti-oxidants in plants, animals, fungi, and some bacteria and archaea. It is capable of preventing damage to important cellular components caused by reactive oxygen species such as free radicals, peroxides and heavy metals. It is not medically proven for skin lighteners. Now,would you use it to make your skin fairer?Let’s now proceed to discuss about oral and injectable glutathione.Oral glutathione supplements was accidental discovery and it’s claim as a skin lightener has yet to be proven effective according to the experts. But even more dangerous trend is emerging on the market, and it’s happening all over Asia and the rest of the world. And this is the injectable glutathione. Both of these are massively popular although it has not been proven effective and safe. While the later treatment is gaining more popularity and controversy. These skin treatments involve injecting glutathione and Vitamin C directly to the veins. On 2011,the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) noticed that glutathione injectable were being abused as skin light. They have issued a public warning that injectable glutathione could seriously damage the liver, nervous system and the kidneys. In fact,no glutathione product wether in the form of pills or injectables has ever been approved for skin lightining, not here nor anywhere in the world. There are adverse effects and reactions upon taking these products;rash and anaphylactic shock.Anaphylactic shock is when you feel difficulty in breathing that can lead you to the emergency room.Worst case is acute kidney failure get by a woman who infused with glutathione weekly for three years.FDA regulated it as prescription only drugs, that means they can only be used to make less the toxicity of chemotherapy not for skin lightining treatment. It must only be bought from licensed pharmacists. These products are legal but are illegaly used with another purpose. But some dermatological clinics are advertising glutathione as skin treatment on social media that’s why it gained more popularity that fast.People are quick to believe and embrace it not even knowing what’s awaits and the consequences. Here in our own country,an injectable drug exclusively for cancer patients is being abused as skin lightener and sometimes comes with deadly consequences. But what can we do when the people administering it are skin doctors as well as nurses. We can even find it offered wholesale in social media but these products are not in the list of FDA’s approved glutathione. It can be bought along with a syringe in torniquet or medical accessories that needed for this drug. Now what do you think about this certain and timely causes? Are you still convince that these products can help us obtaining a fairer and lighter skin? This situation is frustating because it’s trading is as shady as illegal drugs but no one bats an eyelash. It is now one of the saddest reality here in the Philippines.I think healthy skin is far better than having a fairer skin.Always bear in mind that loving our own true skin color is also loving our ancestors. So sad that it has become a rampant insecurity for our fellow Filipinos and it causes much pressure to be fair and flawless when we can be naturally flawed.Remember that you are beautiful whatever skin color you have!We are all beautiful in our own and unique way.Bye for now, beautifuls!

2022 Election Hola, Buenos dias! How are you today? Today I will be sharing with you my thoughts on the upcoming elections. It’s my personal opinion only. As I am fed up with the ongoing news for the upcoming elections, sometimes I wonder if it is really worth paying attention to. Our attention Everyone is outraged, even fighting on social media platforms. Different choices, but only one goal, and that is having an anti-corrupt leader. That's it! Corruption can happen anywhere, and it is our nation's main problem. Our country is considered rich and progressive, but we didn't live by that because of the corrupt politicians. Have you ever wondered why we are experiencing massive unemployment, rising prices for basic necessities, and a slew of other issues? Another thing here is that we worked hard, but we were paid less. Where is the justice? What's the use of the law here? Well, it is not applicable to everyone. In short, it's unfair! These problems were addressed in their promises to us if we voted for them. Do you believe it yourself? Do we have to? Hopefully, this time we will elect the right person who will effect positive change. But how do we know who is the right one when they all make convincing promises and platforms? We need to carefully analyze each one of them. I think it's inappropriate to just vote for someone because he/she is our relative or even our favorite celebrity. Does this reason make sense at all? My family and I have different candidates for every election, but we respect each other's choices. Unlike what's happening to our fellow countrymen who prefer bashing and arguing. Do they really need to do that? Is it worth fighting for? I don't think so. After all, most politicians don't value us after they are elected. The rich people are the priority, and the less fortunate come last. It's still happening and I think it won't stop unless we choose someone who is passionate, understands its people, and thinks best for us and not one who is selfish and greedy. We also need to stop selling our votes to them, because upon doing so, they will use what’s supposed to be for us to replace how much they spend on votes. In the end, we will be the ones who suffer. I keep on hearing people saying that politics in the Philippines sucks! I think instead of saying this, why not make a change? It’s no use to keep on complaining when you know that you didn’t make the right decision. I hope that in the upcoming election, we will make a conscious effort not to be greedy. Let’s all vote wisely! Vote buying is not acceptable! Let there be unity and peace so we can have a better future ahead of us. We will be flying back to our province on May 8th to vote and will make a quick visit to our old house. It’s been 4 months since typhoon Odette hit. Hopefully, things are back to the way they were. This election is going to be different because there will be no shades from nature, which is the trees. It’s all been destroyed by the typoon. I personally planned to cast my vote around 3 pm, when it’s not too hot to go out. Anyway,In our town, politics doesn’t seem right either. Political dynasties are happening even if they are not allowed by the law. In these politicians' reigns, few infrastructures were made, which led people to think that our town was in progress. They based it all on those certain projects without considering the other issues. I think our town needs investors to create more jobs for its people. Unemployment can make people's lives harder. and promote tourism too. Tourists bring more income for our entrepreneurs. That’s all for today guys, see you next time!I have someting to do for now, will be packing our stuff.Need to sort out things me and the kids will be bringing.See you soon,Leyte! Tener un buen dia por delante..Cuidate.

The reason behind my aromaphobia AROMAPHOBIA (from Latin aroma, meaning "spice") is the fear of spices and spicy food. This phobia is most commonly caused by a burning sensation in the mouth when eating spicy foods. I will share with you my experience and thoughts on this. It all started when I was six years old. As I walked down the tiny path through my childhood friend's house, I felt a summer breeze on my skin. I'll pick her up because we had planned to go to the beach to collect seashells. Our house in the province was constructed on the water, so we have to cross a wooden bridge to get to the main street. My friends lived on the opposite side of the bridge, so I had to cross it if I wanted to see them.  We passed two more girls our age on our way to the beach. They were carrying a tiny basket and appeared to be very cheerful and enthusiastic about their journey. We found out that they were going to harvest marine shells as well. Instantly, my friend and I came up with this terrible notion. Please don't pass judgment on us; we're just kids.  We ended up fighting because we mocked and yelled at them. Worse, we boasted that it was our area, and they were driven away. We gather their possessions and stow them away in one of the fishermen's boats. I still can't believe I used to be so obstinate. I feel bad when I think back on those days. Now, though, I am the polar opposite. I don't have a social life, I don't like to go out much, and I have low self-esteem, to put it bluntly. I dislike being the center of attention. I'd rather not be noticed or be noticed. Anyway, the girls went home crying after that incident, and we didn't feel sorry for them at the moment. We didn't believe bullying was such a negative thing. We had no idea what we were doing. We were just having a good time and didn't consider the ramifications.  We decided to start heading home after gathering some sea shells because the high tide was approaching. I continued on after sending my friend back to her place. It had been a long and exhausting day, so I went to bed early after dinner. My mother went to the market the next day and told me to look after my younger siblings. Because I am the oldest, I was taught how to babysit. My mother arrived shortly before 11 a.m. and began preparing our meal. I asked her if I could go out with my friend again today. She agreed, but only on one condition. First and foremost, I needed to do the dishes, which I did. I was about to leave when I noticed the girls and a woman approaching our house. I had a feeling they were on their way to get me. At the time, I was terrified. My little heart was beating and I was trembling. So I decided to hide all of the slippers outside so they would assume no one was home, and then I shut the door. My mother, on the other hand, was taken aback by what I did. She inquired as to why I had brought all of the footwear inside. She demanded that I return it to the outside since she thought it was filthy. Plus, we normally don't need to bring our slippers inside. My mother had faith in me. I tried my hardest to maintain my alibi. So I assumed I was being saved, but I was still apprehensive. A minute later, someone knocked on my door, and I could feel my heart racing. My mother asked if I wanted to see who it was, but I declined. I had a feeling I was in big trouble. As a result, my mother proceeded to open the door and speak with the woman who was with the girls. I knew my strategy wouldn't work at that point, and I was doomed. My mother called me after their brief discussion. When she saw me, she became agitated and yelled at me. I overheard the woman remark that all I had to do was return their possessions and promise not to do it again. The woman went on to say that she would forgive me because I was only a child at the time and didn't understand that picking fights was wrong. As a result, I ended up strolling beside them to the beach and transferring their possessions. A basket and their slippers were all they had. It still bothers me that we let them walk around in their bare feet the other day. How bad do we have it?  I continuously expressed my regret and pledged not to do it again. Then we each go our separate ways. My mother chastised me when I returned home. She isn't known for whipping us. But, because I had enraged her, she retaliated by shoving chili into my mouth. It had a fresh flavor for me. It's my first time, and the temperature within is rising. One of our neighbors approached my mother because I was crying so loudly. My mother felt sorry for me, but she said that I should learn from my mistakes and that if I did, I would never have to think about them again. After some tears, our next-door neighbor invited me to her house and allowed me to eat sweets. She said that might help with the heat. I haven't eaten spicy food since that happened. I had been traumatized. After a few years, I was in high school. Except for me, most of my students like street food. Because it has a hot sauce, I knew it wasn't for me. My students, on the other hand, kept mocking me that I should do it. But I wasn't prepared, so I declined. What had happened before was something I couldn't forget. They stopped inviting me to snack time until I realized I was being shunned. They went directly to buy street food after class without asking if I might accompany them. So, feeling like an outsider, I went straight home. That's when I decided to give it a chance. Maybe that wasn't so horrible after all. I gradually began to eat spicy foods and became accustomed to them. And I'm really enjoying it. One of my concerns was confronted and overcome. It's never too late to make a change. Now that I'm older, I prefer eating hot foods. Everything spicy appeals to me! I'm still grateful for the punishment I received previously. It has helped me become a better person today.

First and more to come Hello! How are you doing, everyone? Today is my first day at this job, and I'm both excited and nervous. I don't normally write things like this because I'm afraid of making mistakes. In our millennial world, where people are quick to criticize, most of us are afraid to make mistakes in front of others. But, because I am a risk-taker, I decided to give it a shot. In any case, I am a single mother of three lovely daughters. They are 15 years old, 6 years old, and 5 years old, respectively. They are my treasures, my happy pills, my friends, adversaries, and playmates, and any parent can relate to the pain in their ass at times.  My migraine hit before I even started, and it's still bothering me as I type! It was uncomfortable and inconvenient to keep going, but I didn't give up. Because I believe that doing something constructive is preferable to doing nothing or waiting for the headaches to go away, So I took my pain reliever, but it didn't work immediately, so I'll take a break as soon as I'm done. Migraines will not let me down until I complete this! Hehe..  I tried to lie down and sleep, but it took a while because of the throbbing sensation in my head. Fortunately, I did fall asleep, but not for long, because I was awakened by the voices of my mother and her visitor. I also discovered that the children (ages 6 and 5) did not take their afternoon naps.  They simply sat in front of the television and played with their toys.  They skipped their nap time because they knew I wasn't feeling well and didn't have time to care for them. I tried talking to them and asking why, but you know how kids have their own reasons and ways of turning us parents from brutes to weak? So I stopped reprimanding them and instead fed them snacks. After giving them their all-time favorite snacks, I went downstairs to start preparing our dinner. When I was about to start cooking rice, I discovered that my mother had already finished it, so I asked her what I should make for our appetizer instead. She simply said, "Don't worry," and sent me back upstairs. She was concerned about me and advised me to take a seat and unwind.  She also reminded me that taking too many pain relievers is bad for our bodies. When it's time for dinner, I feed the kids. My headaches are gradually dissipating this time around. I was relieved and felt more at ease. Finally, I'll be able to eat my dinner without feeling ill.  I washed the dishes after dinner and then let the kids bathe and brush their teeth. I had planned to put the kids to bed early after finishing with them, but they asked if they could watch cartoons for a while. I am, once again, frail (no bashing please). I let them do it because we have different parenting styles.  I let them watch for a half-hour before putting them to bed, saying their prayers, and kissing them goodnight! I returned downstairs to double-check everything, but my siblings and I ended up chatting about the latest news, national events, politics, and so on.  My headaches had completely subsided by this point! That's a huge relief sign!  We were talking so much that we didn't realize how much time had passed. We ended up talking until about 12 a.m. I hurriedly went to bed because I had an early morning meeting. My mother and I cook for my brother, who works a long distance away and must leave early. My daily routine is as follows: I get up at 4 a.m., prepare food, and prepare his belongings. It's my way of honoring him as one of our breadwinners.  When he goes to work, I do the cleaning and laundry so that when the kids wake up, I am already caught up on the housework.  For the time being, ciao... and have a wonderful day, everyone!
