Its more than a week already after Typhoon TINO hit here in Danao City.
Luckily we are all safe even our things was washout..we have received relief goods only once and thanks to our city gov't. While others busy roaming around to receive those relief goods from private volunteers, my family still trying to cleanout the mud that still in our house and wash some flooded clothes. While I need to get back to work and do overtime to have some pay to cover up our needs.
Need to keep moving forward and I prayed those who have some losses will have more strength to be strong and continue living.
Typhoon Tino
After a few days of no electricity
at last our area was included in the
energize power now from CEBECO.
After no signal and internet, I receive so
many messages from my family in Bohol
and Cagayan de Oro. I know they are so
worried because our place was severely damage here in Danao City.
After so many typhoons, Tino really makes life more harder. We never experience that
kind of flood. Our house was flooded with mud and our things got submerge. I do not know where to start. My children are trauma and asking if where will sleep.
Then now another typhoon. Our place was included with a lower signal warning.
But we just decided to stay in the evacuation area for our children to be safe.
Because crossing the flood until the heavy rains was too tough. I wish that experience was just a nightmare.

I went home late today because we prepared for the typhoon.
No work for tonight and tomorrow
yet we keep our machines and equipments
for safety against getting broken.
Anyways, I just let hubby sleep now as I watch over..we need to be vigilant
for Typhoon Tino.

Its All Soul's Day today.
We attend 6am mass this morning that
we offer for the souls of our loved ones
Glad my children are cooperating and
we all attended the mass early.
The weather here is still too hot..
The sun shines more as the blue sky
let it float in without those clouds..
Though the weather forecaster already
warn us about the upcoming storm..
We pray the storm will not turn into
a typhoon and just slowly weakens..
Its All Saints Day.
No work for me but for some of my colleagues and subordinates, they have
work today and tomorrow.
Its so hot here as the sun shines brightly
in the blue sky without even a little cloud.
Feels like wanna go to work because the
airconditions there is soo cold..
feels winter inside my workplace..
And here right now, feels summer..hahaha
Anyways, just finished making fruit salad
Insteaf of buying ice cream i just make
some salad so my children can enjoy the
salad with more cheese.
Our family loves cheese.
Cheezy salad on a holiday.
Its a non-working holiday here
but Im working today..
In fact, I just arrived home.
Well, its just an eight hours OT for today
or else we will have a higher pay.
Anyways, were glad my division still have
OT so we can gather some amount for
the holidays to come.
Town Hall Meeting
Yesterday, I was honored to be part of our company's 2nd town hall meeting. Before I only have seen town hall meetings picture. Well, for some who do not about town hall meetings, it is a gathering of some employees with the management to discuss and be informed how's the company path going. It also allows some questions need to be answer by the management or concerns need to discuss with.
The townhall meeting started 4 pm sharp. Why I am so sure about it? I took a glanced in my phone's clock as it starts. The attendees are 200 more or less excluding the President, Vice President and some HR staffs. Registration starts at 3pm for the seat numbers assignment. Even I have 8 colleagues are with me from our Division, still we cannot just sit together since we have seating arrangement to follow.
The meeting started with the President showing as the figures from FY Mar2022 to FY Mar 2026 (Fiscal Year). As an ordinary employee like me, it's really a big figure to see some 1,563,810 M Yen Plan for this fiscal year's Sales. Wow...I really like more Mr. Kainuma being in our company, the Japanese known as the "King of Deals". Actually, after our company have mergers and knowing who is the CEO, I really do have some research about it and liked Mr. Kainuma. Then our company grow and becomes bigger yet we do have some ups and downs too. As always, we cannot let the everyone stay and appreciate everything. Wayback then, I was one of those who worked so hard and not being recognize. For years, I felt bad too getting the average work evaluation because my superior said they will push up first those seniors. So my mindset then is just to keep working. As our company grow, many changes from the organizations like the trainings we need to have more learnings and add our skills. That is why, I am still one of the students at times during our modules in ZEST trainings.
Then VP shows as those businesses that goes Out to the Woods and businesses that goes Into the Greens. He showed the result of the engagement survey last September and probably we will be having another one by December. Yet with not just our local bosses, having some Japanese bosses, I do have some personal favorites. I like them as I see how improved our company now and despite the ups and downs we are still together building better relationships.
Lastly, the townhall meeting's last part is the Q&A. About more than 10 questions and concerns where asked from the audience to the management. So far the meeting ends well and oops it was already 6 in the evening. We expected it to end just after an hour. The discussions really seem so nice that we just let the time slipped. Anyways, after how many months or years I just had this article again here. Perhaps my eagerness to share my experience yesterday made this all possible.

Another gloomy afternoon here just like yesterday with thunder and lightnings. Though yesterday was really a heavy downpour and now were praying that
it wont rain anymore..
Because it affects our work and there was
a power interruption too at home
due to the heavy rain.
Just had dinner with the family.
Im not feeling well due to cough and colds.
Though I still manage to work since I took some meds and just had a still cough left.
Wanna go to the clinic yet Im afraid
that they will give me a sickleave
for a week..
Also I need to work and have some overtime..Christmas is coming..
Need to work harder for the family.
Im planning to buy my eldest child a chromebook since she needs it now for her study. Shes already in 12th grade.
Its a another busy Wednesday at work.
Got some headaches so I wanted to go home early today..
Yet as a superior, I cannot leave without another one left in command.
So I have no choice but to render full overtime.

My sleep isn't normal anymore..
Im afraid I will be having more low hemoglobin because of lack of sleep..
From time to time, aftershocks makes me nervous and now I do not know anymore how to gain back my usual sleeping time.
Hope the aftershocks will stop now.
Its already past 10pm..
All are asleep but I do not know
why neighbors cannot understand..
Imagine keeping knocking at the door..
At this late? We only sell ice and ice candy
And they keep doing this everytime they
needed ice for their drunk father to have
cold drink..
My goodness..waking those asleep?
When will they stop doing it?

Another Sunday with my family..
We attended the novena mass at our
company chapel this morning..
Then we have another free food and drinks.. yummy to have some cassava cake and puto cheese with the hot drinks
of your choice.
Thank God with all the blessing we receive
Though those raffle winners in our chapel
fiesta daily raffle today have more luck
and one lucky name was drawn twice
winning 2 25kg of rice.
Wow..with the 2tickets worth only 20pesos she bought
She won 50kgs of rice worth more than 20times of the amount she spent.
Indeed a blessful day to her.

arriving at workplace this morning.
Since our company is a japanese owned
we have some little japanese lessons
from time to time.

Its Another Rainy Day Here
A Blessful Thursday as heavens pour
down some water from above..
Our family plan to attend mass in my company's chapel but I ended up alone
as the heavy downpour continues.
We plan to attend as we know that Father Dennis Boltron will be the officiating priest.
Though I attended alone, its really worth the time to hear God's word thru him.
I feel so much blessed today.
Happy to be one of the attendees today.
So tired today at work..
Imagine, I have my period but
its my 2days of climbing ladders for
our relayout and fixing of wires..
Also setting up some LAN connections
for our laptop and PC at work makes
me more sweat..
But the hardest part is assembling some
pipes to make some tables.
Gosh..Im not a superwoman.

safety inspection team check all areas.

will wait for management's instruction
and production schedule.

and today my children have no classes
Due to signal no.1 and class are suspended.
But, we, still working and monitoring
the weather. So far, we have work until tomorrow but it may change if this afternoon's weather bulletin will have changes that affects us.
Hope the typhoon will weaken.

that will pass through visayas and south luzon..
