When posting this under construction house online, I have received several comments on my personal posts (not ads). Most usually come from people like me who aren't rich at all.
For example here are the comments I usually receive from them:
1. People who would live in glass houses are exhibitionists.
2. People who live in such houses with "big windows" as walls would bring neighboring property value down.
3. In short, they think people who would make such houses are stupid for even thinking of making or living in one.
See how these are all negative comments? But what would the people who like glass houses say? Would they even care? Most people who make such homes are probably the newly rich or those who have a wealthy mindset. Here's why:
1. Glass houses are usually made of strong materials, like plexiglass, etc., (just like cars or vans) and thus are strong to withstand the natural elements or accidental stones thrown, etc.
2. These types of houses are only made within high end and secured subdivisions with rarely busy streets because of its exclusivity.
3. Houses like these are perfect for nature lovers who love and enjoy seeing the greeneries and wonderful views (sunset/sunrise, ocean, etc.) while safely indoors.
See the difference? The former kinds of people are probably envious and mostly afraid of others while the latter are happy and contented with their lives.

A buyer (but most probably a sneaky/dirty old broker) trying to get my townhouse listing. 🤣 Scheduled an appointment for viewing today, still asking for the exact address when I already told him the meet up place.
Guess what happened? 😏
He didn't show up nor replied but hey I even bothered the owner based on his bogus 2 pm appointment. Tsktsk.
If it was the old me I'd be fuming but now I'm just chill. ☺
Good thing I used my bike and had a wonderful bike day. 🚲 Ah the freedom of traveling on a bike. 🚴
I did call him but he said he's (suddenly) sick. 😂 Yeah right. Next client! 😆
Putek pwede n ako gumawa ng mga comic strip sa mga kaanuhan ng ibang tao eh. Partida senior na ata siya tas ganun ugali.
Mga kliyente pati kapwa ahente/broker di tlga mawawala yung ugaling ewww. 🤮
Stuff myself silly with veggies, tubers and... where are the nuts? 😂 Looks like I forgot to buy some. Although I did buy monggo (mung beans).
Today's viand (until tomorrow) is monggo with kamote tops and pechay! 😆 For lunch I only ate maybe 1/2 cup of turmeric rice with it and that's it.
Later on I will eat some sweet potato for snack. Ah my flexitarian life this Lenten season. 😆
Okay, finally went to the supermarket for one week of food. When I say food, there's no meat or fish at all. 😭
It's all vegetables, herbal teas and beans. Oh I even bought 1L of soya milk. Ah my goodness. I just hope all my effort to be healthy won't go to waste. 😆
Here's two teas I bought. Have never tasted these before so let's see if I will enjoy both. Hehe.
Okay, order muna ng food online. 😂 Nitatamad p tlga ako mamalengke. 😂 Ayan, more green leafy veggies. Eto yung may Adlai. Haha. Sana may mabibilhan din ng adlai sa mga supermarket eh. Tsk.
Anyway sana maiabot ko kahit sa April man lang itong paggugulay gulay ko. 😂

Patatas n lng ntira tsaka baguio beans. Tas may nahanap ako button mushrooms (de lata), o di wow. Kaya hinalo ko na sa pasta.
But of course kakainin ko n yung isda then later chicken. 😂
Parang ayaw ko n ituloy maging flexitarian eh. Di pa nga tapos March. 😂

Money can't buy happiness. I keep seeing people in an FB group asking if they should give up some good paying job/client to follow their passion. Earning 6 digits and want to give it all up to do something else. 🤦♀️
Maybe throw some of that money this way ey. 😂 Condo, townhouse, house and lot, office space, you name it I got it. 😆
But seriously, better build your financial nest egg first before giving up anything or starting any major change. Putting up a business is not that easy too so better be financially secure first imho.

Pero shempre dahil sa pagba-bike, d n uubra pagiging vegetarian ko kuno for 2 months. Kaya balik kain muna ako ng may karne or isda before and after mag-bike. 😁
