"Panalo" Ez Mil https://youtu.be/uJSbt6cPbmA Lately, the song "**Panalo" sung by Ez Mil** has been a trending topic on any social media platform. His video has a total of 11,593,046  views on Youtube! Wow! **But who is Ez Mil?** **Ez Mil or Ezekiel Miller** is a Fil-Caucasian born in Olongapo City in 1998. His father is Paul Sapiera , lead singer of the local band Rockstar, who came out with a hit of their own with 1993's "Mahal Pa rin Kita" and "Parting Time." His mother is also active in the music industry. `I remember the time when I was singing "Mahal pa rin Kita" to my friend when she and her boyfriend broke up. It was the popular song for the brokenhearted that time.` Sorry for the intermission. I can't help myself reminisce about the past with the song Mahal Pa Rin Kita, LOL! Now, let's go back to Ez Mil. Ez Mil grew up in the Philippines but recently moved to the US. Living there for four years. He lived in California for the first year, and it was there that his patriotic feeling began to stir, eventually culminating in the very charged lyrics of his viral song "Panalo."Aside from rapping and laying down beats, Ez Mil plays both guitar and piano. He also loves anime. "Panalo(Trap Carinosa)" is his biggest hit to date. He says that using "Carinosa" was an idea of his mother. He also said that it boring nostalgic memories to him in high school. `When I first listened to his song, the first thing that caught me was the "Carinosa" part. like him, it also brings memories of when I was chosen to dance the Carinosa in a program when I was in elementary. To those who don't know what Carinosa is`, *Carinosa is the National Dance of the Philippines. It is a Philippine dance of colonial era origin from the Maria Clara suite of Philippine folk dances, where the fan or handkerchief plays an instrumental role as it places the couple in romance scenario.* **The Olongapo-born rapper earned massive praises and salute from Filipino netizens as he raises the Philippine flag with his powerful single.** How about you? Have you heard of his song? What can you say about it? Photos from Google Video source:Youtube

Is Losing Weight Impossible? **Disclaimer: I am not an expert nor a Nutritionist. This is based on the data I have gathered on the net.** I was inspired by @bmgc98 to write this article. I have seen her post in noise.cash regarding her no rice diet. It is normal for us to be concerned about our bodies. Exercise more mostly just isn't enough, that most of us resort to drastic measures like liposuction. Some have a different diet that they followed but most of it is not successful. There are many variables as to why the accomplishment rate is low. But this one, in my opinion, causes the most failures, **selecting the wrong diet.** To lose weight effectively, you must find what works best for YOUR body and lifestyle. People lose weight at different paces. For some - weight loss is a matter of not snacking in the evening; others might need vigorous training and clean nutrition to shed a few pounds. I have a friend who introduced me to **KETO DIET**. She told me that we should try it out, but it is so hard for me. She is also struggling to follow it because she loves to bake and she loves sweets. But I have seen on the Facebook page about the keto diet, and mostly, it is very effective to them. And also, back in 2020, the famous singer **Adele** lose a lot of weight on the keto diet, so it must be effective, right? **But should we choose the diet based on some celebrity experience?** The answer would be **NO.** Wealthy people can afford professional trainers and nutritionists, therefore, they can put a lot less effort, and hence it is easier to reach awesome results. Here's a simple explanation for what the keto diet is - it is a way of eating where you drastically decrease the consumption of carbohydrates and because of that, your body is burning fat for energy. This state is called ketosis and comes with a whole list of benefits apart from faster weight loss: More energy Improved skin condition Food is more satiating A decrease in blood sugar and insulin levels These are merely the baseline benefits, so the diet is truly worth a shot. Also, some websites can give you a weight loss progress chart depending on personal characteristics. I know some people are very goal-oriented and need to know precisely how fast they can shed those pounds. If you are one of them, just click here. https://ketocycle.diet/66?utm_source=quora&utm_medium=community&utm_campaign=adele_quiz_estimate All in all, losing weight is a difficult task. Many select it as their New Year's resolutions, and also, many fail(I can relate to it). Don't take this journey lightly and use all tools at your disposal to make it successful. It won't be as fast as you'd expect, so **patience is the key.** Thank you for reading!

The Only Way is Up Six months ago, I was having my "me time" while checking my social media. I had a cup of coffee in my hand while holding my phone in the other hand. Then I stumbled upon a post regarding how to earn by just writing an article and interact with other users. I got curious so I tried. Having said that, read.cash became a part of my daily life. It became a learning process to me again, cultivating all the knowledge that has been buried deep down. But I am not a good writer and have poor grammar. I am not like other users here that are very good at using words for their sake. My articles were not as pleasing to the eyes, in short, "Walang Laman." But as days pass by, I can see an improvement in me as a writer. I gain some readers and sponsors which really boost my confidence and made me feel that **"I got this."** I have no specific content in my blog. Whatever caught my interest and I think would catch the reader's attention, is my topic. But being on this platform for that long made me run out of topic. There were times that I have no idea what to write anymore. I guess many can relate to that. And one more thing, there were times that I am unmotivated. No matter how hard I try, I can't focus on writing. ***But what keeps me going despite everything?*** **Remember why I started** I always told myself, why did I try this from the start? What made me jump into a sea of writers which is, by the way, way out of my league? **It is because I want to earn.** I want to help my significant other with our expenses. Being able to meet or gain some friends is just a bonus. And I am proud to say that I have met virtual friends that are still very supportive of me. **You know who you are, I thank you all!** **There is always a time for everything** As a new writer, I did not earn as much as I want. I had a few cents in my articles. I was wondering what other writers have that I don't have. Why is that their article was being paid much more than I had? That got me a little demotivated. I just thought that maybe this is not for me and that maybe I should stop. Then I thought, maybe it was not my time yet, that maybe after a month or two, rusty would pay me higher. And guess what, he did! @TheRandomRewarder paid my articles much more than I could think of. I was earning like $15 to $20 a week. And I was very happy. It was more than what I expected. So to all the new writers on this platform, always remember, **it will take time** but I am pretty sure you'll get what you want. **Work harder** I keep reminding myself, "work harder." If I want my piece to be recognized, I just need to work harder. It was hard at first, to keep up with other writers. But I stopped keeping up with them. I told myself that they have their style and I have my own. I should stick to mine and do my best. Although I made them as an inspiration with what I do. `You might be wondering about the numbers being said in this article. Because if you would check my account, you can see that I don't earn that much yet. It is because I am talking about my other account, my old account.` Read.cash will always be a part of my daily life. Being a user for a long time helps me not just with my expenses but also relieving my stress by writing what's on my mind. It helps me to be heard by everybody. **From unknown to well-known(soon).** Thank you for reading! I hope you have learned a lesson from my journey here in read.cash.

A Blast from the Past When we get old(not that old though), we tend to think of our past, memories, from our childhood until today. Like what I am doing right now, Lol! I was born in Davao del Sur. My grandparents on the mother's side are from Makilala while my father's side is from Cotabato. I love how simple our life back there. Although we have simple food and simple life, we were happy. Our house was built along the road. It was a nipa hut. Our houses were like in a row. From my Lola's house to our house then to my Tita Daka's house. When I entered elementary, I went to Don Juan dela Cruz Elementary School, from grade 1 to grade 2, together with my Tita Leah who was grade 6, and my cousin Michael who was also in first grade same as me. It was a long walk from our house to school, but it was not very tiresome for us because we enjoyed our journey to school. Our school has a very big playground if my memory serves me right. We always play hide and seek and tag it. My cousin and I were in the same class. On the first day of our class, our teacher thought that we were twins because we were always dressed alike. The school uniform was not a must at that time so we always wear our best casual clothes. My cousin is a bright student and I would say, so am I. We were always on top of our class. He is good at Mathematics while I am good at English and Science. We always helped each other with our school assignments. Then one time, our teacher gave us a quiz. But on that day, my cousin was not feeling well, so I told him to keep quiet and I would answer his quiz on his behalf. When our teacher was checking our paper, she noticed that it has the same handwriting and same score. So she asked us about it, she asked if who among us answered those quiz. I was trembling because I thought she would punish us for what I did. But I still told her the truth. I told her that my cousin was not feeling well so I answered his quiz for him. She just laughed and said not to do it again. When the school year has ended, my cousin transferred to his Lola's hometown. I was left behind together with my 2 uncles and my Aunt Gingging. At that time, the rest of our family transferred to Manila. Although most of the time, I was alone in our house, I don't feel lonely. I feel independent at the age of 8 already. Most of the time my 2 uncles were always outside together with their friends and my Aunt Gingging was busy with her studies. I always eat alone, washed our clothes and clean our house. **I** **am not afraid even if I fell asleep with our door wide open that time.** Then the school year starts, I was in grade 2 and I could still remember how terror my teacher was. She always gives us a slight spank and hit us if we gave a wrong answer. So even though I know the answer, I didn't dare to raise my hand. But I think she acknowledges my ability because every time there was a quiz bee or an event that needed some students to participate, she would always have me on it. *The picture above is my school when I was in grades 1 and 2. On that same spot, I recited the Star Scout Promise. I was trembling and very nervous that time and I think I sweat a lot too, lol!* But before that, let me tell you how I ended up reciting the Star Scout Promise. I wasn't the first choice, my classmate Lorena( I still remember her because she is so beautiful, like smooth skin and everything). I was scribbling at the corner of our room. When suddenly my teacher called me and told me to memorize the Star Scout Promise. I need to recite it in front of our class the next day so I did my best to do it. The next morning, me and Lorena we're told to come in front and recite the star scout promise. Lorena was first to recite but she was stammering most of the time. Then my time came, I was nervous but I can proudly say I did a great job because, after that, I was chosen to do the task. I was so proud of myself back then. When the school year has ended, I became the first honor and Lorena was the fourth honor in our class. I feel so proud of myself but I had no one to share my achievements with. Though it was fine with me, I get used to it. The only regret that I have was I don't have pictures with all those memories! If only camera phones were common at that time, I definitely had more photos and selfies than most of my daughter had right now, lol! **So, take a picture more often because photos will serve as memories that will be treasured forever.** That's it guys, thank you for patiently reading my story! The Beatles *When I find myself in times of trouble,* *Mother Mary comes to me, speaking words of wisdom, let it be* *And in my hour of darkness, she is standing right in front of me* *Speaking words of wisdom, let it be* *Let it be, let it be, let it be, let it be* *Whisper words of wisdom,* *Let it be* When I was a kid, I always wake up to the loud sound from the cassette tape, playing the songs of Beatles. What would you expect? having 5 boys in the house who were all addicted to the Beatles. All my Uncles were huge fans of "The Beatles." I remember, we had different posters of Beatles on every wall in our house. Almost every day, my Uncle would play the Beatle songs and because of that, I grew fond of it. I began to appreciate their songs and even memorized some of them. My favorite was ***"Let it Be"*** and ***"Yesterday"***. I think I was 8 years old back then when these songs grew on me. I love the soothing melody and the lyrics. It always put me to sleep when I listen to these songs. I remember even borrowing my Uncle's walkman just to listen to their songs.,Hahahaha, nostalgic feels. **The Story** The rock band "The Beatles" formed in 1960 in Liverpool England. **The group originally consisted of guitarist John Lennon, Paul McCartney, and George Harrison along with bassist Stu Sutcliffe and drummer Pete Best**. Much of the groups' early time was spent playing shows in Hamburg Germany. McCartney then took on base after set Cliff's 1961 departure and they began recording as the backing band. After meeting their future manager Brian Epstein, **the Beatles were signed to EMI's Parlophone label by producer George Martin in 1962.** That same year **Ringo Starr replaced Best** during their first recording session and the classic Beatles lineup was solidified. All four members contributed vocals but Lennon and McCartney singing and songwriting partnership stood out. The group released two successful singles before their number 1 1963 debut "Please Please Me", and followed that with two more hits "From Me to You" and "She Loves You." As they toured the UK in 1963, their popularity generated friends and fan reactions dubbed "Beatlemania." **Trivia** `Here's a little bit of info that you may not have known. Turns out the Beatles concert had a certain "aroma" that of urine to be exact. I guess those girls watching them perform were not only so excited that they could barely hear the band over their screaming but they also literally wet themselves in delight.` Next came their number 1 single on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, " I want to Hold Your Hand." https://youtu.be/jenWdylTtzs The song and their first 1964 appearance on The Ed Sullivan Show kick-started the British Invasion in America. Screaming fans continued to pursue the band on their International tour dates in 1964. The group also starred in the successful comedy "A Hard Day's Night" and released a popular soundtrack, "Can't Buy Me, Love." That year also saw the UK release of the number 1 album "Beatles For Sale" and the US release of the chart-topping record "Beatles 65". The next year their second film "Help" and a number 1 soundtrack that featured the song "Yesterday" came out. https://youtu.be/4YWyFIzSeXI My Top Beatles Songs Yesterday Let It Be I want to hold your hand Strawberry Fields forever Something Hey Jude Come Together The Long and Winding Road Awards Grammy Award Album of the Year - 1968 Sgt. Unforgettable ***"Things end but memories last forever"*** We all have our memories from each day that had passed in our lives. Memories that brought us tears, smiles, and leave an impact to us. But let me share some particular memories that I had. Well, here it goes... When I was a kid, Sunday was the best day for me. It was the day that our family is complete(It was before my mom and papa separated). As I was saying, we were complete, from my Uncles to Aunts, and cousins. We would all go to church, wearing our Sunday best outfit. I remember my outfit every time we go to church. I was wearing an all-white dress with matching white shoes. And my hair was tied up with white ribbon. I feel so pretty every time. I also remember having an umbrella with ruffles. I really feel so pretty, and I feel like a princess. I think our religion that time was Baptist. I remember children were separated from adults. We have our own Bible study, I had so many friends back then. We were singing, doing an artwork. We also have a free meal. The church was so beautiful and it has a wide space. It has beautiful flowers and also had a not so big fishpond. We were having a break time once, then I went to the fishpond to look at the goldfish in it. I was trying to reach the fish when my hand slipped and I fell into the pond. I was so afraid and I thought I was going to die. Then suddenly, someone grabbed me and pulled me up. I cried so hard. Then I saw some of the kids laughing. After that we went home. I was scolded by my Lola while I was crying. My sisters and cousins were teasing me that time. That was so memorable to me because I thought I was gonna die. Another memory that I cannot forget was when I was in an accident with my Aunt. I think I was 7 and my Aunt was 12 or 13 years old. My grandmother told us to buy something at the local market nearby. She told me to accompany her and of course I said yes because I love going outside. She was riding a bike while I was riding at the back. When its time for us to go home, I accidentally bump my head on the handle of the bicycle, which has no cover. I suddenly feel a blood rushing out from the wound. I cried so loud that my Aunt panicked. She took me home and while we were on the road, people were staring at us, worried because blood was all over my face. When we arrived at the house, my Lola was shouting like what happened hysterically so my Uncle took me to the hospital to get me treated. I think I had a few stitches on my head. After that I never went outside riding bicycle with my Aunt. Another Sunday memory for me was when I was 11 or 12 I think. We were living in Taytay, Rizal that time. Just like every other Sunday, my sister and I was washing all our clothes. And by "all" I mean all of the clothes in our house, from my Titos and Titas up to my cousins. As you can see, we were an extended family. So just like always, my sister Katy and me always joke around while washing the clothes. It is our way to lessen the heavy work. We always had a good laugh and would finish washing late afternoon because most of the time we were chatting and playing around. There is this moment when we were having fun playing the bubbles and were laughing. I really can't remember the topic but here it goes. I suddenly asked her, Are you an idiot? And then she said, Yes, bakit? After hearing that, I laughed so hard and she also laughed with me, and then I asked her, Alam mo ba kung ano ang idiot? Then she replied, Hindi, ano ba yung idiot? And then after that I laughed as if I was going to die laughing, and she also laughed with me, HAHAHAHAHA. Then she asked, Ano ba yung idiot? I told her that it means stupid. And then she said, Ah, yun ba yun And then she laughed, HAHAHAHAHA. Up to now, every time we met and talked about it, we still had a good laugh. After I graduated high school, I started to work. I did not continue my study and decided to work to help my sisters and also for me. I had so many work before, I worked in a restaurant as assistant cook. I also worked in Burger machine, I don't know if you still remember the burger machine food store. But it was popular that time and you can see it almost everywhere. While I was working in a restaurant, I was the only girl. I was 17 years old at that time. It was a stay-in job so it was convenient for me because I don't need to rent. My co-workers were all kind and treat me very well. And also my employer was also kind. Though my salary was low, like 3 thousand a month. One of my co-worker had a crush on me. He told me that I was cute and that he likes me. He was not my type so I ignored him. And also having a boyfriend is not my priority that time. I was focused on earning some money. Then one evening, I was preparing to go to bed. I was so tired that day because we had a catering service for a wedding. While I was about to sleep, I suddenly hear the door knob twisting like someone was trying to open the door. I immediately turned on the light and saw my co-worker about to enter my room. I asked him in a loud voice what was he doing in my room. He said that he wants to talk to me. But I said no because I can see that he was drunk. I screamed so loud that my other co-workers went to my room and asked what happened. I told them everything and they took the man out in my room. I was so traumatized that time that I could not sleep. The next morning, that man was fired. These memories were unforgettable because most of it scare the hell out of me😶. What about you, what are you memories that leave a big impact on you? I had so memories that was not included in this article. I might write a part two on this depending on the likes that I would get. So let me know if you want to hear more of my unforgettable memories!❤ Thank you for reading! @Luna09

9:49 PM Thoughts You might be wondering about the title of this article. Well, because I was typing this the very minute, and I guess for a change. And after reading @leomar 's article about death, I suddenly think of what to do if I am going to die the next morning or next week or next month or next year. I guess the time or day does not really matter but the thought of dying is. What if I die tomorrow or that I know that my time is coming, what will I do then? Well, I actually don't know because I guess the very first thing that I would feel is fear. Who wouldn't,right? I am afraid of where my soul will end up. I am a Christian and I do believe in heaven and hell. At this very moment, if I die tomorrow, I would definitely end up in hell. Why? because I have done so many bad things in life and I have not ask for forgiveness yet to those people that I have done wrong. And also for the things that I have not done that I should have. I am also afraid to leave my daughter yet. I want to see her grow as a stable woman who can stand on her own. I want to see her starting her own family. I want to see how happy she would be in that family of hers. I also want to see my grandchildren and calling me lola. If possible, I want to stay beside her for the rest of her life but I know that it wouldn't happen because there is no such thing as immortality. And, I want my family to be ready, physically and mentally. When my mother-in-law was diagnosed with lung cancer, she suffered a lot and also us, her family. It is so hard for us to see her whenever she feel pain because of the disease. I remember the facial expression of my husband when my mother-in-law was suffering so much, my husband suffered too. And I don't want that to happen. Although it is inevitable, at least to lessen the agony they would feel will make a difference, I guess. So, to answer the question, what will I do then? First, I would definitely asks for forgiveness to the people I have done wrong. Then I would spend my remaining hours or days with my family. I would tell them that I love them, every minute. And the most important thing for me to do is to prepare for my burial. You might think that it is absurd but I am being practical in a way that I wouldn't want my family to have a problem regarding my burial. As of now, I have a life insurance so I guess that won't be a problem. So, that's all. That would be my answer right this very moment, but I guess it would change if I would be in that very situation. Who knows, right? Goodnight guys! I hope I will have a good night sleep after writing this article, Lol! Lead image from Pinterest

Media and Information Influence to Communication Media and information technology play a **vital role in globalization.** Through these, we become connected to different people around the world. These have a significant influence on the modern culture and become tools in sharing information, ideas, personal messages, and other content and have become more widespread and accessible. Not only that, they become sources of information, but entertainment as well. Media particularly social media provides great ways to connect, to interact, and to communicate with friends and family living separately. Your friend or family may not be next to you holding your hand while you breakdown, at least they are just a click away. We can share pictures, videos, some information among our friends who are far away from us. Through social media, you can make strong your existing relationships and can make new friends from all over the world through different social networking websites. Social media reduce the barriers of communication and making it easier for everyone to express their thoughts to the world. Indeed, as technology grows and expands our range of communication, **media is becoming a vital tool for daily social interaction.** While media can be a good channel for communication and a good source of information, they also pose some threats to others, among these are as follows. Media becomes a source of misinformation and fake news. These sometimes are utilized to push personal gain and agenda making the receiver of the information deceived, confused and misinformed. The recent misinformation or fake news that I have seen on social media was about the death of the famous Filipino pool champion Efren Bata Reyes. `I don't know why they are doing this and what possibly could they gain from doing it. Shameless people, trying to gain followers by posting fake news`. Though media help us improve the way we communicate, it is also abused by many, everybody published whatever they want and unmindful of the consequences of their posts. Social media made everyone feel that they are allowed to say whatever comes to their mind, making them say things that they would not normally say on personal encounters thus fuelling up bullying. Media can also pose medical, social and psychological issues. What is posted on media may cause dissatisfaction with body image, creates addiction, promote identity stealing and can destroy interpersonal relationships. So, let us be mindful on whatever we post on social media. And do some research before believing and sharing some information to prevent widespread of fake news. **Think before you click!** Lead image from Pinterest

Parenting Tips For Teenagers **Parenting is probably one of the greatest challenges in the entire world.** And, there are some challenges that sometimes come up we're parenting especially with teens. But before we go to the real content of this article, I really want to establish the importance of our job as parents. If iI were to ask about my job as a parent, I would say that it is my job to teach them, correct principles, it is my job to steer them or guide them, in a way that they can become a productive citizens. Or to have healthy happy fulfilling lives. But this all could be summarized to one concept. That is, **our job as a parent, is t love them. No matter what and even if**. Sometimes we have to plat the little game, the even if game. So, will I love my kid if they flunk out of school? Will I love them even if they disobey me? Will I love them even if they break the law? Answer all this question and get solid on that. **Our job is to love them no matter what and even if.** Have uou noticed that as you start to pick up on your parenting skills and then suddenly your kids change the rules on you because they became teenagers. Teenagers are kind of a unique animal. And so, here are 5 tips for us on positive parenting for teenagers. **Understand control and maturity** This is so important because when we give our teenagers too much control before they have the maturity to handle it, it is a recipe for disaster for them and you. And on the other hand, if you withhold control when they are actually ready to receive it, they become resentful and angry. Anybody know an angry teenager? Well, usually it is because of the control and maturity. There are **3 stages of moral maturity.** Stage 1 - the least mature, is where we're selfish and self-centered and demanding and manipulative. Stage 2 - at stage 2 is where we move from fighting to cooperating. We don't want any trouble, we want to keep the peace. And so, we will negotiate and work with people. When your teenager moves from stage 1 to stage2, you as a parnet back off and allow them to have more control because now they're morally prepared and mature enough to actually do that. Stage 3 - is the sweet stage, because at stage 3 they have responsibility, and they take initiative to take care of things. They see what needs to be done and they do it. So as a parent we need to be extra sensitive when we're working with teenagers as to what stage they're on. Be aware that they may change stages during the same conversation, they might be on stage 2 and then they start fighting with you and be uncooperative and they have gone back to stage 1. **Keep a positive perspective** There is a lot of adventures waiting for you as a parent teens. I think that has to do with however you frame this thing. So, keep in mind that what you're experiencing here is an adventure. And that helps you to show up better in your parenting. It will also have an impact on your teenager. During this time of adventure, your child is developing at amazing rate. In a lot different ways. **Convey liking and enjoyment** Teenagers are very sensitive to this **need-to-fit-in**. This is why junior high is kind a brutal, right? Because they're constantly looking around, "Oh, how do I fit in, do people like me?" To like them, put you in a very select category. And it gives you influence that you can't have it any other way as a parent. So, when we say convey, liking and enjoyment, you find a way in your own heart and mind to enjoy your teenager. To sincerely like them and communicate that to them. This isn't always easy, but if we stay clear about the fact that we're talking about teenager, this isn't you, you know there are so many fun things about teenagers. When you sit back and really enjoy them for who they are, realizing that this isn't going to be them as an adult. It might be hard to enjoy an adult acting like a teenager. But go ahead and enjoy your teenager. Enjoy the ride while you're there. It's a turbulent ride from time to time. Convey the enjoyment and the liking. you let them know that you like them. As a parent, you love them. You already have that down, but conveying the liking requires some specialized skills and intention. So, keep that in mind, keep that present in your mind as you're interacting with them. especially realizing that teenagers probably aren't going to reciprocate that as quickly. **Do do-overs** Sometimes they just look at you like you're crazy walk away. But sometimes they respond really well. They say, "You know , I wish I would have done this different." I think you show a lot of things when you show do-overs. You show it's okay to make mistakes, you can fix your mistakes, own-up to our mistakes and step forward. And then not... That it's okay, and then adults make mistakes. I think it's okay to show that adults make mistakes. This helps to train them for a real world principle. That as they grow up, it's not like they hit some point and suddenly they have everything all together. Well, and teens are so afraid of failure. They are so afraid of looking dumb or anything. That is just so present in their mind. And so, to show that you can make a mistake, you can ask for a do-over and you can change is really powerful. **Honor their experience and intelligence** Teenagers are kind of like a baby adult in a lot of ways. They're just at the early stages of taking control of their life. Think of them as a baby adult, they are not quite an adult yet but they are taking control over their life. Your child's view of the world, their understanding of what is going on in the world around them is better now than it ever has been. Your teenager has wisdom and knowledge and experience that is absolutely appropriate for their stage of development. And it is better than it's ever been. For you to honor that, put you in a hero position with your teenager. As you acknowledge to them, you really understand some things now that you'd never even thought about before. And then it puts you in a position of a consultant more than someone who's trying to tell them what to do. One thing with teenagers to think about with honoring them is that the feelings, the emotions that they're having, the experiences that they're going through are very real to them. It's as real as it is to you at any stage i your life. And I think it is so important to remember their feelings of love or loss or embarrassment are huge to them. They are as real to them as they are to anybody. Let us realize that our kidds' feelings matter. Their feelings are real. Honor their experiences in life. Final thought As a parent, we must love our children no matter what and even if. Accept their flaws, let them accept it and guide them to make that flaws their strength. Respect them.

Giving her Freedom Good evening readers! I am at my daughter's bedroom, lying on her bed. So for the first time ever, I allowed her to an overnight stay on her friend's house. She was so happy when we said yes. Today is her friend's 18th birthday. There will be a party and they want to stay until tomorrow to that house. I was reluctant at first, I was worried because we all know these days, there are so many bad people waiting for a chance to do their evil doings. While she was packing some clothes earlier, I was telling her this and that, what she would do and not do. She told me to relax, that she knows what to do and she would be gone for 24 hours only. And now I was checking on her from time to time. I don't want to overdo the checking because I also want her to enjoy the evening. I just told her to keep her phone line open and not to put it on silent mode. I trust my daughter, I also trust her friends, I just don't trust the people they will get acquainted with in the party. I might be a little exaggerated but hey, I am a mother, and all I want is to protect my only child. How time flies. It seems like yesterday when I held her in my arms and now, she's a little lady already. Ready to explore the world. I gave birth to her when I was 23. I am a hands on mom. I raised her on my own. It was a learning process for me at that time, although my relatives was there to guide me. I know the feeling of not having enough sleep because she often cried at night. Good thing that I breastfed her. There was a time that I almost drop her while feeding her in the middle of the night because I was so sleepy at that time. And when I gave her a bath for the first time, I can feel my hands trembling and my heart pounding hard because I was so nervous. And when she spoke her first word, I was so happy. Mama was her first word and my husband got jealous, hahahaha. Before she sleeps, I always read her a story, it was a make up story and the name of the character was same as hers. She liked it every time I mentioned her name in the story. She can't sleep until I read her that. When she first entered school in kindergarten, I am the one who was super excited, hahahaha. I don't know why though. I remember her crying on the first day because she doesn't want me to leave her, she wanted me to stay beside her. And when she graduated in kindergarten, I cried hahahaha. My husband asked me why, I just told him that she finally graduated. He laughed and told me that I was over reacting. I gave him a slight tap on his shoulder but I continued crying. I was just happy at that time. And now, she is all grown up. She spend more time with her friends than with me. I missed the time when she was just a little girl. I don't think I can get used to not having her around, just like today. I can't sleep. My mind is on her, I am actually texting her as I was typing this article, hahahaha. So to all moms here in read.cash, spend more time with your kids while they're still young. Enjoy each day, hug them everyday, kiss them, play with them more often, talk to them, go out with them. Because time will come that you will wish that you could do those things again. *You will never have this day with your children again, tomorrow they'll be a bit older than they are today. Today is a gift, breathe and notice, smell and hold them. Study their feet and little faces and pay attention. Enjoy today Mama, it will be over before you know it.* ***Relish the charms of the present.*** So that's it. Thank you for reading guys! @Luna09

When Anxiety Hits Me Good evening read.cash users. It's been a while since I wrote an article. My mind was scattered these days. I have been over thinking and it did no good to me. It only lead me to depression. There were times that I would just burst into tears for no reason. I cannot focus on things and I easily get annoyed even on small things. I tried to keep myself busy, and I think I just made our house squeaky clean in every corner just to clear my mind. But after that, here I am again. Even when I was young, I always keep my problems to myself. I don't want to be a burden to anybody. I remember when I was in highschool, I lost the money for my tuition fee. It was a hard earned money so I feel so embarrassed when I lost it. One day before the exam, I was really anxious on what to do, if I told my Lola about it, I'm sure she'll get mad and would be troublesome again where to get money for my tuition fee. So I decided not to tell her. On the day of the exam, I just made an alibi to my teacher and ask if I could just give a promisory note just to be able to take an exam. But the problem is, it needs my Lola's signature. I asked a friend if she could signed a promisory note in behalf of my Lola. He hesitated at first because he might get in trouble for doing so, but I assure him that he won't get in trouble. Because my teacher didn't knew my Lola's signature, the note that I presented to her made me take my exam. And then the time came when my Lola knew about it, that I lost the money, she really get mad. Mad not because I lost the money, but because I did not tell her the truth. She said that if only I had told her, she could have helped me. In times like this, I missed my Lola. She's the only person that could comfort me the way I wanted to be comforted. Earlier, me and my husband had an argument over financial aspects. It only added to what's been troubling me. I just cried and cried until my eyes run dry. I don't know why I am being so emotional, I think something is wrong with me. I cannot even talk to my sisters about it. I don't want them to worry about me because they have their problems also. My daughter told me earlier to stop crying and just let it slide. But it only made me cry more. You might be wondering why the hell I am telling you all about my troubles. Well for me, this is my way of releasing the burden that I feel. And it is better to tell this to strangers because I know that you won't judge me like how other people who knew me would. I hope things will get better for me soon. I don't know what will happen tomorrow or the next day, but it definitely won't be the same like today.

You Can Do It Self! I was not in the mood to write articles for the past few days. Many things going around me, and also rusty never visit my articles anymore. Actually, this is my second account. I have been writing in read.cash for 4 months already. I earned quite decently. But with a heavy heart, I abandoned my account @damelindz because rusty haven't been upvoting my articles for 2 weeks. Then I made this account, I started from scratch again, introducing myself and such. After I have posted 3 articles, finally @TheRandomRewarder finally noticed them. Rusty gave an upvote though it is not big at least he realized that I exist, Lol! And believe me, I was so happy back then, it was like a rainbow after the rain. Sadly, it didn't last because after that, he can't seem to find his way to my articles again. I feel so down. I don't know what's going on, did I violate some rules? So I checked my accounts and comments if it was labeled as spam, but it was not. And seeing my friends' articles being upvoted with a big sum made me feel worst. So I was like, maybe I should like write more articles for me to be noticed. But I have read an article about writing less but got paid more. And it made sense, writing more articles wouldn't guarantee that I would be noticed. If I pushed too hard, it would only make me like a trying hard writer and can't give good quality content articles. So, that really made me so clueless on what to write next. I was really demotivated. But I need this, for me, this is my way of helping my husband with our expenses. So I look for motivation, I ended up posting a short post about motivation, Lol! And @carisdaneym2 gave me some motivation, hahaha. And I was so touched by her actions. And also @missD and @Purebeauty, I am so grateful to them. After that, I was really pushing myself so hard to write. I have so many drafted articles but I can't finish them. It was lacking something. And I thought, what about I write an article about BCH? But on the second thought, I should not. I have little knowledge about it, and that is that bch is a hard fork of bitcoin. I might end up giving the wrong information. And then, I have been seeing articles about #Club1BCH by @Eybyoung, @PVMihalache, @Jane, @Laurenceuuuu , and @bmgc. I feel so envious of them. I also want to hodl and join in their club, but I know that I can't do it now, not just yet. So, here I am, trying to be motivated. Venting out my frustrations. Hopefully, I could give my readers more interesting topics that would lead @TheRandomRewarder his way to them. And here's what I realized, **I should not push myself so hard because the more I push myself to write, the more I became mentally blocked.** `I want to apologize to those persons who were being mentioned in this article, especially to those who don't know me. I just want to let you know that you inspired me.` Thank you for reading! @Luna09 ❤❤ Photo source:Pinterest

What Can a 5 minutes Do to Change Your Life? **Time Is Gold** An old but gold saying which is basically means that we cannot turn back time. Things we have done cannot be undone. Words we have said cannot be taken back. We all have our angst in life. We might thought that life has never been fair to us. But come to think of it, **life is what we make it!** In every decisions we make in life, it will reflect on us. If we do good, good things will happen to us. If we do bad things, bad things will happen too. So you might be wondering, can a 5 minutes change my life? And the answer is Yes! Here's an example, you were having a good walk one afternoon, when suddenly someone bumped into you and ruin your mood. That someone is apologetic but it's like you're going to yell and get mad at him. Would you really get mad? Of course, you can do that, it is your life anyway. But would it do you good and to the other person? Why don't you take a deep breath, clear you mind and let go of the anger you have felt. Accept his apologies and move on. Isn't it much better that getting mad that might only worsen the situation? It can also affect your mood the whole day and could make you wrong decisions, right? And every morning, when you wake up, why don't you start your day by giving a time to thank God that you wake up today. Take a 5 minutes of your time to think happy thoughts, gather all the positive energy that would definitely make your day full of positivity. You remember in Peter Pan story that for them to be able to fly is to think happy thoughts? Why don't we apply it in real life. Think happy thoughts to soar high in life. 5 minutes may be a little time that you might think it won't change a life, but every second counts, so make every minute worth a living. Stay positive to have a positive and happy in life! ❤❤

My First Childhood Sport Volleyball, Basketball, Track and field, Swimming, Fencing, etc. We call these sports. Sports have been part of our life, because it has been taught in schools where we develop our fondness in sports. When I was young, I was a bit skinny. My mother was wondering why because I ate a lot. Well, I think when you were still a kid, you can easily digest your food by playing a lot. Although I am a bit skinny, I love to play outside. I even played "sipa" with boys, and flew kites, and played tag it. Therefore I was often get scolded by my mother. When I reached 6th grade, my P.E. teacher told us to run a certain distance, one by one. She was holding a stopwatch at that time. I don't know what's it for back then. When my time comes, I ran as fast as I could, as if someone was trying to eat me alive, Lol! After all of us were done running, me and my 3 other classmates were told to stay outside while others went inside the room. I was wondering and scared that time, thinking what I did wrong or did I do something wrong for me to be left behind? Then our teacher told us that we were the fastest runner in our group or among classmates. He told us that we will be included in a track and field team to compete to other schools. I could still remember how happy we were back then. That was the first time that I'd be competing in sports. I guess playing a lot when I was younger helped me a lot by enhancing my running skills, Lol! So we did the preparation, we practiced running everyday. Then there is this instance when while we were practicing, I saw some groups practicing Volleyball. I was kinda amaze how they tossss the ball back and forth. At that time, they were still looking for players for the said sport. So, me being curious and all, I asked the my teacher if I can participate for the try out in volleyball. She said yes, and so I did. And luckily, I was picked to be one of the players. I had a little understanding of volleyball at that time but while practicing, I grew fond of it hence learned a lot from it. I spend more time practicing volleyball than running. I practiced a lot and when I got home, I feel so tired that I even skip my meals and just sleep. So I decided to let go running and stayed in volleyball. My teacher was sad because she told me that I was good in running. But my heart and passion is for volleyball. So with a heavy heart, I let go running. We practiced volleyball almost everyday. I became more skinny but oddly I became stronger. Volleyball helped me to become healthy. The Intramurals finally arrived. We competed 6 schools at that time, sadly we only got third place. But we were still happy because being able to compete with other schools made us a winner already. My passion for volleyball didn't end up there. When I was in my first year in high school until my third year, I still joined volleyball competitions in schools. And even in our town, what we called "Paliga sa barangay" I often compete in volleyball. Until now if given a chance, I'd still want to play volleyball. Volleyball helped me face my fears, and that is fear of losing. Before volleyball, I really hate losing to the extent that I don't want to partake in any competitions. It also help me boosts my self-esteem and helps me to be more open to other people because I am an introvert. Being said that, I became more confident! Final thoughts Sports give us not just entertainment but it also unites us and let us forget momentarily the differences that we have. This is my entry in #uptrennd #uptrennd #1UP

North Korea **North Korea officially the Democratic People's Republic of Korea** is a dictatorship country that has limited resources but the people live below poverty and are constantly restricted from the outside world. Not only only that, because of its restrictions, people in the North Korea are like living in a uncivilized place. They are not allowed to wear or decide for themselves. They have no freedom. They are also prohibited to buy even the very common things that can be bought. To enlighten you or give you an idea, here are the **ordinary things that cannot be bought in North Korea.** **Coca Cola-North Korea is the only one of two countries in the world that don't have Coca-Cola in any of their shops.** It is mainly due to ideological reasons that coca-cola doesn't sell its product in the hermit kingdom. It is reported that the elite people of Pyongyang buy coca cola that is bottled in China and sold to them. However, there are quite a few knock-off concoctions of the famous drink available for the people. So the people can imagine they are drinking coca cola with a locally-made soda that claims to be a "Cocoa flavored sweet soda drinks". These local counterfeits are served at restaurants and sold at local convenience stores. **Vacation** - North Korean citizens cannot buy an international tickets of fly to another country. That's not because it is very expensive, but because it is completely forbidden. In fact, most citizens are barred from entering their own capital city. Even to visit their relatives in another town or village, they have to apply for permission from the government. Very few North Koreans can go abroad to China or Russia but only to earn money. So, the North Koreans have no scope of taking that much needed vacation and are also sadly unaware of its need. **Newspapers and Magazines** - In North Korea, all print media is strictly controlled by the government. Every piece of news or magazine is heavily monitored and only used to circulate propaganda. As there is no concept of private press, all the information in print are disseminated by the State News Agency. Daily newspapers are usually displayed inside special stands on the streets and cannot be purchased. So, it is also impossible to find old copies of newspaper in a library. As you might have guessed, foreign newspapers and magazines are out of the question. **Haircut and Hair dye** - A few years ago, it was reported that many men in North Korea styled their hair after the distinctive haircut of Kim Jong-Un. But he was probably not flattered by this and now, men and women can only get one of the "state approved" haircuts. They can only choose from a list of 15 hairstyles deemed appropriate by the authorities. Spiked hair is exclusively not allowed as it is considered to be rebellious. Also, going for a different look by fyeing your hair is not allowed and everyone's hair has to be black unless it's grey due to ageing. **Buying hair dye is considered to be a "Capitalist trend" and could even be punishable.** **Real State** - Apartments in North Korea are not officially for sale, as the government owns the exclusive rights to all the land and property. Properties are distributed by the government to the citizens. Also, one doesn't have the option to move to the Capital from the countryside, as this privilege is only available to the distinquished few. It is reported that an apartment can be purchased via the blackmarket for around $80,000. But according tk the refugees, the official salary of an ordinary North Korean is just $4 per month. **Car** - In the hermit state, owning a car is an unimaginable luxury. Those few who owns cars are very rich and powerful people. All cars in North Korea are imported and sold at an exorbitant rate which only the elite can afford. If you want to buy a car, you need the government's permission, which is also very difficult to procure. In fact, even a commodity like bicycles are not very affordable for an ordinary citizen and all bicycles have license plate, just like cars. **McDonalds** - There are no fast-food chains in North Korea and people mostly resort to street food kiosk that serve traditional Korean food. So, North Koreans cannot grab a burger or fries whenever they crave for greasy food. However, it's reported that North Korean elites have McDonald burgers specially flown in from China to satisfy their pangs at great expense, without regard for the common people. Interestinly enough, the country's former leader Kim Jong Il claimed to have invented the hamburger and described it as "double bread with meat. " **Blue Jeans** - Just like everything else, jeans are quite expensive in North Korea but those who can afford them can wear them. However, the denim should be black because blue jeans are probibited due to the country's unusual restrictions. **In North Korea, blue jeans embody capitalism, and all in all, Western clothing is looked down upon**. It was reported that even kids as young as 15 have taken up the cause of restricting "Imperialist" denim by patrolling the streets in search of Westernized citizens. The areas bordering China are primarily monitored, and breaking the rule could land trendy citizens in labor camps. I am so glad that I was born in the Philippines. We have our freedom to choose for ourselves. I cannot imagine the struggles that North Korean citizens had to go through just to survive in their daily lives. What do you think, can you survive in North Korea? Photo and information source: Google

17 Again / 18 Again Have you watched 17 again? How about 18 again? You might be wondering what I am talking about. Well, **17 Again is a Hollywood movie starred by Zac Efron of High school musical** while **18 Again is a korean drama with lead actor Lee Do-hyun.** Last night, while I was searching for a korean drama to watch on Viu app, I saw this 18 Again kdrama. I got curious about it because I often saw it being recommended on korean drama Facebook page. And the fact that the lead actor is Lee Dong Hyun who is by the way, one of the cast of the Korean drama series, Sweet Home, which is also a superb korean series! You can watch it on Netflix. So I started watching it. In the first 10 minutes of the episode 1, I was like, *"Wait, the storyline is very similar to the movie 17 Again of Zac Efron".* I continued watching it and then, at the back of my mind, I was like, "*Okay, this was really similar to the movie 17 again!"* So I searched it on Google, and then I found out that it is indeed a remake of that movie I am talking about. That make sense. I had no idea that it was a remake so I was so surprised while watching it for the first time(18 again). Okay, now let me give you a summary of the movie 17 Again. **17 Again is a 2009 American fantasy comedy movie**. The film follows a 37 year old Mike (Matthew Perry) who becomes his 17 year old self (Zac Efron) after a chance accident. Mike is unhappy with the way his life has turned out and wishes he could be 17 again and changed it. And also his wife is divorcing him and wanted a full custody of their children. So when he became his 17 year old self, he is determined to change his path and be successful. With the help of his super rich geeky bestfriend Ned Gold, Mike enrolls in high school sa Ned's son, Mark Gold, and plans to go to college on a basketball scholarship. As he befriends his bullied son and discovers that his daughter has a boyfriend, Stan, who does not respect her and frequently torments Alex, Mike comes to believe that his mission is to help them. Through their kids, Mike spends time with Scarlet, who notes his remarkable resemblance to her husband, but rationalizes it as an odd coincidence. Deciding to also try and fix his relationship with Scarlet, Mike begins to finish (under the pretense of getting "volunteer credit") all of the garden projects he abandoned as an adult. He does his best to separate Stan and Maggie while also encouraging Alex to be more confident so he can make the basketball team and go out with a girl he has a crush on named Nicole. On the day of the court hearing to finalize Scarlet and Mike's divorce, Mike makes one last attempt to win her back (as Mark) by reading a supposed letter from Mike. He states that although he couldn't set things right in the beginning of his life, it doesn't change the fact that he still loves her. After he exits, Scarlet notices that the "letter" is actually the directions to the courtroom and she begins to grow curious. As a result, she postpones the divorce by a month. Frustrated that he could not salvage his marriage, Mike decides to once again pursue a scholarship and move on with a new life. During a high school basketball game, Mike reveals himself to Scarlet. As Scarlet runs away, Mike decides to chase her down, just like he did in 1989, but not before handing the ball off to his son. Mike is then transformed back into his 37-year-old self, and happily reunites with Scarlet, saying that she was the best decision he ever made. The film was released on April 17,2009, which became a box office with a gross net of $136.3 million. Wooah!, that's a lot. Now, let's talk about the 18 Again korean drama series. As I found out, it is a remake of the 17 Again movie, starring Lee Do-hyun, who is the counterpart of Mike in the movie 17 Again. It aired on JTBC korean channel from September 21 to November 10, 2020. I had only finished watching the episode 1 of 18 Again last night. It was like the 1/4 part of the movie 17 Again. But I am pretty sure there will be a slight difference, they might add or delete some part of it since the remake 18 Again have 16 episodes in total. I am planning to watch the full episodes within 2 days. Aja! By the way you can watch the movie 17 Again on the internet, try to search it on Google or even on Facebook. I first watched it on Fox movies(cable channel). Then you can watch the korean remake **18 Again on Viu.** Photo source:Google

What will happen to us when we die? Have you ever wondered what really happened to us when we die? All over the world, almost 150,000 people died every day. Truth is that 10 out of 10 people will surely die when his time comes. We will all die, regardless of our beliefs, ready or not, one day our life will come to an end. So what really happens after we die? Many believes that after we die, our soul will go to purgatory wherein the loved ones of the deceased will pray for his soul to be able to go to heaven. While other believes about reincarnation, wherein people believe that they will be born again as a new person, or a butterfly or any animals depending on how you spend your previous life. There are also some people who believes that after one person dies, his soul will keep roaming around like ghosts. What does the bible say about this topic? The answer depends on how you spend your life before you die. If you truly, honestly repent on your sins and believe that Jesus is the only way to be saved, you will have an eternal life in heaven. *John 3:16 :  “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.* As a Christian, I believe in Jesus, the only begotten Son of God. And that we will be judged by our actions or how we spend our life on the judgement day. But how about those who believe in reincarnation? But first, what is reincarnation? *Reincarnation, also known as rebirth or transmigration, is the philosopical or religious belief that the non-physical essence of a living begins a new life in a different physical form or body after biological death.* *The major religions that hold a belief in reincarnation, however, are Asian religions, especially Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, and Sikhism, all of which arose in India.* The concept of Reincarnation has been studied and researched on extensively in the last few decades. While there is no scientific theory that supports the reincarnation or rebirth, the fact that the life after death does exist. It is said that in human life, each soul goes through seven forms of reincarnations and each time, while the body is new, the soul remains the same. After the seven life cycles are complete, the soul is automatically released from the shackles of life and death. It is said that karma, both good and bad decides our faith our faith for the next life. If we do good karma, we might have a blessed life in the next life cycle, while poor karma can make us be born in poor conditions. No matter what we believe in, no matter what religions we have, what will happen to us when we die depends on how we spend our life. If we do good, we will have a better life as a Christian or as a reincarnated person, and if we do bad things in life, well, you probably know what will happen to you.😉 Photo source:Pinterest Information source :Google

What Made You Happy Today? I usually woke up 5:30 in the morning Philippine time, to do my mommy duties. But today, I stayed a little longer in bed because of the cold weather. Like I always do, after grooming myself, I started preparing our breakfast. We don't usually have a heavy breakfast, we only have coffee and bread in the morning. After preparing all of that, I take my dog out for a walk. Then I passed Manong, I don't know his name but I know him from his face. He greeted me "*Maayong Aga"*, good morning in english. I responded, "*Maayong aga man nong! Daw sadya ka subong 'Nong haw?!* He then replied, "*Nagtawag abi akon puya sa akon, aga pa.*" His daughter called her early in the morning, which made him happy. His daughter is not with her, she is working abroad. Then I smiled and went on with our walk. Then before going home, we went to store to buy bread for breakfast. After preparing the breakfast, I wake up my husband. Then we shared a simple breakfast. While having breakfast, I told him that I had a very weird dream last night. We were laughing about it because of its weirdness. And that is all we talked about over breakfast. After breakfast, I do my morning chores, just the usual, cleaning the house. And then after that, its relaxation time. I reached for my phone and checked read.cash and noise.cash. Then I opened Facebook and had a great laugh to some memes that I saw. I was also thinking of what to write in read.cash. After that, I was getting ready to prepare our lunch. My daughter told me that she wants fried chicken for lunch. And I am also craving for fried chicken so that's what we had. While having lunch, I can see that my daughter was happy because she forgot about her diet and eat a lot, hahahaha. After lunch, I again reach for my phone and look for some ideas to write on read.cash. Then I saw this question "**What made you happy today?** " And just like that, I now have a topic for read.cash. So I started thinking of what made me happy today. While I was at it, I can't really think of things that made me happy for the past few hours. Then I remembered Manong who was happy because her daughter called her early in the morning. The laughs me and my husband had when we were talking about my dream while having breakfast. And my daughter who was happy over a fried chicken for lunch which also made me happy. Then I realized, happiness comes from the simplest things that we often overlooked because we were looking for a bigger picture when it comes to happiness. We expect great things to happen just to be happy. That oftentimes we forget to appreciate the little things that brought us happiness. **Always remember** **happiness is appreciating the simple things in life.** Thank you for reading, let me know what made you happy today. @Luna09

Things We Should Never Do on Social Media **Facebook, Instagram, Twitter**, these are just one of the many social media apps that every person were so into these days, I'm aftraid I am one of them. It is because were are now in a modern world, modern world means technology rules. In every move we make, we tend to post it on social media. The things we acquire, the gatherings we get into, even the food that we were having, we post it all on social media. Because of these, many people, I would say bad people use those photos to their schemes, to scam other people. Some of them would pretend that they are the one who's in the photo and would make other people to fall in love with them and then will ask for money. So, here are some tips that we should not do or probably refrain ourselves from doing it. Don't discuss your private matters on social media. You don't know who is reading or listening. Don't befriend everybody who requests to be friends with you on social media. Cyber-stalkers have ruined privacy and the reputation on the internet. Don't fall in love with anyone on social media. They could easily be predators prowling on you. This is very common now a days, many uses social media to find their true love. Some became successful and lived happily ever after, but mostly, it ended tragically. Never share compromising photos on social media. No matter how you trust or love the person, never ever share those photos. They will definitely be shared all over the internet. Don't store your password or security credentials online. The database could be hacked. Don't advertise your expensive buys on social media. You could attract thieves or even robbers. Don't advertise your kid's achievements on social media. Malicious people could ruin their lives. I used to do this but not anymore. Don't post your private family photos all over the internet. Someone could use them to ruin the lives of your loved ones. **We should understand this about life....** Not everyone is going to be happy for you, and that is a fact! They maybe smiling in front of us but cursing us when we are not around. Sad but true. Most of the "comments" you get on social media are fake. There are people who just hate you for no apparent reason. People are not what they seem like. The internet has been infiltrated by cyber-stalkers who could be your ex or your next door neighbor. Up to 50% of social media accounts could be fake according to some statistics. You don't know who are saving your pictures and checking your updates. Social media is sometimes the devil's eye, mouth, and ears. You are just attracting jealous people into your life every day you look attractive. The more you expose yourself publicly online, the more you are treading on dangerous grounds since this could attract evil people who could ruin your life, family, marriage, or career. 4 Months It's been four months since I joined read.cash. And in that four months of being here, I met new friends, virtual friends. Most of them were single and I can say "expert in the cryptoworld." I also earned a pretty decent cash. I have earned $250 in four months. That for me is a big achievement because I am not a good writer, but I did and still doing my best in every article that I wrote. I am using Coins.ph app as my wallet in every crypto that I have. I have been using this since I was introduced to cryptoworld by a friend. It is pretty convenient and friendly user app. I have BTC, Bitcoincash and Xrp in my wallet. Like what I said in my recent article, xrp is my first crypto. I earned this by solving captcha. At that time, I earned like 500 to 700 pesos a week, just by solving captcha(pretty cool, right?) It was a big help to me especially in our daily expenses. That was 4 years ago. Let me show you how much I have in my wallet... XRP As you can see, I don't have much xrp in my wallet because I started earning it just recently. I was invited by a friend to this site wherein you just solve captcha to earn xrp. But if you're interested about it, here is the link, https://freecrypto.site/483215 Next is my btc or bitcoin. Honestly, I totally forgot that I still have a small amount of btc in my wallet. I checked it just recently the time when the bch was soaring high. What I have in my bitcoin wallet was 10 pesos I think, sorry I cannot remember(sign of aging). So like I said, when the bitcoincash was soaring high up the sky, hahaha, I coverted my profit into bitcoin. I converted 100 pesos. And as you can see,I already have profit, 21 pesos. Not bad, right? Now let us proceed to my bch wallet. This is the amount of bitcoincash that I have right now. Most of it was coverted into peso. I am selling load here in my neighborhood, so the cash that I am earning in read.cash is still gaining profit. This is a big help to me, because I was able to help my husband in our expenses inside the house. And everytime I told him that the @TheRandomRewarder is upvoting my work, hhe would smile and tell me that he's proud of my achievement. And I feel good. That's it! I hope I have inspired you to just continue writing though @TheRandomRewarder totally forgot to visit our articles. `You might be wondering about the title "4 months". Well like I said, I have an old account but I made this because I haven't received an upvote from the bot.` @Luna09 ❤❤❤

Freewriting The weather is cold though it is a bit sunny here in my place. Here I am sitting in my couch, freewriting what's on my mind. I actually can't think of a certain topic, I just write what comes to my mind. I am hoping that this time, I would earn a decent cash for this article. Being at home, being a full time housewife were mostly a bit boring. Doing the same thing over and over again. So I do some gardening to kill the boredom. Sometimes I'd create a dish that is out of ordinary but of course, still edible and I'm glad that my family likes it. And while having my free time, I always surf the net. Searching for ways to earn while at home. I have tried so many online "raket" (that's wat I call it). My first crypto was XRP. I saw some post on Facebook regarding how to earn XRP while solving captcha. Maybe all of you are familiar of what captcha is, but for those who don't, ***CAPTCHA*** stands for the Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart. ***CAPTCHAs*** are tools you can use to differentiate between real users and automated users, such as bots. At that time, I have no idea what XRP is but my curiosity hit me so I tried. The person who invited me, let me solve a captcha then she would pay correspondent amount of the captchas I solved. It was fun, I had fun doing it. By the way, the site where we get our captcha was Raiblocks. It took like 2 months but then site went down, I don't know the real reason but some say that the value of XRP went down, and that Raiblocks had no funds to pay for their site. I feel sad about it, but there"s nothing we can do about it but to move on. After that, I had more knowledge about the other crypto. There was this site that they'll give you different cryptos like litecoin, dogecoin, bitcoin. But I can't remember it now. I think that was the time when bitcoincash was introduced to the market, if my memory was right. That's it for now, I hope you find this interesting and thank you for reading!
